Unique shortest vector problem(uSVP)plays an important role in lattice based *** cryptographic schemes based their security on *** the cofidence of those applications,it is essential to clarify the complex-ity of uSVP with different ***,proving the NP-hardness of usVP appears quite *** the state of the art,we are even not able to prove the NP-hardness of usVP with constant *** this work,we gave a lower bound for the hardness of usVP with constant parameters,*** proved that uSVP is at least as hard as gap shortest vector problem(GapSVP)with gap of O(√n/log(n)),which is in NP n *** previous works,our reduction works for paramters in a bigger range,especially when the constant hidden by the big-O in GapsVP is smallerthan1.

Theγ-ray emitting compact symmetric objects(CSOs)PKS 1718-649,NGC 3894,and TXS 0128+554 are lobedominated in the radio *** order to investigate theirγ-ray radiation properties,we analyze the~14yr Fermi/LAT observation data of the three *** all show the low luminosity(1041-1043 erg s-1)and no significant variability in theγ-ray ***γ-ray average spectra can be well fitted by a power-law *** properties ofγ-rays are clearly different from theγ-ray emitting CSOs CTD 135 and PKS 1413+135,for which theγ-rays are produced by a restarted aligned *** the L_(γ)-Γ_(γ)plane,the three CSOs are also located at the region occupied by radio galaxies(RGs)while CTD 135 and PKS 1413+135 display a similar feature to *** with a similar radio emission property toγ-ray emitting RGs Cen A and Fornax A,we speculate that theγ-rays of the three CSOs stem from their extended *** broadband spectral energy distributions of the three CSOs can be well explained by the two-zone leptonic model,where theirγ-rays are produced by the inverse Compton process of the relativistic electrons in extended *** extrapolating the observed Fermi/LAT spectra to the very high energy band,we find that TXS 0128+554 among the three CSOs may be detected by the Cherenkov Telescope Array in the future.

Obesity is a major focus of researchers due to its increasing prevalence and relationship with other diseases， such as cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Probiotics are active microorganisms and have been proven to alleviate obesity by modulating the microbiota. In this study， we found that oral administration of Bifidobacterium adolescentis CCFM8630 to obese mice inhibited high-fat-diet (HFD)-induced changes in body weight and adipose tissue and alleviated hepatic oxidative stress. Furthermore， B. adolescentis CCFM8630 treatment primarily affected the relative abundances of the phyla Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria， and thereby decreased the production of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and the occurrence of LPS-related diseases. A high fiber intake increased the abundance of Lactobacillus and the concentrations of short-chain fatty acids in obese mice， but these changes were reversed by B. adolescentis CCFM8630 treatment. In addition， targeted metabolomic analysis and microbiota relationship analysis revealed that B. adolescentis CCFM8630 treatment modified the microbiota of obese mice by promoting the conversion of tryptophan (Trp) to xanthurenic acid， kynurenic acid， tryptamine， indole-3-acetic acid， and indole-3-carboxaldehyde; facilitated the expression of interleukin-17A and the aryl hydrocarbon receptor to generate interleukin-22 in the colon; and upregulated the expression of tight junction proteins， thereby strengthening intestinal barriers. In summary， our findings suggest that the intake of B. adolescentis CCFM8630 may alleviate obesity by modulating the gut microbiota and related Trp metabolism.

As the number of automated guided vehicles(AGVs)within automated container terminals(ACT)continues to rise,conflicts have becomemore *** point and edge conflicts ofAGVs,amulti-AGVconflict-free path planning model has been formulated to minimize the total path length of AGVs between shore bridges and *** larger terminalmaps and complex environments,the grid method is employed to model AGVs’road *** improved bounded conflict-based search(IBCBS)algorithmtailored to ACT is proposed,leveraging the binary tree principle to resolve conflicts and employing focal search to expand the search *** experiments involving 60 AGVs indicate a reduction in computing time by 37.397%to 64.06%while maintaining the over cost within 1.019%.Numerical experiments validate the proposed algorithm’s efficacy in enhancing efficiency and ensuring solution quality.

To investigate the effects of material combinations and velocity conditions on atomic diffusion behavior near collision interfaces,this study simulates the atomic diffusion behavior near collision interfaces in Cu-Al,Al-Al and Cu-Cu combinations fabricated through collision welding using molecular dynamic(MD)*** atomic diffusion behaviors are compared between similar metal combinations(Al-Al,Cu-Cu)and dissimilar metal combinations(Al-Cu).By combining the simulation results and classical diffusion theory,the diffusion coefficients for similar and dissimilar metal material combinations under different velocity conditions are *** effects of material combinations and collision velocity on diffusion behaviors are also *** diffusion behaviors of dissimilar material combinations strongly depend on the transverse velocity,whereas those of the similar material combinations are more dependent on the longitudinal *** findings can provide guidance for optimizing welding parameters.

Emission and capture characteristics of a deep hole trap(H1)in n-GaN Schottky barrier diodes(SBDs)have been investigated by optical deep level transient spectroscopy(ODLTS).Activation energy(Eemi)and capture cross-section(σ_(p))of H1 are determined to be 0.75 eV and 4.67×10^(−15)cm^(2),*** of apparent trap concentration in space charge region is ***-enhanced emission process is revealed by decrease of emission time ***-boosted trap emission kinetics are analyzed by the Poole−Frenkel emission(PFE)*** addition,H1 shows point defect capture properties and temperature-enhanced capture *** both hole capture and emission processes into account during laser beam incidence,H1 features a trap concentration of 2.67×10^(15)cm^(−3).The method and obtained results may facilitate understanding of minority carrier trap properties in wide bandgap semiconductor material and can be applied for device reliability assessment.

The Gerdjikov-Ivanov(GI)hierarchy is derived via recursion operator,in this article,we mainly investigate the third-order flow GI *** the framework of the Riemann-Hilbert method,the soliton matrices of the third-order flow GI equation with simple zeros and elementary high-order zeros of Riemann-Hilbert problem are constructed through the standard dressing *** advantage of this result,some properties and asymptotic analysis of single soliton solution and two soliton solution are discussed,and the simple elastic interaction of two soliton are *** with soliton solution of the classical second-order flow,we find that the higher-order dispersion term affects the propagation velocity,propagation direction and amplitude of the ***,by means of a certain limit technique,the high-order soliton solution matrix for the third-order flow GI equation is derived.

Quaternary ammonium compounds(QACs)are commonly used in a variety of consumer and commercial products,typically as a component of *** the COVID-19 pandemic,QACs became one of the primary agents utilized to inactivate the SARS CoV-2 virus on ***,the ecotoxicological effects of QACs upon aquatic organisms have not been fully *** this study,we examined the effects of a widely used QAC(benzalkonium chloride-C_(14),BAC-14)on two toxigenic Microcystis strains and one non-toxigenic freshwater Microcystis strain and carried out an analysis focused on primary,adaptive and compensatory stress responses at apical(growth and photosynthesis)and metabolic *** analysis revealed that the two toxic Microcystis strains were more tolerant than the non-toxic strain,with 96 hr-EC_(50)values of 0.70,0.76,and 0.38 mg/L BAC-14 for toxigenic *** FACHB-905,toxigenic *** FACHB-469,and non-toxigenic *** FACHB-908,*** photosynthetic activities of the Microcystis,assessed via F_(v)/F_(m) values,were significantly suppressed under 0.4 mg/L ***,this analysis revealed that BAC-14 altered 14,12,and 8 metabolic pathways in *** FACHB-905,*** FACHB-469,and *** FACHB-908,*** is noteworthy that BAC-14 enhanced the level of extracellular microcystin production in the toxigenic Microcystis strains,although cell growth was not significantly ***,these data show that BAC-14 disrupted the physiological and metabolic status of Microcystis cells and stimulated the production and release of microcystin,which could result in damage to aquatic systems.

AIM:To define the predictive factors of severe retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)and develop a nomogram for predicting severe ROP in southeast ***:Totally 554 infants diagnosed with ROP hospitalized in the Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying children’s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University and hospitalized in Taizhou Women and children’s Hospital were *** data and 43 candidate predictive factors of ROP infants were collected *** regression model was used to identify predictive factors of severe ROP and to propose a nomogram for individual risk prediction,which was compared with WINROP model and Digirop-Birth ***:Infants from the Second Affiliated Hospital and Yuying children’s Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University(n=478)were randomly allocated into training(n=402)and internal validation group(n=76).Infants from Taizhou Women and children’s Hospital were set as external validation group(n=76).Severe ROP were found in 52 of 402 infants,12 of 76 infants,and 7 of 76 infants in training group,internal validation group,and external validation group,*** weight[odds ratio(OR),0.997;95%confidence interval(CI),0.996-0.999;P<0.001],multiple births(OR,1.885;95%CI,1.013-3.506;P=0.045),and non-invasive ventilation(OR,0.288;95%CI,0.146-0.570;P<0.001)were identified as predictive factors for the prediction of severe ROP,by univariate analysis and multivariate *** predicting severe ROP based on the internal validation group,the areas under receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)was 78.1(95%CI,64.2-92.0)for the nomogram,32.9(95%CI,15.3-50.5)for WINROP model,70.2(95%CI,55.8-84.6)for Digirop-Birth *** external validation group,AUC of the nomogram was also higher than that of WINROP model and Digirop-Birth model(80.2 versus 51.1 and 63.4).The decision curve analysis of the nomogram demonstrated better clinical efficacy than that of WINROP model and Digirop-Birth *** calibration curves demonst
