The main aim of this research is to investigate the effect of salt concentration on the dielectric properties （AC （CrAC）, permittivity （d）, dielectric loss （d＇）, and dielectric relaxation process） and melting behavior of polyethylene oxide （PEO）/CdC12 complexes. The dielectric study was carried out over a frequency range 10-335 kHz and a temperature range 25--45~C. The AC conductivity, permittivity and dielectric loss of the PEO/CdC12 complexes increase with increasing salt concentration and temperature. Also, it was found that the addition of CdC12 salt to PEO host reduced the melting temperature of PEO host. Dielectric results reveal that the relaxation process of these complexes is due to viscoelastic relaxation or non-Debye relaxation at room temperature. Additionally, it was found that relaxation behavior remained viscoelastic at different temperatures and salt concentrations.

Lacking in literature is the use of discard coal to produce activated carbon and in its subsequent use in the storage of natural gas. In this study, the characterization and gas storage evaluation of a largely porous activated carbon with large surface area synthesized from discard coal were investigated. Discard coals are waste material generated from coal beneficiation process. In developing the activated carbon, chemical activation route with the use of KOH reagent was applied. The effects of KOH/discard coal weight ratio (1:1, 2.5:1, 4:1), temperature (400-800 ℃) and particle size (0.15-0.25 mm, 0.25-0.5 mm, 0.5-1 mm) on the adsorptive properties of the activated carbon were methodically evaluated and optimized using response surface methodology. The synthesized activated carbon was characterized using BET, SEM/EDS, and XRD. The results showed that for each activation process, the surface area and pore volume of the resulting activated carbon increased with increased temperature and KOH/discard coal weight ratio. The maximum surface area of 1826.41 m2/g, pore volume of 1.252 cm^3/g and pore size of 2.77 nm were obtained at carbonization temperature of 800 ℃ and KOH/discard coal weight ratio of 4:1. Methane and nitrogen adsorption data at high pressure were fitted to Toth isotherm model with a predictive accuracy of about 99%. Adsorption parameters using the Toth model provides useful information in the design of adsorbed natural gas storage system. According to the requirements of adsorbent desired for natural gas storage, it could be stated that the synthesized activated carbon could well be applied for natural gas storage.

Waste is the main problem for the *** waste for various useful applications has a benefit for the *** work has been studied for handling pineapple peel waste to make composite film bacterial cellulose nanocomposite membrane(BCNM)with addition graphite nanoplatelet(GNP).The concentration of GNP in the membrane influence the membrane *** bacterial cellulose(BC)pellicle was synthesized by using media from pineapple peel waste *** pellicle is cleaned with water and NaOH solution to be free from *** is synthesized through the mechanical disintegration *** results of disintegration using high pressure homogenizer at 150 bar and five ***/GNP is synthesized with varying addition of GNP of 2.5,5.0,10 and 100 wt%of dry bacterial nanocellulose(BNC).The BC and GNP solution were dried in an oven for 14 h at 80℃.BCNM morphology was observed using *** is dispersed and distributed in the BC matrix as *** analysis shows many peaks of BNC less pronounced with increasing of *** higher concentration of GNP,the rougher of *** optimum tensile strength of BCNM was achieved after addition GNP of 2.5 wt%.

We present here some general fractional Schl?milch’s type and Rogers-H?lder’s type dynamic inequalities for convex functions harmonized on time scales. First we present general fractional Schl?milch’s type dynamic inequalities and generalize it for convex functions of several variables by using Bernoulli’s inequality, generalized Jensen’s inequality and Fubini’s theorem on diamond-α calculus. To conclude our main results, we present general fractional Rogers-H?lder’s type dynamic inequalities for convex functions by using general fractional Schl?milch’s type dynamic inequality on diamond-α calculus for pi>1 with .

Verticillium wilt is one of the most important diseases affecting cotton production in *** fungus,Verticillium dahliae,has a wide host range and a high degree of genetic *** resistance resources have been found in the available planting resources,thus presenting difficulties and challenges for our *** long-term production practice shows that selection of disease-resistant varieties is the most economical and effective measure to control Verticillium wilt of cotton to reduce the yield loss and quality decline of *** this paper,we summarized the genetic mapping population,the analysis method of genetic localization,the discovery,mining and cloning of disease-resistant quantitative trait loci/markers,and the analysis of their genetic functions,so as to provide information for the molecular breeding approach of disease-resistant cotton.

Utilizing biomass waste as a potential resource for cellulose production holds promise in mitigating environmental *** current study aims to utilize pineapple biowaste extract in producing bacterial cellulose acetate-based membranes with magnetic nanoparticles(Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles)through the fermentation and esterification process and explore its *** bacterial cellulose fibrillation used a high-pressure homogenization procedure,and membranes were developed incorporating 0.25,0.50,0.75,and 1.0 wt.%of Fe3O4 nanoparticles as magnetic nanoparticle for *** membrane characteristics were measured in terms of Scanning Electron Microscope,X-ray diffraction,Fourier Transform Infrared,Vibrating Sample Magnetometer,antibacterial activity,bacterial adhesion and dye adsorption *** results indicated that the surface morphology of membrane changes where the bacterial cellulose acetate surface looks *** crystallinity index of membrane increased from 54.34%to 68.33%,and the functional groups analysis revealed that multiple peak shifts indicated alterations in membrane functional ***,adding Fe_(3)O_(4)-NPs into membrane exhibits paramagnetic behavior,increases tensile strength to 73%,enhances activity against *** and ***,and is successful in removing bacteria from wastewater of the river to 67.4%and increases adsorption for anionic dyes like Congo Red and Acid Orange.

为研究稻谷的石墨烯低温远红外干燥特性及其对稻谷干燥品质的影响,以辐射温度、排粮流量和除湿风量为影响因素,以整精米率和应力裂纹指数增值为评价指标,用自制的循环式石墨烯低温远红外干燥机进行稻谷干燥试验,通过BBD(Box-Behnken设计)响应面法,分析了低温远红外干燥对稻谷干燥品质的影响以及工艺参数优化。结果表明:影响稻谷干燥特性和品质的最主要因素是辐射温度,其次是排粮流量和除湿风量。随着辐射温度的升高,稻谷干燥速率和应力裂纹指数增值逐步增大,整精米率则逐步降低。与同温度的热风干燥相比,石墨烯低温远红外干燥平均干燥速率和干燥品质均有显著提高。经优化后,稻谷最佳石墨烯低温远红外干燥工艺条件为:辐射温度43℃、排粮流量4 kg/min、除湿风量193 m^(3)/h,此时应力裂纹指数增值为9,整精米率为79.75%,稻谷干燥品质最佳。这说明利用石墨烯低温远红外干燥稻谷,可以明显提高干燥速率并改善稻谷干燥品质。

背景:腹腔镜右半结肠切除术已成为结肠切除术的标准术式,但近年来出现了许多不同的术式,在本研究中,我们仅展示了两种右半结肠切除术的入路方式(内侧入路与外侧入路)。这两种方法在腹腔镜右半结肠手术中比较常用。外侧入路及内侧入路其各自的优缺点争议较大,针对不同的病人及医生的技术特点,可以选择不同的方式。目的:从并发症发生率、住院时间、手术时间、淋巴切除、手术并发症等方面评价内侧入路与外侧入路在结肠癌腹腔镜右半结肠切除术中的优势。第二个目的是比较两组手术中和术后的变量,以评估内测入路是否优于外侧入路。研究方法:于2015年1月至2018年12月对吉林大学中日联医院收治的450例右半结肠癌患者的临床资料和记录进行回顾性总结和分析。根据方法将其分为两组:第一组为外侧组,第二组为内侧组。患者记录将根据不同的群体进行查询,以获得研究所需的结果。研究开始前,获得吉林大学中日联合医院伦理委员会的批准。用SPSS.22软件对分析数据进行分析。结果:两组患者平均出血量无显著性差异(分别为178 mL和158 mL,P=0.918)。MLA的平均手术时间明显长于LMA。(165 min vs 115 min,respectively P<0.001).但我们认为,腹腔镜右半结肠切除术有自己的技术挑战,需要学习曲线,更多练习,缩短手术时间,或减少淋巴结阳性数(MLA,***,0.7,P=.12)另外,对Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期结肠癌的进一步亚组分析显示,在II期结肠癌中,获得的淋巴结数没有差异(MLA,17)。研究中,我们发现在第二和第三阶段结肠手术后的肿瘤学结果在淋巴结取回的数量上没有显著性差异。如表3所示,两组中位淋巴结数(LMLA,***,16.9,P=.86)或阳性淋巴结数(LMLA,***,0.7,P=.12)无显著性差异。对Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期结肠癌的进一步亚组分析表明,对于II期结肠癌来说,两组中切除淋巴结数(LMLA,***,17.6;P=.55)无显着性差异。

研究背景:毛细支气管炎是一种婴幼儿较常见的下呼吸道感染,多见于2岁以下的婴幼儿,发病高峰在3-6个月龄,引起毛细支气管炎最常见的病原是呼吸道合胞病毒,在美国,因毛细支气管炎住院的患儿达125000,其中约250人死亡,世界卫生组织指出由呼吸道合胞病毒感染引起的儿童急性呼吸道感染比例可大于60%,毛细支气管炎以细支气管上皮炎症、气道水肿、上皮坏死、分泌粘液为特征,临床症状表现为咳嗽、呼吸急促、呼吸暂停、喘息、发热、流鼻涕、鼻塞。肺部听诊可听到双肺水泡音和喘鸣音。毛细支气管炎的治疗主要是缓解症状及低氧血症的患儿补充氧气,其他治疗包括支气管扩张剂、雾化吸入3%高渗盐水等。当怀疑细菌感染时,可应用抗生素,物理治疗及干扰素亦可起到预防的目的。研究目的:研究干扰素在治疗婴幼儿急性支气管炎中的作用,明确相对于传统治疗方法,干扰素能否减轻临床病程,特别是对于住院天数、恢复时间、喘息及咳嗽缓解时间。研究方法:回顾性收集和分析2016年12月至2017年12月于吉林大学第一医院小儿呼吸一科住院的,明确诊断为毛细支气管炎的患儿,研究对象分为两组(治疗组和对照组)。记录并评估两组患儿的年龄、性别、住院天数、喘息时间、咳嗽时间、症状缓解时间、发热持续时间、血常规、超敏C反应蛋白、肝功、肾功、心肌酶支原体及衣原体抗体以及影像学等指标,对照组给予抗病毒、支气管扩张剂,补液治疗,治疗组在相同治疗的基础上,给予干扰素雾化,在研究开始前,已获得吉林大学第一医院伦理委员会的道德批准。数据分析采用SPSS(SPSS 18.0,SPSS Inc.,Chicago,Illinois)分析数据。正态分布的连续变量表示为平均值±标准差,并通过t检验进行比较。P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。研究结果:本组资料共分析83例患儿,均诊断为毛细支气管炎,其中41例对照组、42例治疗组。两组人群在喘息时间(P=0.69),咳嗽时间(P=0.947),缓解时间(P=0.599),发热持续时间(P=0.411)等方面没有显著的统计学差异。研究结论:综上所述,与常规治疗相比,干扰素治疗毛细支气管炎在住院时间及临床病程方面无明显差异,没有明确的益处或优势。
