Ti(C,N)concentration was found to be lower on the hearth sidewall of a blast furnace and increased gradually toward the bottom of the blast *** Ti(C,N)protective layer in a blast furnace is ***,the formation of a Ti(C,N)protective layer was promoted by studying the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium compounds on different substances and regulation measures for the deposition process of titanium compounds on refractories or *** lattice disregistry between the titanium compounds and the main components in the refractory or the main impurities in the protective layer was calculated using a two-dimensional disregistry equation to study the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium *** results revealed that in refractory materials,the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is weak when C,SiO_(2),and Al_(2)O_(3) are used as heterogeneous nucleation substrates,and the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is strong when TiO_(2) and SiC are used as heterogeneous nucleation *** nucleation phases,TiC,TiN,Ti(C_(0.3),N_(0.7)),and Ti(C_(0.5),N_(0.5))have similar heterogeneous nucleation ability in single component refractory,and the type of carbonitride has little effect on the lattice *** impurities in the protective layer as the substrate phases are not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of *** CaS was used as the substrate phase,the heterogeneous nucleation ability of carbonitride was the *** carbon and alumina were not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride,but carbon was more unfavourable than alumina.

Background Many studies have shown the operative feasibility and safety of robotic *** are pursuing single-port(SP)surgery to leverage the advantages of minimally invasive *** purpose of this study was to describe technical considerations and short-term outcomes from the first reported SP robotic total gastrectomy(RTG)using the da Vinci SP *** A 75-year-old patient with a body-mass index of 19.8 kg/m^(2) and clinical stage III cancer(cT3NtM0)underwent SP RTG on 22 January 2022 at the Department of General Surgery,the Chinese PLA General *** procedures were performed successfully using the da Vinci SP robotic *** The SP RTG was successfully performed with D2 lymphadenectomy including No.10 lymph-nodes dissection and extracorporeal Roux-en-Y *** for subcutaneous emphysema,no severe adverse events occurred during the *** to a visual analogue scale(VAS),the subjective feeling of post-operative pain was given a VAS score of 3 of 10 on Post-Operative Day 1(POD 1),1 of 10 on POD 3,and 1 of 10 on POD *** removed the gastric tube on POD 2 and advised sipping water,a liquid diet,and a soft diet on PODs 2,4,and 6,*** patient was discharged without any complications on POD *** RTG is technically feasible and safe using the da Vinci SP robotic *** our knowledge,this is the first study using the da Vinci SP platform in RTG for advanced gastric cancer in elderly *** verify its superior operative outcomes,further clinical trials are needed.

Background：Systemic chemotherapy （SC） is the recommended treatment for gastric cancer with liver ***,the improvement in survival has been *** aim of this study was to compare the therapeutic efficacy of gastrectomy with transarterial chemoembolization plus SC （GTC） and SC alone for gastric cancer with synchronous liver ***：From January 2008 to December 2013,107 gastric cancer patients with synchronous liver metastasis attending the four participating centers were enrolled in this multicenter,ambispective,controlled cohort *** who underwent GTC （n =32） were compared with controls who were received SC alone （n =75）.The primary endpoints of the study were overall survival （OS） and progression-free survival （PFS）.The secondary endpoints were response rate to treatment and treatment-related adverse ***：The median OS was 14.0 months （95% confidence interval [CI]：13.1-14.9 months） in the GTC treatment group and 8.0 months （95% CI：6.6-9.4 months） in SC group,this difference being statistically significant （P 〈 0.001）.The median PFS was significantly longer in the GTC than in the SC group （5 months,95% CI：2.2-7.8 months vs.3 months,95% CI：2.3-3.4 months,respectively）（P 〈 0.001）.The rate of response to treatment was significantly better in the GTC than the SC group （59.4% vs.37.4%,respectively）（P =0.035）.According to multivariate analysis,OS in patients receiving combination treatment was significantly correlated with the size （P =0.037） and extent of liver metastases （P 〈 0.001）.PFS was also correlated with the extent of liver metastases （P =0.003）.Conclusions：GTC is more effective than SC alone in patients with gastric cancer with synchronous liver *** therapy prolongs the survival of selected gastric cancer patients with synchronous liver metastasis.

AIM To investigate whether laparoscopic surgery is as safe and feasible as open resection for patients with larger gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)(≥ 5 cm).METHODS A systematic search of Pub Med, EMBASE, Web of Science and the Cochrane Library database was performed. Relevant studies of laparoscopic and open surgery for GISTs of > 5 cm published before December 2016 were identified from these databases. The quality of the studies was assessed by the Newcastle-Ottawa Quality Assessment Scale. The tumor size, operation time, blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, complication rate, and disease-free survival rate were assessed. The software Stata(version 12.0) was used for the *** Five clinical trials comprising 209 patients with GISTs of similar larger sizes were evaluated. The pooled analysis of 100 patients in the laparoscopic resection group and 109 patients in the open resection group demonstrated that laparoscopic surgery was significantly associated with a shorter postoperative hospital stay(P < 0.001)and less blood loss(P = 0.002). Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences in the operation time(P = 0.38), postoperative complication rate(P = 0.88), or disease-free survival rate(P = 0.20) between two groups. CONCLUSION Our findings revealed that for patients with large GISTs of comparable sizes, laparoscopic surgery did not significantly influence the operation factors or clinical outcomes compared with open surgery. This suggests that laparoscopic resection is as acceptable as open surgery for treatment of large gastric GISTs.

The potential survival benefit of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NC)in patients with advanced gastric cancer has been widely *** the development of minimally invasive surgery,which is represented by laparoscopy,the effect of NC on the safety of laparoscopic gastrectomy remains to be further *** To compare the short-term outcomes of laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG)after NC(NC-LTG)with LTG *** A total of 92 patients who underwent NC-LTG and 381 patients who received LTG alone at the Chinese PLA General Hospital between September 2015 and September 2020 were retrospectively included in our *** used propensityscore matching(PSM)to balance baseline *** 1:1 PSM,73 patients were included in each group with no statistically significant difference in baseline *** The NC-LTG group exhibited a longer operation time(244.10±48.13 min vs 225.74±45.33 min,P=0.019)and increased intraoperative blood loss[150(100-300)mL vs 100(100-200)mL,P=0.011]compared to the LTG *** 30-d postoperative morbidity of the NC-LTG group was 20.5%(15/73),and that of the LTG group was 13.7%(10/73).There were no significant differences in 30-d severe complication rates or anastomotic leakage *** analysis showed that the patients with pTNM(pathological tumor-node-metastasis classification)T0N0-II in the NC-LTG group underwent a longer operation than the LTG group,while no significant difference was found in any perioperative index for the pTNM III patients.A multivariate analysis showed that an operation time longer than 240 min was an independent risk factor(odds ratio=3.021,95%confidence interval:1.160-7.868,P=0.024),while NC was not an independent risk factor for postoperative complications in *** Despite a longer operation time and more blood loss after NC-LTG,which indicate surgical difficulty,NC-LTG exhibits acceptable short-term outcomes compared to LTG,suggesting the safety and feasibility of NC-LTG.

The welding arc,as a carrier for the conversion of electrical energy to thermal energy,has a direct impact on the quality of welding by its properties and *** the tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding process under the condition of Ar-He alternating gas supply,the arc is alternately converted between Ar arc and He arc with an alternating gas supply cycle,which has obvious arc change *** FLUENT software was used to numerically simulate the characteristics of the TIG arc under the condition of alternating gas supply,and the arc temperature field,arc pressure,electric potential and current density distribution under the condition of alternating gas supply were *** with the real-time data of arc pressure measured by the water-cooled copper plate with holes,it is proved that the TIG arc has obvious dynamic characteristics under the condition of Ar-He alternating gas *** unique dynamic TIG arc acts on the 5A06 aluminum alloy weld,causing the molten pool to stir,resulting in uniform microstructure and grain refinement at the weld,and thereby improving the mechanical properties of the welded joint.

The Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau experienced a unique geological evolution during the Jurassic,driven by the termination of the Palaeotethys and the reduction of the *** Indian Plate separated from the northern margin of Gondwana and drifted northward from the Southern *** that the timing of strata serves as the basis for reconstructing geological history,the present work aimed to develop a new multiple stratigraphic and chronologic framework for the Jurassic strata of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau region via a synthesis of the material on lithostratigraphy,palaeontology,iso-radiometric dating,magnetostratigraphy,and other techniques with an emphasis on recent progress and *** new framework included the Jurassic System from the four major subdivisions of the plateau:the Baryan Har,Qiangtang,Lhasa-Gandise,and Southern Xizang(Himalaya).Ultimately,a more complete,refined biostratigraphic sequence was proposed,comprising the most common fossils in the plateau and those that are stratigraphically significant for the Jurassic stratigraphy,including ammonites,bivalves,brachiopods,foraminifera,radiolarians,and dinoflagellate cysts for the marine strata,and pollen and spores,and charophytes for the terrestrial *** biostratigraphic framework was correlated with the Jurassic international standard zonation of the Geological Time Scale 2020 via standard or representative species or genera of *** on this framework,we constructed a lateral correlation of the Jurassic strata between different basins of the *** palaeontologic correlation in the present work shows that the Lhasa-Gandise Block had a closer relationship with the Qiangtang Block than with the Southern Xizang Himalaya during the Jurassic ***,the Lhasa-Gandise Block and Qiangtang Block shared similar marine fauna features of the north marginal East *** contrasts the opinion suggesting that the Yarlung Zangbo Tethys was a small back-arc basin.A c
