The von Hippel-Lindau tumor suppressor protein(VHL),an E3 ubiquitin ligase,functions as a critical regulator of the oxygen-sensing pathway for targeting hypoxia-inducible *** evidence suggests that mammalian VHL may also be critical to the NF-κB signaling pathway,although the specific molecular mechanisms remain ***,the roles of mandarin fish(Siniperca chuatsi)VHL(scVHL)in the NF-κB signaling pathway and mandarin fish ranavirus(MRV)replication were *** transcription of scVHL was induced by immune stimulation and MRV infection,indicating a potential role in innate ***-luciferase reporter gene assays and reverse transcription quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)results demonstrated that scVHL evoked and positively regulated the NF-κB signaling *** with NF-κB signaling pathway inhibitors indicated that the role of scVHL may be mediated through scIKKα,scIKKβ,scIκBα,or ***-immunoprecipitation(Co-IP)analysis identified scIκBαas a novel target protein of ***,scVHL targeted scIκBαto catalyze the formation of K63-linked polyubiquitin chains to activate the NF-κB signaling *** MRV infection,NF-κB signaling remained activated,which,in turn,promoted MRV *** findings suggest that scVHL not only positively regulates NF-κB but also significantly enhances MRV *** study reveals a novel function of scVHL in NF-κB signaling and viral infection in fish.

This study introduces a novel method integrating CO_(2.flooding with radial borehole fracturing for enhanced oil recovery and CO_(2.underground storage,a solution to the limited vertical stimulation reservoir volume in horizontal well fracturing.A numerical model is established to investigate the production rate,reservoir pressure field,and CO_(2.saturation distribution corresponding to changing time of CO_(2.flooding with radial borehole fracturing.A sensitivity analysis on the influence of CO_(2.injection location,layer spacing,pressure difference,borehole number,and hydraulic fractures on oil production and CO_(2.storage is *** CO_(2.flooding process is divided into four *** in layer spacing will significantly improve oil production rate and gas storage ***,serious gas channeling can occur when the spacing is lower than 2. *** the pressure difference between the producer and injector,the borehole number,the hydraulic fracture height,and the fracture width can also increase the oil production rate and gas storage *** analysis shows that layer spacing and fracture height greatly influence gas storage and oil *** outcomes are expected to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient development of shale oil reservoirs in the vertical direction.

With the development of deep learning and federated learning(FL),federated intrusion detection systems(IDSs)based on deep learning have played a significant role in securing industrial control systems(ICSs).However,adversarial attacks on ICSs may compromise the ability of deep learning-based IDSs to accurately detect cyberattacks,leading to serious ***,in the process of generating adversarial samples,the selection of replacement models lacks an effective method,which may not fully expose the vulnerabilities of the *** authors first propose an automated FL-based method to generate adversarial samples in ICSs,called AFL-GAS,which uses the prin-ciple of transfer attack and fully considers the importance of replacement models during the process of adversarial sample *** the proposed AFL-GAS method,a lightweight neural architecture search method is developed to find the optimised replacement model composed of a combination of four lightweight basic ***,to enhance the adversarial robustness,the authors propose a multi-objective neural archi-tecture search-based IDS method against adversarial attacks in ICSs,called MoNAS-IDSAA,by considering both classification performance on regular samples and adver-sarial robustness *** experimental results on three widely used intrusion detection datasets in ICSs,such as secure water treatment(SWaT),Water Distribution,and Power System Attack,demonstrate that the proposed AFL-GAS method has obvious advantages in evasion rate and lightweight compared with other four ***,the proposed MoNAS-IDSAA method not only has a better classification performance,but also has obvious advantages in model adversarial robustness compared with one manually designed federated adversarial learning-based IDS method.

We synthesized B-He/B-GREDVY and immobilized them on avidin-coated *** examine the immobilization of molecules in the material, the following experiments were performed:fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) fluorescence staining, water contact angle and atomic force microscopy(AFM) measurements. Besides, the biological evaluation experiments were also performed, such as platelets adhesion and activation, the culturing of smooth muscle cells(SMC) and endothelial cells(EC). These experimental results show that the modified surfaces could prevent the hyperproliferation of SMC, and promote the proliferation and migration of EC and EPC. Furthermore, the adding of VEGF improved the EC adhesion in a dynamic environment. Generally, it is expected that the modified surfaces could be used to accelerate the formation of the newly endothelial layer for the construction of platforms for coronary artery stent therapy.

Toughening the petroleum-based epoxy resin blends with bio-based modifiers without compromising their modulus,mechanical strength,and other properties is still a big challenge in view of the *** this study,a bio-based liquid crystal epoxy resin(THMT-E P)with an s-triazine ring structure was utilized to modify a petroleum-based bisphenol A epoxy resin(E51)with 4,4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone(DDS)as a curing agent,and the blended systems were evaluated for their thermal stability,mechanical properties,and flame *** results showed that the impact strength of the blended system initially increased and then decreased with the increase in THMT-EP content,and it reached the a maximum value of 2..5 kJ/m^(2.when the THMT-EP content was 5%,which was 31.2.higher than that of E51/***,the flexural strength,modulus,and glass transition tem perature of the blended system were all simultaneously improved with the addition of *** the same time,the addition of THMT-EP enhanced the flame retardancy of the system by increasing the char yield at 700℃and decreasing the peak heat release rate and total heat release *** work paves the way for a more sustainable improvement in the comprehensive performance of epoxy resin.

To understand the levels of potentially toxic elements(PTEs)contamination in soils and their effects on human health from different agricultural land use in Sanya,China.12. soil samples(64 topsoil samples and corresponding subsoil samples)were collected from the five representative land-use *** coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),Atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS),and Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)were used to determine the content of PTEs(As,Cd,Hg,Cu,Cr,Ni,Pb,Zn,Co,Mo,Sb,and V).Correlation analysis and factor analysis were used to determine the source of ***-accumulation index(I_(geo)),hazard quotient(HQ),and total carcinogenic risk index(TR)were used to measure the PTEs contamination and its relative health *** showed that the average values of 12.PTEs in topsoil were higher than the Hainan soil geochemical baseline,showing different degrees of PTEs accumulation *** concentration of PTEs in the topsoil was lower than those in the subsoil except for Cd and *** I_(geo)revealed that the major accumulated element in soils was As followed by *** apportionment suggested that parent materials and agricultural practices were the dominant factors for PTEs accumulation in the *** risks of soil samples from five land-use patterns presented a trend of paddy field>dry field>woodland>orchard>garden ***,the HQ values of 12.PTEs were less than the recommended limit of HQ=1,representing that there are no non-carcinogenic risks of PTEs for children and adults in the study *** TR values are within 6.95×10^(-6)-1.38×10^(-5),which corresponds to the low *** the PTEs in the agricultural soil of the study area show little influence on the health status of the local population.
