Increased CAP37 Expression in Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Failure mechanism and safety control technology of a composite strata roadway in deep and soft rock masses:a case study

The construction of coal mines often encounters deep composite soft rock roadways,which is characterized by significant deformation and poor *** deeply study the failure mechanism and large deformation challenges of a composite strata roadway in deep and soft rock masses,a numerical model of 3DEC tetrahedral blocks was established based on the method of rock quality designation(RQD).The results showed that original support cannot prevent asymmetric failure and large deformation due to the adverse geological environment and unsuitable support *** to the failure characteristics,a coupling support of“NPR bolt/cable+mesh+shotcrete+steel pipe”was proposed to control the stability of the surrounding *** excellent mechanical properties of large deformation(approximately 400 mm)and high constant resistance force(bolt with 180 k N;cable with 350 k N)were evaluated by the tensile *** numerical results showed that the maximum deformation was minimized to 243 mm,and the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway was *** field test results showed that the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock was 210 mm,and the forces of the NPR bolt and cable were stable at approximately 180 k N and 350 k N,*** demonstrated the effectiveness of the coupling support with the NPR bolt and cable,which could be a guiding significance for the safety control of large deformation and failure in deep composite soft rock roadways.

Instability mechanism of mining roadway passing through fault at different angles in kilometre-deep mine and control measures of roof cutting and NPR cables

The angle α between the fault strike and the axial direction of the roadway produces different damage characteristics. In this paper, the research methodology includes theoretical analyses, numerical simulations and field experiments in the context of the Daqiang coal mine located in Shenyang, China. The stability control countermeasure of "pre-splitting cutting roof + NPR anchor cable"(PSCR-NPR) is simultaneously proposed. According to the different deformation characteristics of the roadway, the faults are innovatively classified into three types, with α of type I being 0°-30°, α of type II being 30°-60°, and α of type III being 60°-90°. The full-cycle stress evolution paths during mining roadway traverses across different types of faults are investigated by numerical simulation. Different pinch angles α lead to high stress concentration areas at different locations in the surrounding rock. The non-uniform stress field formed in the shallow surrounding rock is an important reason for the instability of the roadway. The pre-cracked cut top shifted the high stress region to the deep rock mass and formed a low stress region in the shallow rock mass. The high prestressing NPR anchor cable transforms the non-uniform stress field of the shallow surrounding rock into a uniform stress field. PSCR-NPR is applied in the fault-through roadway of Daqiang mine. The low stress area of the surrounding rock was enlarged by 3-7 times, and the cumulative convergence was reduced by 45%-50%. It provides a reference for the stability control of the deep fault-through mining roadway.

In the present paper,we determine the maximum product of the sizes of two non-trivial cross t-intersecting families of k-subsets of{1, 2,..., n} for n≥4(t + 2)2k2, k≥5, which is a product version of the Hilton-Milner-Frankl theorem.

Steel-refractory reactions in lanthanum-,cerium-,and ytrium-added steels

A systematic experimental study was conducted on the similarities and differences in the reactions between commonly used rare earth elements(REEs)and frequently used refractories in the steelmaking *** results indicate that the reaction behaviors of La,Ce,and Y with MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),and MgO·Al_(2)O_(3) crucibles differed *** consumption rates of La,Ce,and Y in the molten steel were in descending order of La>Ce>Y for smelting with all three kinds of *** the REEs reacted with the crucible,the contents of Mg and Al showed a trend of first increasing and then *** laboratory-scale smelting conditions,the reactions related to REEs were dominated by steel-crucible reactions,and the contact area between the unit mass of molten steel and refractory materials mainly determined the consumption rates of ***-and Ce-crucible reactions generated loose and porous reaction interfaces;however,Y-crucible reactions generated a dense Y_(2)O_(3) layer,dramatically suppressing the consumption rate of *** calculation indicated that the reactions between rare earth and different refractory materials were first-order *** crucible materials significantly affected the product type and morphology of the steel-crucible reaction interfaces,thereby influencing the consumption rate of *** reactions between REEs and refractories must be seriously considered,especially for small-scale smelting.

Comparison of LAMP,GeneXpert,Mycobacterial Culture,Smear Microscopy,***,TBAg/PHA Ratio for Diagnosis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective:To investigate the application value of loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP),GeneXpert,mycobacterial culture,smear microscopy,***(TSPOT),ratio of TB-specific antigen to phytohemagglutinin(TBAg/PHA ratio)in the detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis in the bronchoalveolar lavage ***:A retrospective analysis was performed on the patients who underwent bronchoscopy from December 2018 to November 2019 in Tongji *** patients with positive tuberculosis culture or positive GeneXpert in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were selected as the case group,and those without tuberculosis served as the control *** receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of LAMP,GeneXpert,culture,smear microscopy,TSPOT,and TBAg/PHA ***:For the patients with positive cultures as case,the sensitivity of LAMP,GeneXpert,smear microscopy,TSPOT and TBAg/PHA ratio was 73.49%,89.16%,25.30%,80.00%,33.85%,respectively,the specificity was 99.00%,100.00%,99.00%,86.00%,100.00%,respectively,the area under the ROC curve(AUC)was 0.849,0.938,0.633,0.830,0.669,*** the patients with positive GeneXpert as case,the sensitivity of LAMP,mycobacterial culture,smear microscopy,TSPOT and TBAg/PHA ratio was 73.20%,74.23%,22.68%,68.92%,29.73%,respectively,the specificity was 99.00%,100.00%,99.00%,86.00%,100.00%,respectively,the AUC was 0.853,0.878,0.623,0.775,0.649,***:The sensitivity of GeneXpert was *** sensitivity and diagnostic value of LAMP were slightly lower than those of GeneXpert,and were similar to tuberculosis *** sensitivity of smear microscopy was *** specificity of TSPOT was *** TBAg/PHA ratio>0.2 was used as a diagnostic index,the specificity was improved,but the sensitivity was low.
