Due to the non-separability of the variance term,the dynamic mean-variance(MV)portfolio optimization problem is inherently difficult to solve by dynamic *** and Ng(Math Finance 10(3):387-406,2000)and Zhou and Li(Appl Math Optim 42(1):19-33,2000)develop the pre-committed optimal policy for such a problem using the embedding *** this line of research,researchers have extensively studied the MV portfolio selection model through the inclusion of more practical investment constraints,realistic market assumptions and various financial *** the principle of optimality no longer holds,the pre-committed policy suffers from the time-inconsistent issue,i.e.,the optimal policy computed at the intermediate time t is not consistent with the optimal policy calculated at any time before time *** time inconsistency of the dynamic MV model has become an important yet challenging research *** paper mainly focuses on the multi-period mean–variance(MMV)portfolio optimization problem,reviews the essential extensions and highlights the critical development of time-consistent policies.

The microstructure and microhardness of directionally solidified NiAl-W eutectic alloys at growth rates of 2-25μm·s^-1 were investigated by a Bridgman crystal growing facility at a temperature gradient of 300 K·cm^-*** view of the competitive growth between W dendritic and eutectic phases,W dendritic phase was eliminated,whereas the fully eutectic phase was prominent in the steady progress of the directionally solidified NiAl-W eutectic *** the growth rate(V)increased,both the structure and solid/liquid interface of the directionally solidified NiAl-W eutectic alloys changed from planar to *** the fibrous spacing(d)and the diameter(a)decreased with increase in growth rate(V).The Vickers microhardness(H)of the directionally solidified NiAl-W eutectic alloys decreased with fibrous spacing(d)or diameter(a)*** relationships of H to d and a were H=371.58 d^(-0.09)and H=297.70 a^(-0.09),respectively.

Objective:To explore inhibition effects of veliparib as PARP inhibitor combined doxorubicin for BEL-7404 proliferation of human liver cancer cell ***:BEL-7404 was taken as the object of study and conventional culture was *** waslreated by doxorubicin and(or) veliparib after 24 *** proliferation rate was detected by four methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay,cell apoptosis was measured with annexin V-F1TC/PI double staining method by flow cytometry,DNA damage degree evaluation by single cell gel electrophoresis assay,and cytosolic C levels of the mitochondrial and cytosol by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(Western blotting).Results:Cell proliferation rate of doxorubicin combined veliparib group was lower than that of the control group and doxorubicin alone treated group significantly(P<0.01),the apoptosis rate was significantly higher than that of the control group and doxorubicin alone treated group(P<0.05).At the same time,DNA damage level of doxorubicin combined with veliparib group was significantly higher than doxorubicin alone treatment group and the control group(P<0.01),and cytochrome C in the cytosol was significantly higher than that of control group and doxorubicin alone treated group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Veliparib,PARP inhibitor could inhibit PARP activity,block tumor cell DNA repair,and have significant sensitizing effect for hepatocellular carcinoma cell line BEL-7404 treated with *** might provide a new target for clinical treatment of hepatic carcinoma.

When carbon-bearing pellets of oolitic hematite are treated in a shaft furnace,some problems are typically encountered：the metallization ratio of the metal pellets is low;the carbon-bearing pellets bond with each other at high temperatures;and the separation of phosphorus from iron is *** solve these problems,experiments were conducted on oolitic hematite reduction in a resistance furnace and semi-industrial test shaft *** results showed that the metallization rate reached 90% or greater under the conditions of a reduction temperature of 1 150℃,an atmosphere of simulated flue gas,and a reduction time between 1.5and *** problem of high-temperature bonding among pellets can be solved by increasing the strength of the pellets,coating their surface with a surface transfer agent and maintaining an even temperature inside the shaft *** basicity of the ore blend exerted no obvious effect on the magnetic concentrate and phosphorus *** phosphorus content in the magnetic concentrate can be further reduced by improving the grinding capacity of the ball mills used in the *** the basis of the experimental results related to oolitic hematite reduction with carbon-bearing pellets in a shaft furnace,the experimental requirements were satisfied with an average 88.27%total Fe content and 0.581% P content in the pellets.

A new species of the Drosophila obscura species group is described here, namely Drosophila glabra sp. nov. It was recently found from the Maoershan National Nature Reserve, Guangxi, China. The characteristics of the new species are based not only on morphological characters but also on DNA sequences of the mitochondrial C0II （cytochrome c oxidase subunit II） gene.

Sorafenib is the only and standard systematic chemotherapy drug for treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) at the current stage. Although sorafenib showed survival benefits in large randomized phase Ⅲ studies, its clinical benefits remain modest and most often consist of temporary tumor stabilization, indicating that more effective first-line treatment regimens or second-line salvage therapies are required. The molecular pathogenesis of HCC is very complex, involving hyperactivated signal transduction pathways such as RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK and PI3K/AKT/m TOR and aberrant expression of molecules such as receptor tyrosine kinases and histone deacetylases. Simultaneous or sequential abrogation of these critical pathways or the functions of these key molecules involved in angiogenesis, proliferation, and apoptosis may yield major improvements in the management of HCC. In this review, we summarize the emerging sorafenib-based combined molecule targeting for HCC treatment and analyze the rationales of these combinations.

The stabilization energies of substituted lithium carbene cations were calculated by using ab initio molecular orbital theory, and the relationship between the stabilization energies and molecular orbitals was discussed. The substituents with pi donor engender strong stabilization to CH2Li+. The calculations show the Y-C* bond lengths of cations become shorter and H-Y bond lengths longer than those of corresponding neutral molecules.

Coronary stents have been used as standard mechanical devices for percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in patients with coronary artery disease （CAD）.They provide vessel wall scaffolding and prevent early elastic recoil and restenosis, which are major limitations of balloon angioplasty. Consequently, coronary stenting has a higher successful rate of PCI and improves the clinical outcome of the patients with CAD. Because of the permanent nature of metallic stents, however, their presence on the intimal surface of a coronary artery poses a risk associated with the continuous interaction between the metal and the surrounding tissue. This can lead to long-term endothelial dysfunction or chronic inflammation and may result in many potential concerns such as in-stent neointimal hyperplasia and thrombogenesis7

Grain-oriented silicon steels were prepared at different heating rates during high temperature annealing,in which the evolution of magnetic properties,grain orientations and precipitates were *** illustrate the Zener factor,the diameter and number density of precipitates of interrupted testing samples were statistically *** effect of precipitate ripening on the Goss texture and magnetic property was *** indicated that the trend of Zener factor was similar under different heating rates,first increasing and then decreasing,and that the precipitate maturing was greatly inhibited as the heating rate *** recrystallization was developed at the temperature of 1010℃when a heating rate of 5℃/h was used,resulting in Goss,Brass and{110}oriented grains growing abnormally and a magnetic induction intensity of ***,increasing the heating rate to 20℃/h would inhibit the development of undesirable oriented grains and obtain a sharp Goss ***,when the heating rate was extremely fast,such as 40℃/h,poor secondary recrystallization was developed with many island grains,corresponding to a decrease in magnetic induction intensity to 1.87 *** a suitable heating rate of 20℃/h,the sharpest Goss texture and the highest magnetic induction of 1.94 T with an onset secondary recrystallization temperature of 1020℃were found among the experimental variables in this *** heating rate affected the initial temperature of secondary recrystallization by controlling the maturation of precipitates,leading to the deviation and dispersion of Goss texture,thereby reducing the magnetic properties.
