BACKGROUND Hepatoid adenocarcinoma of the lung(HAL)is a rare type of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),histologically similar to hepatocellular *** has high malignancy and poor prognosis,and a better treatment plan needs further *** SUMMARY In order to deeply understand the occurrence and development of HAL,here we report a case of HAL with extensive metastasis of alpha fetoprotein negative KRAS A146T *** patient refused chemotherapy and received one course of treatment(immune checkpoint inhibitors),and died three months later due to progressive *** HAL is a special type of *** surgical treatment of HAL in the limited stage can achieve long-term survival,but most of them were in the advanced stage when they were found,and the prognosis was poor,which requires multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment.

传统仿生人造黑色素聚多巴胺(PDA)染发过程中涉及的过强碱性会使毛发粗糙影响发质,大量的金属离子则存在安全性问题.本工作利用黑色素单体5,6-二羟基吲哚(DHI)能够在温和条件下仅通过空气氧化发生快速聚合的特点,报道了一种通过温和条件在头发表面和内部原位聚合的人造黑色素染发材料.染发色度值L=21,与自然黑发基本一致,洗涤30次后L=25,耐洗涤性良好,染色后头发拉伸强度189 MPa,断裂伸长率51%,相比染色前发质有所改善.研究结果表明,此类染发剂染发条件温和(空气氧化),色度自然,固色持久,有助于改善发质,生物安全性良好,为开发新一代染发剂提供了创新的设计策略和可靠的工具平台.

Low-temperature silicon nitride(SiNx)films deposited by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)have huge application potential in the flexible ***,the applicability of SiNx largely depends on the film’s general properties,including flexibility,deposition rate,residual stress,elastic modulus,fracture strain,dielectric constant,refraction index,*** optimization towards specific application by conventional experiment design needs lots of work due to the interaction of muti quality and process ***,an efficient global optimization approach for the process technology was proposed based on the Taguchi orthogonal experiment method considering muti-factor *** of all,the Taguchi orthogonal experiment design and analysis was used to rank the influences of main process parameters on the quality characteristics,including radio frequency(RF)power,pressure,silane flow rate,ammonia flow rate and nitrogen flow ***,the global optimization approach was carried out utilizing the multi-response optimizer considering the combination target of film formation rate,residual stress,dielectric constant,elastic modulus,fracture strain,refractive ***,the optimal solution of the SiNx film was finally obtained and verified.

Ti(C,N)concentration was found to be lower on the hearth sidewall of a blast furnace and increased gradually toward the bottom of the blast *** Ti(C,N)protective layer in a blast furnace is ***,the formation of a Ti(C,N)protective layer was promoted by studying the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium compounds on different substances and regulation measures for the deposition process of titanium compounds on refractories or *** lattice disregistry between the titanium compounds and the main components in the refractory or the main impurities in the protective layer was calculated using a two-dimensional disregistry equation to study the heterogeneous nucleation principle of titanium *** results revealed that in refractory materials,the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is weak when C,SiO_(2),and Al_(2)O_(3) are used as heterogeneous nucleation substrates,and the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride is strong when TiO_(2) and SiC are used as heterogeneous nucleation *** nucleation phases,TiC,TiN,Ti(C_(0.3),N_(0.7)),and Ti(C_(0.5),N_(0.5))have similar heterogeneous nucleation ability in single component refractory,and the type of carbonitride has little effect on the lattice *** impurities in the protective layer as the substrate phases are not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of *** CaS was used as the substrate phase,the heterogeneous nucleation ability of carbonitride was the *** carbon and alumina were not conducive to the heterogeneous nucleation of carbonitride,but carbon was more unfavourable than alumina.

Coleorhiza hairs are hairlike structures in seeds of the grass family(Poaceae).The molecular mechanisms underlying its formation are largely unknown,study on this topic will expand our understanding of the effects of water status on germination during rice(Oryza sativa L.)direct *** of Nipponbare were treated under two water conditions:in one,half of the seed surface was immersed in water and the other half was embryo side in air(EIA),and in the other,the whole seed was covered by water(CBW).Coleorhiza hairs formed only in EIA *** was used to identify the gene regulation during coleorhiza hair formation in EIA(***)embryos and *** displayed more transcriptome modulation even though smaller in size than the *** expressed genes(DEGs)were enriched in both primary and secondary metabolism and showed changes in abscisic acid,auxin,jasmonic acid,and salicylic acid *** enrichment data were positively correlated with gene expression changes in the affected metabolic functional *** presence of shorter coleorhiza hairs in an Os RHL1(Os06 g0184000,a coleorhiza hair formation regulation candidate gene)knockout mutant suggested that root hair-associated DEGs share molecular regulators that control the formation of coleorhiza hairs.
