The feasibility of laser cooling a CH molecule is investigated theoretically by employing the ab initio method. The potential energy curves for the five ∧-S states and eight Ω states of CH are determined by the multi-reference configuration interaction with the Davidson corrections（MRCI＋Q） level of theory. The results agree well with the available experimental data and other theoretical values. Also, the permanent dipole moments and transition dipole moments of the CH molecule are calculated at the multi-reference configuration interaction（MRCI） level. We find highly diagonally distributed FranckCondon factors（f00 = 0.9950 and 0.9998） and branching ratios（R00 = 0.983 and 0.993） for the A^2△→ X2Π and C^2∑^＋→X^2Π transitions. Moreover, the values of suitable radiative lifetime τ of the A2 A and C^2∑^＋ states are evaluated to be9.64×10^-7 s and 2.02×10^-7 s, respectively, for rapid laser cooling. A scheme for laser cooling the CH molecule is designed. In the proposed cooling scheme, three wavelengths for A^2△→X^2Π and C^2∑^＋→X^2Π transitions are used, and the main pump lasers are λ00=430.86 nm and 313.45 nm, respectively. The feasibility of laser cooling the CH molecules is demonstrated for each of these schemes, and this study offers a theoretical basis for experimental research into preparation of cold CH molecules.

AIM： To evaluate the effectiveness of autologous conjunctival flap surgery for repairing the late-onset filtering bleb leakage after ***： This study retrospectively reviewed 106 eyes from 106 patients with late-onset filtering bleb leakage after trabeculectomy who received autologous conjunctival flap surgery at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Centre from 2005 to 2015. The basic information was recorded, and the interval time between trabeculectomy and autologous conjunctival flap surgery as well as related risk factors, intraocular pressure（IOP）, anterior chamber depth（ACD） and best corrected visual acuity（BCVA） were analysed. Moreover, 41 patients who completed the 1-year follow up were analysed to determine the IOP and BCVA changes and long-term success ***： The 50 male and 56 female subjects（average age 39.13±17.96 y） included 47（44.34%） and 33（31.13%） cases of primary open angle and primary angle-closure glaucoma. The mean interval between trabeculectomy and repair surgery was 60.60±56.92（3-264）mo. The mean mitomycin（MMC） concentration during trabeculectomy was 0.27±0.04（0.12-0.4） mg/m L in the fornix-based conjunctival flap group（68 patients） and 0.28±0.04（0.20-0.33） mg/m L in the limbal-based conjunctival flap group（11 patients）. After bleb leakage, the patients＇ vision remained stable while the IOP decreased from 10.25±4.76（3-20.86） to 9.44±4.33（2-21） mm Hg（P〈0.01）. In the 41 analysed patients, the IOP was controlled at 15.68±5.11（7-40） mm Hg in the 1^（st） year after autologous conjunctival flap surgery and recurrence was not observed, for a long-term success rate of 100%. CONCLUSION： Autologous conjunctival flap repairing surgery is an effective technique for sealing filtering bleb leakages and controlling IOP postoperatively.

AIM: To assess human cytomegalovirus-encoded US28 gene function in colorectal cancer(CRC) ***: Immunohistochemical analysis was performed to determine US28 expression in 103 CRC patient samples and 98 corresponding adjacent noncancerous samples. Patient data were compared by age, sex, tumor location, histological grade, Dukes' stage, and overall mean survival time. In addition, the US28 gene was transiently transfected into the CRC LOVO cell line, and cell proliferation was assessed using a cell counting kit-8 assay. Cell cycle analysis by flow cytometry and a cell invasion transwell assay were also carried ***: US28 levels were clearly higher in CRC tissues(38.8%) than in adjacent noncancerous samples(7.1%)(P = 0.000). Interestingly, elevated US28 amounts in CRC tissues were significantly associated with histological grade, metastasis, Dukes' stage, and overall survival(all P < 0.05); meanwhile, US28 expression was not significantly correlated with age, sex or tumor location. In addition, multivariate Coxregression data revealed US28 level as an independent CRC prognostic marker(P = 0.000). LOVO cells successfully transfected with the US28 gene exhibited higher viability, greater chemotherapy resistance, accelerated cell cycle progression, and increased invasion ***: US28 expression is predictive of poor prognosis and may promote CRC.

Although guided image filtering(GIF) is known for preserving edges and fast computation,it may produce inaccurate outputs in depth map *** this paper,a novel confidence-weighted GIF called mutual-structure weighted GIF(MSWGIF) is proposed,which replaces the mean filtering strategy in GIF during handling overlapping *** confidence value is composed of a depth term and a mutual-structure term,where the depth term is utilized to protect the edges of the output,and the mutual-structure term helps to select accurate windows during the structure characteristics of the guidance image are transferred to the *** results show that MSWGIF reduces the root mean square error(RMSE) by an average of 12.37%,and the average growth rate of correlation(CORR) is 0.07% on ***,the average growth rate of structure similarity index measure(SSIM) is 0.34%.

Potential energy surfaces(PESs), vibrational frequencies, and infrared spectra are calculated for NF_(3)^(+) using ab initio calculations, based on UCCSD(T)/cc-p VTZ combined with vibrational configuration interaction(VCI). Based on an iterative algorithm, the surfaces(SURF) program adds automatic points to the lattice representation of the potential function, the one-dimensional and two-dimensional PESs are calculated after reaching a convergence threshold, finally the smooth image of the potential energy surface is fitted. The PESs accurately account for the interaction between the different modes, with the mode q_(6) symmetrical stretching vibrations having the greatest effect on the potential energy change of the whole system throughout the potential energy surface shift. The anharmonic frequencies are obtained when the VCI matrix is diagonalized. Fundamental frequencies, overtones, and combination bands of NF_(3)^(+) are calculated, which generate the degenerate phenomenon between their frequencies. Finally, the calculated anharmonic frequency is used to plot the infrared *** antisymmetric stretching ν_(5) and symmetric stretching ν_(6) exhibit a phenomenon of large-intensity borrowing. This study can provide data to support the characterization in the laboratory.
