There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;P<0.001).Grade 3/4 adverse events were observed at a rate of 15.8%and 7.5%in combination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

高纯铝箔在特定的溶液下经过电化学阳极氧化腐蚀,可在其表面生成一层多孔的非晶氧化铝层,孔大致呈六方密排,孔径分布均匀。此类薄膜具有规则的纳米级孔径,大的比表面积,可用在微纳滤方面和纳米材料组装方面。然而,对于此类薄膜力学性能的研究较少,在一定程度上限制其功能的开发和应用。为了获得此类多孔膜的弹性常数,本文用鼓膜法结合散斑干涉实验方法、单轴拉伸结合双光束干涉法和多普勒测振仪三种方法测量氧化铝多孔膜的弹性模量,得到的宏观弹性模量基本相同,并对三种方法的优缺点进行了比较,分析了多孔氧化铝膜与块状氧化铝材料或致密氧化铝膜力学性能的差异。

Background Unregulated commercial blood/plasma collection among farmers occurred between 1992 and 1995 in central China and caused the second major epidemic of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 （HIV-1） infection in China. It is important to characterize HIV-l-infected former blood donors and to study characteristics associated with disease progression for future clinical intervention and vaccine development. Methods A cross-sectional study was performed on HIV-l-infected former blood donors （FBDs） and age-matched HIV-seronegative local residents. Demographic, epidemiologic, clinical and key laboratory data were collected from all study participants. Both unadjusted and adjusted multivariate linear regressions were employed to analyze the association of the decrease of CD4^＋ T-cell counts with other characteristics. Results Two hundred and ninety-four HIV-l-infected FBDs and 59 age-matched HIV-seronegative local residents were enrolled in this study. The unregulated blood/plasma collection occurred more than a decade （10.8 --12.8 years） ago, which caused the rapid spread of HIV-1 infection and the high prevalence of co-infection with hepatitis C virus （HCV, 89.5%）, hepatitis B virus （HBV） co-infection was observed in only 11 HIV＋participants （3.7%）. Deterioration in both clinical manifestation and laboratory parameters and increase of viral loads were observed in parallel with the decrease of CD4^＋ T-cell counts. The decrease of total lymphocyte counts （P〈0.001） and hemoglobin levels （P〈0.001） and the appearance of dermatosis （P=0.03） were observed in parallel with the decrease of CD4^＋ T-cell counts whereas viral loads （P〈0.001） and CD8^＋ T-cell counts （P=0.01） were inversely associated with CD4^＋ T-cell counts.Conclusions Co-infection with HCV but not HBV is highly prevalent among HIV-l-infected FBDs. Because of its excellent dose distribution,proton therapy is becoming increasingly popular in the medical application of cancer treatment.A synchrotron-based proton therapy facility was designed and constructed in *** synchrotron,beam delivery system,and other technical systems were commissioned and reached their expected *** a clinical trial of 47 patients was finished,the proton therapy facility obtained a registration certificate from the National Medical Products *** characteristics of the accelerator and treatment systems are described in this article.

[目的]探讨3D打印辅助Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折切开复位内固定的临床疗效。[方法]回顾性分析本院2017年6月—2019年9月手术治疗的Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折80例患者的临床资料。依据术前医患沟通结果,43例采用3D打印辅助切开复位内固定术,37例采用常规切开复位内固定术。比较两组围手术期、随访及影像指标。[结果]两组患者手术均顺利完成,无严重并发症。3D组手术时间、切口总长度、术中出血量、术中透视次数、下地行走时间、切口愈合等级及住院时间均显著优于常规组(P0.05)。[结论]3D打印辅助开放复位内固定Sanders Ⅲ型跟骨骨折,可以缩短手术时间,减少出血量,促进功能恢复,降低并发症发生率。
