Four new species of sanguinolenta-group of the genus Macrophya (Hymenoptera:Tenthredinidae) from China

Four new species of the sanguinolenta-group of the genus Macrophya from China are described, namely M. cheni sp. nov., M. yichangensis sp. nov., M. elegansoma sp. nov., and M. reni sp. nov. The species M. cheni sp. nov. and M. yichangensis sp. nov. belong to the koreana-subgroup, while M. elegansoma sp. nov. and M. reni sp. nov. belong to the sanguinolenta-subgroup. The division of the koreana and sanguinolenta-subgroups are briefly discussed. Keys to all known species of the koreana and sanguinolenta-subgroups from China are provided, respectively. The type specimens of new species are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan, China.

Macrophya opacifrontalis li, Lei ＆ Wei, sp. nov., M. pseudofemorata li, Wang, ＆ Wei, sp. nov., and M. huangi li ＆ Wei, sp. nov. of the sanguinolenta-group of Macrophya （Hymenoptera： Tenthredinidae） from China are described. M. opacifrontalis and M. pseudo-femorata is belong to the tong#subgroup, whereas M. huangi belongs to the depressina-subgroup. The division of the tongi and depressina subgroups and species inside are briefly discussed. Keys to all known species of the tongi and depressina-subgroups from China are provided respectively.

Objective:To explore the effect of sustained-release recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2(rhBMP-2) on ectopic osteogenesis in the muscle pouches of rats through preparing rhBMP-2 sustained-release capsules by wrapping morphogenesis protein bones-2(BMP-2)using chitosan nanoparticles,and compositing collagen ***:Twenty four SpragueDawley rats were randomly divided into four groups with six rats in each group,that is Group A(control group),Group B(only treated with collagen),Group C(rhBMP-2+collagen treated group) and Group D(rhBMP-2/cs+collagen treated group).The composite materials for each group were implanted in the bilateral peroneal muscle pouches in *** peroneal muscles were only separated without implanting any materials in control *** were sacrificed 2 weeks and 4 weeks post treatment and samples were cut off for general observation,Micro CT scans and histological ***:General observation showed no new bone formation in Groups A and B mice,while new bones were formed in Groups C and D *** weeks after treatment Micro CT scans showed that The bone volume fraction(BVF),trabecular thickness(Tb. Th),bone mineral density(BMD) in Group C mice were all higher than that in Group D(P<0.05). At the fourth week,the BVK,*** and BMD were significantly higher than that at the second week(P<0.01).Conclusions:The slow-release effect of rhBMP-2/cs sustained-release capsules can significantly promote ectopic *** bone formation effect is better than that of rhBMP-2 burst-release group.

Background Hirschsprung's disease(HSCR)is one of the most common congenital digestive tract malformations and can cause stubborn constipation or gastrointestinal obstruction after birth,causing great physical and mental pain to patients and their *** have shown that more than 20 genes are involved in HSCR,and most cases of HSCR are ***,the overall rate of familial recurrence in 4331 cases of HSCR is about 7.6%.Furthermore,familial HSCR patients show incomplete *** still do not know the penetrance and genetic characteristics of these known risk genes due to the rarity of HSCR *** To find published references,we used the title/abstract terms"Hirschsprung"and"familial"in the PubMed data-base and the MeSH terms"Hirschsprung"and"familial"in Web of ***,we summarized 129 HSCR families over the last 40 *** The male-to-female ratio and the percentage of short segment-HSCR in familial HSCR are much lower than in sporadic *** primary gene factors in the syndromic families are ret proto-oncogene(RET)and endothelin B receptor gene(EDNRB).Most families show incomplete dominance and are relevant to RET,and the RET mutation has 56%pen-etrance in familial *** one of the parents is a RET mutation carrier in an HSCR family,the offspring's recurrence risk is 28%,and the incidence of the offspring does not depend on whether the parent suffers from *** Our findings will help HSCR patients obtain better genetic counseling,calculate the risk of recurrence,and provide new insights for future pedigree studies.

Three species, Macrophya circulotibialis li, liu ＆ Heng, sp. nov., M. curvatitheca li, liu ＆ Heng, sp. nov. and M. changbaina li, liu ＆ Heng, sp. nov., of the imitator-group of the genus Macrophya Dahlbom （Hymenoptera, Tenthredinidae） from China are described as new to science. A key to all known species of the imitator-group from China is provided. The specimens examined in this study, including all holotypes and paratypes of the new species, are deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan, China, and the Department of Zoology, National Museum of Nature and Science, Amakubo, Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan.

Nitroso compounds have emerged as highly valuable reaction partners or reagents in organic synthesis due to their rich *** versatile profile of these compounds allows them to function as electrophiles, nucleophiles, diradicals, and radical acceptors in diverse transformations. In recent years, notable progress has been made in harnessing photochemical reactions with nitroso compounds to prepare N,O-containing structures using mild and eco-friendly conditions. Various nitroso compounds like nitrosoarenes, acyloxy nitroso compounds, N-nitrosoamines and nitrites have received significant attention for their ability to introduce NO moieties into complex molecules that are otherwise difficult to access. In this review, we provide an overview of the recent advancements in the visible light-induced conversion of nitroso compounds, with particular emphasis on their role as bifunctional reagents and acceptors of radicals, carbenes and nitrenes.

The Medium-energy Electron Spectrometers(MES) is a space-borne instrument onboard Macao Science Satellite-1(MSS-1) dedicated to monitoring the typical charged particle radiation characteristics in the satellite orbit and the process of their occurrence and development, including short bursts of lightning-induced electron precipitation(LEP).This paper presents the first results of the LEP measurements by the MSS-1.47 LEP events are identified with the routine operation for 3 months since satellite launch, all within the range of 1.5lightning discharges are definitively geo-located for these LEP *** LEP events occur within lightning and consist of 40–300 keV electrons.A preliminary observation result indicates that, with medium-energy electron detectors, MSS-1can present in-situ observations of large regions of enhanced background precipitation and reveal their fine spatiotemporal characteristics and spectral *** collaborative VLF ground-based measurements at the Great Wall Station, Antarctica also have a good correspondence with LEP measurements of *** observations also imply that lightning activity has a modulation effect on the energetic electron energy-spatial structure.
