Circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA),carrying tumor-specific sequence mutations,is a promising biomarker for classification,diagnosis and prognosis of ***,there is still a great challenge in discriminating single-base difference between ctDNA and its coexisting analogue(normal circulating DNA,ncDNA)at a serum sample.A locked nucleic acid(LNA)probe combined with a-HL nanopore sensor was designed,which achieved a high signal-to-background ratio(SBR)of^8.34 × 10^3,as well as a significant discrimination capability(~12.3 times)of single-base diffe *** accurate discrimination strategy is label-free,convenient,selective and sensitive,which has great potential in the early diagnosis of diseases and biomedical research fields.

BACKGROUND Vancomycin and teicoplanin are both antibiotics that have significant antimicrobial effects on Gram-positive *** To explore the value of teicoplanin combined with conventional(vancomycin only)anti-infective therapy for the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis pulmonary *** A total of 86 patients with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus or methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis pulmonary infections,treated in our hospital between January 2018 and February 2020,were assigned to the study and control groups using a random number table method,with 43 patients in each *** control group received conventional treatment(vancomycin),and the study group received both teicoplanin and conventional *** following indicators were assessed in both groups:the time required for symptom relief,treatment effectiveness,serum levels of inflammatory factors(procalcitonin,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein),clinical pulmonary infection scores before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse *** Patients in the study group were observed to have faster cough and expectoration resolution,white blood cell count normalization,body temperature normalization,and rales disappearance than patients in the control group(all P<0.05);the total rate of effectiveness was 93.02%in the study group,higher than the 76.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The pre-treatment serum levels of procalcitonin,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α,and C-reactive protein as well as the clinical pulmonary infection scores were similar among the patients in both ***,the post-treatment serum levels of procalcitonin,interleukin-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α,and C-reactive protein as well as the clinical pulmonary infection scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence o

Emotion and executive control are often conceptualized as two distinct modes of human brain ***,however,is known about how the dynamic organization of large-scale functional brain networks that support flexible emotion processing and executive control,especially their *** amygdala and prefrontal systems have long been thought to play crucial roles in these *** advances in human neuroimaging studies have begun to delineate functional organization principles among the large-scale brain networks underlying emotion,executive control,and their ***,we propose a dynamic brain network model to account for interactive competition between emotion and executive control by reviewing recent resting-state and task-related neuroimaging studies using network-based *** this model,dynamic interactions among the executive control network,the salience network,the default mode network,and sensorimotor networks enable dynamic processes of emotion and support flexible executive control of multiple processes;neural oscillations across multiple frequency bands and the locus coeruleus−norepinephrine pathway serve as communicational mechanisms underlying dynamic synergy among large-scale functional brain *** model has important implications for understanding how the dynamic organization of complex brain systems and networks empowers flexible cognitive and affective functions.

A highly efficient kinetic resolution of racemic thioanilide atropisomers via C(sp^(3))-H arylation has been achieved by a hybrid palladium catalyst bearing an anionic chiral Co^(Ⅲ)-complex and a phosphoramidite ligand,leading to both enantioenriched atropisomeric arylation thioanilides(up to 99%ee)and N-Me atropisomeric thioanilides(up to 99%ee),*** remained enantioenriched substrates can be arylated again by using an achiral anionic ligand to give the enantiomer with the opposite configuration.

Controllable D-D neutron sources have a long service life,low cost,and *** are favorable prospects for its application in geophysical well logging,since traditional chemical radioactive sources used for well logging pose potential threats to the safety of the human body and *** paper presents an improved method to measure formation density that employs a D-D neutron *** addition,the lithological effect on the measured density was removed to better estimate the formation ***,we investigated the spatial distribution of capture gamma rays through Monte Carlo simulations as well as the relationship between the ratio of capture gamma ray counts and formation density to establish theoretical support for the design of density logging tools and their corresponding data processing ***,we obtained the far to near detector counts of captured gamma rays for an optimized tool structure and then established its correlation with the density and porosity of three typical formations with pure quartz,calcite,and dolomite ***,we determined the values for correcting the densities of sandstone and dolomite with the same porosity using limestone data as the reference and established the equations for calculating the correction values,which lays a solid foundation for accurately calculating formation *** observed that the capture gamma ray counts first increased then decreased and varied in different formations;this was especially observed in high-porosity *** the same lithologic conditions(rock matrix),as the porosity increases,the peak value of gamma ray counts moves toward the neutron *** different detector-source distances,the ratio of the capture gamma ray counts was well correlated with the formation *** equation of the formation density conversion was established based on the ratio of capture gamma ray counts at the detector-source distances of 30 cm and 65 cm,and the calculate

To improve the global convergence speed of social cognitive optimization （SCO） algorithm, a hybrid social cognitive optimization （HSCO） algorithm based on elitist strategy and chaotic optimization is proposed to solve constrained nonlinear programming problems （NLPs）. The proposed algorithm partitions learning agents into three groups in proportion： elite learning agents, chaotic learning agents and common learning agents. The common learning agents work in the search way of traditional SCO, chaotic learning agents search via chaotic search （CS） algorithm based on tent map which helps to avoid the premature convergence, elite learning agents search via elitist selection which helps to improve the global searching performance. Additionally, a chaotic search process is incorporated into local searching operation so as to enhance the local searching efficiency in the neighboring areas of the feasible solutions. Simulation results on a set of benchmark problems show that the proposed algorithm has high optimization efficiency, good global performance, and stable optimization outcomes for constrained NLPs.

Construction and Application of Multivariable Finite Element for Flat Shell Analysis

Based on B-spline wavelet on the interval （BSWI） and the multivariable generalized variational principle, the multivariable wavelet finite element for flat shell is constructed by combining the elastic plate element and the Mindlin plate element together. First, the elastic plate element formulation is derived from the generalized potential energy function. Due to its excellent numerical approximation property, BSWI is used as the interpolation function to separate the solving field variables. Second, the multivariable wavelet Mindlin plate element is deduced and constructed according to the multivariable generalized variational principle and BSWI. Third, by following the displacement compatibility requirement and the coordinate transformation method, the multivariable wavelet finite element for fiat shell is constructed. The novel advantage of the constructed element is that the solving precision and efficiency can be improved because the generalized displacement field variables and stress field variables are interpolated and solved independently. Finally, several numerical examples including bending and vibration analyses are given to verify the constructed element and method.

The mechanisms of the abstraction reaction of alkylidenegermylene with oxirane and thiirane have been characterized detail in using density functional theory, as well as ab initio method, including geometry optimization and vibrational analysis for the involved stationary points on the potential energy surface. Energies were calculated by CCSD(T)/6-311G(d)//B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) method for the involved conformations. The results show that the reaction pathways for both reactions consist of two ways: (1) the reactants can yield bent products (P1; P4) by syn-isomers; (2) the reactants can also yield three-membered products (P2; P5) by anti-isomers, which then further react with oxirane and thiirane to form the ultimate products (P3-1, P3-2; P6). Furthermore, a comparison with alkylidenecarbene, oxirane, and thiirane was done.
