Intelligent chemical sensors have been extensively used in food safety and environmental assessment,while limited sensitivity and homogeneity bring about huge obstacles to their practical ***,novel ionically conductive sensitive materials were elaborately designed based on metal ion decorated graphene oxide(GO)via a facile and general in-situ spin-coating strategy,where the abundant functional groups(-OH and-COOH)of GO layer could provide natural binding sites for various bivalent metal cations(such as Cu^(2+),Ni^(2+),Zn^(2+),Co^(2+),and Mg^(2+))through coordination and electrostatic *** intercalated metal cations on the layered GO nanosheets can be regarded as charge carriers and complexation with targeted gas(cadaverine,Cad),which is a typical metabolites production and food *** contrast,the designed GO@Cu(Ⅱ)sensor exhibited the optimal sensing performance toward Cad molecules at room temperature,including ultra-low detection limit(ca.3 nL),excellent sensitivity,and rapid low concentration detection rate(only 16 s).Interestingly,the sensor exhibited an irreversible and specific response toward Cad,while it showed a transient and reversible response to other interfering gases,implying its outstanding *** addition,the GO@Cu(Ⅱ)sensor enabled real-time monitoring of the decay progression of cheese,and it exhibited great potential for large-scale production via its excellent *** provides an efficient approach to tailoring intelligent chemical sensors for real-time food safety monitoring and human health warning.

Model reduction of fractional impedance spectra for time–frequency analysis of batteries, fuel cells, and supercapacitors

Joint time–frequency analysis is an emerging method for interpreting the underlying physics in fuel cells,batteries,and *** increase the reliability of time–frequency analysis,a theoretical correlation between frequency-domain stationary analysis and time-domain transient analysis is urgently *** present work formularizes a thorough model reduction of fractional impedance spectra for electrochemical energy devices involving not only the model reduction from fractional-order models to integer-order models and from high-to low-order RC circuits but also insight into the evolution of the characteristic time constants during the whole reduction *** following work has been carried out:(i)the model-reduction theory is addressed for typical Warburg elements and RC circuits based on the continued fraction expansion theory and the response error minimization technique,respectively;(ii)the order effect on the model reduction of typical Warburg elements is quantitatively evaluated by time–frequency analysis;(iii)the results of time–frequency analysis are confirmed to be useful to determine the reduction order in terms of the kinetic information needed to be captured;and(iv)the results of time–frequency analysis are validated for the model reduction of fractional impedance spectra for lithium-ion batteries,supercapacitors,and solid oxide fuel *** turn,the numerical validation has demonstrated the powerful function of the joint time–frequency *** thorough model reduction of fractional impedance spectra addressed in the present work not only clarifies the relationship between time-domain transient analysis and frequency-domain stationary analysis but also enhances the reliability of the joint time–frequency analysis for electrochemical energy devices.

Constructing hierarchical arrays with core-shell metal oxides@metal coordination polymers for efficient and stable overall water splitting

Developing non-precious metal-based bifunctional electrocatalysts capable for both hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is essential to achieve efficient water electrolysis for mass hydrogen production,however it remains ***,we report the synthesis of hierarchical nanorod arrays comprising core-shell structured P-doped NiMoO4@NiFe-coordination polymer(denoted as P-NiMoO4@NiFeCP)as bifunctional electrocatalysts for water ***,we systematically investigate the influence of NiFeCP shell thickness on electrocatalytic activity,manifesting the presence of strong interfacial synergetic effect between P-NiMoO4 and NiFeCP for boosting both the HER and *** advantageous hierarchical architectures and unique core-shell structures,optimized P-NiMoO_(4)@NiFeCP-7.3(7.3 is the shell thickness in nm)requires overpotentials of merely 256 and 297 mV to yield a current density of 1000 mA·cm^(−2)for the HER and OER in 1 M KOH,*** importantly,it can serve as a bifunctional electrocatalyst for efficient and sustainable overall water electrolysis,delivering large current densities of 500 and 1000 mA·cm^(−2)at low cell voltages of 1.804 and 1.865 V,along with high stability of over 500 h at 1000 mA·cm−2,demonstrating the great potential of this electrocatalyst towards practical applications.

Seed vigor is a crucial trait for the direct seeding of *** we examined the genetic regulation of seed vigor traits in rice,including germination index(GI)and germination potential(GP),using a genome-wide association study *** major quantitative trait locus,qGI6/qGP6,was identified simultaneously for both GI and *** candidate gene encoding the cytochrome c oxidase subunit 5B(OsCOX5B)was validated for qGI6/*** disruption of OsCOX5B caused the vigor traits to be significantly lower in Oscox5b mutants than in the japonica Nipponbare wild type(WT).Gene co-expression analysis revealed that OsCOX5B influences seed vigor mainly by modulating the tricarboxylic acid cycle *** glucose levels were significantly higher while the pyruvic acid and adenosine triphosphate levels were significantly lower in Oscox5b mutants than in WT during seed *** elite haplotype of OsCOX5B facilitates seed vigor by increasing its expression during seed ***,we propose that OsCOX5B is a potential target for the breeding of rice varieties with enhanced seed vigor for direct seeding.

Prediction of (n, 2n) reaction cross-sections of long-lived fission products based on tensor model

Interest has recently emerged in potential applications of (n, 2n) reactions of unstable nuclei. Challenges have arisen because of the scarcity of experimental cross-sectional data. This study aims to predict the (n, 2n) reaction cross-section of long-lived fission products based on a tensor model. This tensor model is an extension of the collaborative filtering algorithm used for nuclear data. It is based on tensor decomposition and completion to predict (n, 2n) reaction cross-sections; the corresponding EXFOR data are applied as training data. The reliability of the proposed tensor model was validated by comparing the calculations with data from EXFOR and different databases. Whether the complex game system composed of a large number of artificial intelligence(AI)agents empowered with reinforcement learning can produce extremely favorable collective behaviors just through the way of agent self-exploration is a matter of practical *** this paper,we address this question by combining the typical theoretical model of resource allocation system,the minority game model,with reinforcement *** individual participating in the game is set to have a certain degree of intelligence based on reinforcement learning *** particular,we demonstrate that as AI agents gradually becomes familiar with the unknown environment and tries to provide optimal actions to maximize payoff,the whole system continues to approach the optimal state under certain parameter combinations,herding is effectively suppressed by an oscillating collective behavior which is a self-organizing pattern without any external *** interesting phenomenon is that a first-order phase transition is revealed based on some numerical results in our multi-agents system with reinforcement *** order to further understand the dynamic behavior of agent learning,we define and analyze the conversion path of belief mode,and find that the self-organizing condensation of belief modes appeared for the given trial and error rates in the AI ***,we provide a detection method for period-two oscillation collective pattern emergence based on the Kullback–Leibler divergence and give the parameter position where the period-two appears.

Mechanism Exploration of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. for Liver Cancer Based on Aspartic Acid Identification in Metabolomics

Objective:To investigate the anti-liver cancer effects and aspartic acid(Asp)-related action mechanism of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud.(LD).Methods:The mice model of liver cancer was established by injection of H22 *** 5 days,mice were randomly divided into model group,sorafenib group(20 mg/kg),LD high-dose(LDH,1.36 g/kg) group,LD medium-dose(LDM,0.68 g/kg) group,and LD low-dose(LDL,0.34 g/kg)group,10 mice each *** were intragastrically administered to the mice once daily for 10 days,*** weight,tumor size and tumor weight were *** index was *** changes of liver cancer tissues were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin staining and TUNEL *** chromatography-mass spectrometer was used to analyze different metabolites between the model and LDH ***:After LD treatment,tumor weight,tumor size and hepatic index were reduced compared with the model *** and karyorrhexis of tumor cells were ***,61 differential metabolites(18 up-regulated,43 down-regulated) were affirmed and 20 pathways of KEGG(P<0.05) were *** addition,Bel-7402,HepG2 and H22 cell viabilities were significantly increased after adding Asp into the *** then,the cell proliferation effect induced by Asp was ameliorated by ***:The anti-liver cancer efficacy of LD extract was validated in H22 mice model,and inhibition of Asp level might be the underlying mechanism.
