Comprehensive and sequential.therapy.for oral.and maxil.ofacial.mal.gnancies： An evol.ing concept and cl.nical.significance

Oral.and maxil.ofacial.mal.gnancies stil. remain significant heal.h probl.ms w.rl.w.de, the 5- y.ar rel.tive survival.rate w.s 47.7% for oral.squamous cel. carcinoma and 64.7% for carcinomas of the major sal.vary.gl.nds according to NCDB reports. Successful.management of these mal.gnancies now.requires a cooperative or mul.idiscipl.nary.approach strongl. evidence based, ordered, even individual.zed rather than randomized, among a broad group of medical.discipl.nes incl.ding head and neck surgery. radiation oncol.gy. medical.oncol.gy. medical.imaging, cl.nical.pathol.gy.and l.b medicine, social.w.rk, nutrition, and others. Different treatment modal.ties are mandatory.for different primary.sites, histopathol.gic ty.es, different TNM stages and different patients, either dominated by.surgery. radiation therapy.or chemotherapy. coordinated other modal.ties. This paper eval.ated and summarized current comprehensive and sequential.approaches to the management of oral.and maxil.ofacial.mal.gnancies, emphasizing the importance of mul.idiscipl.nary.team approach to coordinate surgery. radiation therapy.and chemotherapy. The rol.s of induction chemotherapy.and concomitant chemoradiotherapy.w.re al.o discussed. Comprehensive strategies for different oral.and maxil.ofacial.mal.gnancies had been proposed by.National.Comprehensive Cancer Netw.rk (NCCN) and introduced to the Chinese col.eagues for cl.nical.references. The future l.es in the devel.pment of individual.zed treatment regimes that combine earl. detection w.th organ preservation and resul. in improved cure rates and qual.ty.of l.fe,

五种气候生产力模型在华北土石山区的适用性分析

植被净初级生产力(Net Primary.Productivity.NPP)是陆地植物的净固碳量,对于全球碳估算研究具有重要意义。华北土石山区作为中国林业工程重点区域,是典型的干旱半干旱气候区,准确估算该地区NPP大小及其变化特征对林业生态工程建设具有重要意义。本文基于河南小浪底森林生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站1980-2020年气候数据,利用Miami模型、Thornthw.ite Memorial.型、Chikugo模型、朱志辉模型及周广胜模型共5种气候生产力模型估算,分析NPP的变化趋势,运用随机森林算法探讨NPP影响因素,并以区域MODISNPP数据为标准进行评价,以探究适合估算该地区NPP的气候生产力模型。结果表明:(1)华北土石山区年平均气温、最高气温、最低气温和降水量均呈上升趋势,变化速率分别为0.05℃×a^(-1)、0.04℃×a^(-1)、0.05℃×a^(-1)和1.58mm×a^(-1);年平均太阳辐射和平均相对湿度则呈下降趋势,变化速率分别为0.46MJ×m^(-2)×a^(-1)和0.17个百分点×a^(-1)。(2)采用5种模型计算的华北土石山区NPP均呈上升趋势,但NPP值存在差异,变化范围在739.35~958.48gC×m^(-2)×a^(-1),均值为862.19gC×m^(-2)×a^(-1)。其中Miami模型估算值最大(958.48gC×m^(-2)×a^(-1)),周广胜模型估算值最小(739.35gC×m^(-2)×a^(-1))。(3)随机森林算法表明,降水是影响该地区NPP的关键因子。适用性分析显示,周广胜模型估算值与MODIS NPP最接近,其相对误差、RMSE和MAE分别为1.45%、451.05gC×m^(-2)×a^(-1)和446.03gC×m^(-2)×a^(-1),且相关系数最大(0.49)。综上可知,周广胜模型更适宜该地区的NPP估算,在使用气候生产力模型估算华北土石山区NPP时,应优先考虑使用周广胜模型。

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihil.tion data corresponding to an integrated l.minosity.of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy.s=3.773 GeV w.th the BESIII detector,a joint ampl.tude anal.sis is performed on the decay. D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual.components are obtained,and l.rge interferences among the dominant components of the decay. D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained ampl.tude model.the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(sy.t.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(sy.t.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(sy.t.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(sy.t.))%,*** ampl.tude anal.sis provides an important model.for the binning strategy.in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πw.en used to determine the CKM angl.γ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

Theγ-ray.emission from the w.1 compl.x is w.del. acknow.edged to be attributed to the interaction betw.en the cosmic ray.(CRs)accel.rated by.the shock of supernova remnant(SNR)w.1C and the dense mol.cul.r cl.uds in the adjacent star-forming region,***,the maximum accel.ration capabil.ty.of w.1C for CRs remains *** on observations conducted w.th the l.rge High Al.itude Air Show.r Observatory.l.AASO),w. report a significant detection ofγray. emanating from the w.1 compl.x,w.th energies from 2 to 200 *** l.AASO measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray.emission from the w.1 compl.x bey.nd 100 TeV and reveal.a significant spectrum bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay.bump"featured data from Fermi-l.T,the broadbandγ-ray.spectrum of the w.1 region can be w.l.-characterized by.a simpl. pp-col.ision *** observed spectral.bending feature suggests an exponential.cutoff at~400 TeV or a pow.r-l.w.break at~200 TeV in the CR proton spectrum,most l.kel. providing the first evidence of SNRs serving as CR accel.rators approaching the PeV ***,tw. y.ung star cl.sters w.thin w.1B coul. al.o be theoretical.y.viabl. to produce the most energeticγray. observed by.*** findings strongl. support the presence of extreme CR accel.rators w.thin the w.1 compl.x and provide new.insights into the origin of Gal.ctic CRs.
