Many studies have revealed that anchovy has exhibited large variability in population size on decadal tim-escales. However, such works concerning anchovy population are mainly based on short historical catch records. In order to understand the causes of variability in fish stocks （natural and/or anthropogenic） and calibrate the error between catches and standing stocks, it is essential to develop long-term time series of fish stocks from the time when human impacts are minimal or negligible. Well preserved fish scales from sediment record are regarded as useful indicators revealing the history of fish population dynamics over the last centuries. Anchovy scales was first analyzed over the Yellow Sea and East China Sea and the largest abundance was found in the central South Yellow Sea where is regarded as the largest overwintering ground for Japanese anchovy （Engraulis japonicas）. Thus in the central South Yellow Sea, two cores covering the last 150 years were collected for estimating fish scale flux. The scale deposition rate （SDR） records show that the decadal scale SDRs were obviously coherent between cores with independent chronologies. Thecalibration of downcore SDRs to the standing stocks of anchovy further validated that SDR is a reliable proxy to recon-struct the long-term anchovy population dynamic in the central South Yellow Sea where anoxic conditions prevail in the sediment. When assembled with other productivity proxies, it would be expected that SDR could be associated with changes in oceanic productivity and may make a contribution to determine the forcing factors and elucidate the mechanism of the process in future.

Turbidite sandstones have become increasingly significant in hydrocarbon *** cementation occur commonly in turbidite reservoirs developing within the Paleocene lacustrine basins,Northeastern *** study utilizes core data,thin section data and production data to investigate the interaction between the carbonate cementation and hydrocarbon charge within turbidite reservoirs in the Niuzhuang Sub-sag of the Dongying Sag,Bohai Bay Basin,East *** results reveal that the carbonate cementation is mainly developed at the top and bottom of the turbidite sandbodies,and even forms carbonate cement *** stages of hydrocarbon accumulation are identified based on fluid inclusion analysis:stage I(27.5–24.6 Ma),stage II(14.0–5.0 Ma),and stage III(5.0–0 Ma).The interaction between the carbonate cementation and hydrocarbon charge has significant controls on the formation of a turbidite *** temporal relations and intensity relations between the two factors should be considered ***,hydrocarbon charge during the early stage can inhibit the carbonate cementation,favoring the hydrocarbon accumulation in turbidite *** deep-lacustrine turbidite sandbodies surrounded by source rocks with abnormal high pressure,are also favorable for hydrocarbon *** results suggest that some deeply buried turbidite sandbodies with similar geological settings have high potential for hydrocarbon exploration.

The relationship between deposition and tectonics of sedimentary basins has been a significant subject in recent *** typical rift basins such as the Nanpu Sag as an example,combined with the analysis of the tectonics-palaeogeomorphology of basins,we undertook a detailed study of the differences of the third-order sequences in different basins,the combination of depositional systems within the sequence framework and the distribution of depocenters and subsidence *** results revealed a significant relationship between the tectonics-palaeogeomorphology of rift basins and the filling styles of sedimentary *** basin structure plays a primary role in controlling the development of the third-order sequences and the boundary of these sequences is easily formed in basins with gentle slopes,shallow water and a small *** characteristics of the tectonics-palaeogeomorphology of rift basins are dominated by half-grabens of extensional faults,which affect the temporal and spatial combination of sedimentary systems within the sequences as well as the distribution of depocenters and subsidence *** on the development rules of the faults dominating the half-grabens of extensional faults,rift basins are classified into two types： the single fault segmented-linkage type and the multi-fault combination *** main controlling factors of the temporal and spatial combination of sedimentary systems and the distribution of depocenters and subsidence centers in different basins are *** characteristics of early segmentation and later linkage of the faults play a critical role in controlling the sedimentary system combination within the sequence framework and the temporal and spatial differences of depocenters and subsidence centers of the single fault segmented-linkage rift basins,while the differences in fault activities are the dominating factors of the multi-fault combination rift basins.

Secretoneurin （SN） is a neuropeptide derived from specific proteolytic processing of the precursor secretogranin II （Sgll）. In zebrafish and other teleosts, there are two paralogs named sglla and sgllb. Our results showed that neurons expressing sgllb were aligned with central arteries in the hindbrain, demonstrating a close neurovascular association. Both sgllb-/- and sgllo-/-/sgllb-/- mutant embryos were defective in hindbrain central artery development due to impairment of migration and proliferation of central artery cells. Further study revealed that sgllb is non-ceU autonomous and required for central artery development. Hindbrain arterial and venous network identities were not affected in sgllb-/- mutant embryos, and the mRNA levels of Notch and VEGF pathway-related genes were not altered. However, the activation of MAPK and PI3K/AKT pathways was inhibited in sgllb-/- mutant embryos. Reactivation of MAPK or PI3K/AKT in endothelial cells could partially rescue the central artery developmental defects in the sgllb mutants. This studV provides the first in vivo evidence that sgllb ptavs a critical rote in neurovascutar modeling of the hindbrain. Targeting the Sgll system may, therefore, represent a new avenue for the treatment of vascular defects in the central nervous system.

Intravascular Optical Coherence Tomography（IVOCT） is an important imaging technique for diagnose of atherosclerosis due to its advantages of high spatial and temporal resolutions. In this paper, an automatic detection method is proposed for the evaluation of the stent placement in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention（PCI）. The method mainly contains the flowing three steps. Firstly, the IVOCT images are de-noised by total variation model. Secondly, the ROI zone and the seed points of stents are detected. Finally, the region growing algorithm is used to segment the stents according to the selected seed points. More than one thousand clinical OCT images are collected from 10 post-PCI treatment patients for evaluating the performance of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method could achieve 89.3% accuracy and 86.5%sensitivity.

由于最近卷积神经网络在计算机视觉任务中的发展,深度人脸识别方法的性能得到了显著提高。现有的深度人脸模型将人脸识别任务视为一个分类任务或度量学习任务,旨在学习到具有区分度的人脸特征,但是很少能达到类内距离小、类间距离大的特点。损失函数作为监督信号,在卷积神经网络学习人脸特征时起到重要的作用。提出基于余弦距离的Softmax损失函数(Cosine Softmax Loss,CSL),让人脸特征区分度更高。使用相同的网络模型和训练数据集,在LFW和YTF等数据集上的实验结果验证了所提方法的优越性。
