AIM To establish consensual definitions of anoperineal lesions of Crohn's(APLOC) disease and assess interobserver agreement on their diagnosis between *** A database of digitally recorded pictures of APLOC was examined by a coordinating group who selected two series of 20 pictures illustrating the various aspects of APLOC. A reading group comprised: eight experts from the Société Nationale Fran?aise de Colo Proctologie group of study and research in proctology and one academic dermatologist. All members of the coordinating and reading groups participated in dedicated meetings. The coordinating group initially conducted a literature review to analyse verbatim descriptions used to evaluate APLOC. The study included two phases: establishment of consensual definitions using a formal consensus method and later assessment of interobserver agreement on the diagnosis of APLOC using photos of APLOC, a standardised questionnaire and Fleiss' s kappa test or descriptive *** Terms used in literature to evaluate visible APLOC did not include precise definitions or reference to definitions. Most of the expert reports on the first set of photos agreed with the main diagnosis but their verbatim reporting contained substantial variation. The definitions of ulceration(entity, depth, extension), anal skin tags(entity, inflammatory activity, ulcerated aspect), fistula(complexity, quality of drainage, inflammatory activity of external openings), perianal skin lesions(abscess, papules, edema, erythema) and anoperineal scars were validated. For fistulae, they decided to follow the American Gastroenterology Association's guidelines definitions. The diagnosis of ulceration(κ = 0.70), fistulae(κ = 0.75), inflammatory activity of external fistula openings(86.6% agreement), a b s c e s s e s( 8 4. 6 % a g r e e m e n t) a n d e r y t h e m a(100% agreement) achieved a substantial degree of interobserver reproducibility. AIM: To determine renal dysfunction post liver transplantation, its incidence and risk factors in patients from a Belgian University ***: Orthotopic liver transplantations performed from January 2006 until September 2012 were retrospectively reviewed(n = 187). Patients with no renal replacement therapy(RRT) before transplantation were classified into four groups according to their highest creatinine plasma level during the first postoperative week. The first group had a peak creatinine level below 12 mg/L, the second group between 12 and 20 mg/L, the third group between 20 and 35 mg/L, and the fourth above 35 mg/L. In addition, patients who needed RRT during the first week after transplantation were also classified into the fourth group. Perioperative parameters were recorded as risk factors, namely age, sex, bodymass index(BMI), length of preoperative hospital stay, prior bacterial infection within one month, preoperative ascites, preoperative treatment with β-blocker, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, preoperative creatinine and bilirubin levels, donor status(cardiac death or brain death), postoperative lactate level, need for intraoperative vasopressive drugs, surgical revision, mechanical ventilation for more than 24 h, postoperative bilirubin and transaminase peak levels, postoperative hemoglobin level, amount of perioperative blood transfusions and type of immunosuppression. Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed using logistic ordinal regression method. Post hoc analysis of the hemostatic agent used was also ***: There were 78 patients in group 1(41.7%), 46 in group 2(24.6%), 38 in group 3(20.3%) and 25 in group 4(13.4%). Nutrition is an important aspect of public health because it is linked to many significant diseases and health problems. This work is part of the promotion of traditional foods from the Democratic Republic of Congo in general and in the province of Bandundu, in particular by assessing the selenium content and the antioxidant capacity of wild edible mushrooms. Methanolic extracts from selected mushrooms were characterized for their chemical fingerprint by TLC and their in vitro antioxidant activities using ABTS, DPPH assays. Phytochemical screening revealed the presence of alkaloids, free amines, steroids and terpenes in all species. However, Auricularia delicata and Pleurotus tuberregium contain flavonoids. All extracts displayed a good radical-scavenging activity at the concentration range 1 - 300 μg/mL in the following order: Auricularia delicata > Lentinus cf cladopus > Pleurotus tuberregium > Marasmius buzungolo > Schizophillum commune. Studied mushrooms showed the interest quantity of selenium and L. cf cladodus had the highest concentration. Moderate selenium content of these wild mushrooms associated with their important antioxidant activities could provide health benefits to Bandundu’s populations in protecting against oxidative damage under different conditions including konzo.

These measurements have motivated improvements to the original model to include two-dimensional （2D） and three-dimensional （3D） *** this paper we describe a full-machine （36 module）,one-dimensional （1D） circuit model of Z using the Bertha code developed at the Naval Research *** also describe a model that uses 2D *** addition,we discuss plans for implementing a 3D circuit model to allow investigating azimuthal effects that can be important for tailoring the rise time,shape,and length of the Z output *** tailoring on Z is achieved by staggering the timing of the various pulsed-forming modules,and by operating individual modules in either long or short-pulse *** the individual lines combine at a large diameter and are separated azimuthally, transit-time effects can be important for determining transient field enhancements at the vacuum insulator and in the vacuum transmission lines,as well as pulse "shape. Finally,we compare the 1D and 2D models with data, and provide predictions for both short and long pulse modes for various load configurations.

提出了足尺组合支柱和混杂支柱/船连接的结构响应。柱由E玻璃/环氧芯、丝缠绕碳/环氧的结构断面组成以及采用E玻璃/乙烯基脂外部包裹来保护海洋环境下的支柱。支柱和船体的连接采用粘接剂将铝底座与船体固定。提出了柱设计、试验设备、操作细节的概要。试验内容包括对弱轴的低水平循环弯曲响应、强轴的弯曲、结合弱轴的弯曲和扭矩。对强轴进行了峰荷试验,对弱轴进行了大位移振幅试验。在高水平强轴试验过程中,主要的破坏模式由底部的铝材破坏和安装在试验框架底部的铝法兰破坏构成。在组合材料中,无论采用目测还是使用仪器都没有观察到失效的情况。强轴的峰荷超过设计弯矩的3.6倍。柱的有限元分析及其与试验结果的比较显示,混杂连接旋转刚度改变了全过程的响应。

In this paper, we present hands-on experience related to on-going implementation in aircraft of power supply for a wireless sensor network deployed for aerodynamic flight tests. This autonomous battery-free power supply is capturing, managing and storing primary energy from the environment, using solar light and PV (photovoltaic) cells. For practical purposes, it is also equipped with an auxiliary power input. The specifications are detailed, the general architecture is presented and justified, and test results are discussed.
