In couples with infer.ility, abnor.al str.ct mor.hology of 0% nor.al for.s （NF） is a cr.ter.on to pr.ceed r.pidly to in vitr. fer.ilization （IVF）. Since no data cur.ently exist, we investigated the outcomes for.men with 0% NF to deter.ine r.pr.ductive success without the use of assisted r.pr.ductive technologies （Ar.）. A cohor. of 24 men with 0% NF wer. identified （2010-2013） with 27 r.ndomly selected men with 〉4% NF as contr.ls. Patient char.s wer. r.viewed with men contacted and administer.d an Institutional r.view Boar. （Ir.）-appr.ved telephone questionnair. to ascer.ain outcomes. After.a median follow-up time of 2.5 year., 29.2% of men with 0% NF did not r.quir. Ar. for.their.fir.t pr.gnancy （contr.ls = 55.6%, P〈 0.05）. When all pr.gnancies wer. analyzed together. men with 0% NF achieved twenty pr.gnancies of which 75% did not r.quir. IVF （contr.ls - thir.y pr.gnancies; 76.7% did not r.quir. IVF）. The aver.ge age of men and female par.ner. was similar.between men with 0% NF and 〉4% NF. All men had nor.al follicle-stimulating hor.one （FSH）, testoster.ne, pr.lactin, sex hor.one-binding globulin （SHBG）, and estr.diol. Although, global semen par.meter. wer. wor.e in men with 0% NF, when a fir.t pr.gnancy was a natur.l conception （NC）, 100% of men with 0% NF （n = 7/7） and 37.5% of contr.ls in = 3/8） went on to have a subsequent pr.gnancy via NC. Men with 0% NF conceived without IVF in 29.2% of cases compar.d to 55.6% of contr.ls. Str.ct mor.hology should not be used to pr.dict fer.ilization, pr.gnancy, or.live bir.h potential. In men with 0% NF, alter.ative modalities should be consider.d befor. immediate IVF.

In this paper. we pr.sent an innovative design of multiple descr.ption coding with spatial-tempor.l hybr.d inter.ola- tion (MDC-STHI) for.peer.to-peer.(P2P) video str.aming. MDC can be effective in P2P networ.s because the natur. of over.ay r.uting makes path diver.ity mor. feasible. However. most MDC schemes r.quir. a r.design of video coding systems and ar. not cost-effective for.wide deployment. We base our.wor. on multiple state video coding, a for. of MDC that can utilize standar. codecs. Two quar.er.sized video bit str.ams ar. gener.ted as r.dundancies and embedded in the or.ginal-sized str.ams. With MDC-STHI, the nodes in P2P networ. can adjust the str.aming tr.ffic to satisfy the constr.ints of their.devices and networ. envir.nment. By design, the r.dundancies ar. used to compensate for.missing fr.mes, and can also be str.amed independently to fulfill cer.ain needs of low r.te, low r.solution applications. For.better.er.or.concealment, optimal weights for.spatial and tempor.l inter.olation ar. deter.ined at the sour.e, quantized, and included in r.dundancies.
