Retroperitoneal laparoscopic nondismembered pyeloplasty for uretero-pelvic junction obstruction due to crossing vessels: A matched-paired analysis and review of literature

Objective:To compare laparoscopic Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty(LAHP)and retroperitoneal laparoscopic YV-pyeloplasty(LRYVP)in ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJ)in presence of a crossing vessels(CV).Methods:Our database showed 380 UPJO-cases,who underwent laparoscopic retroperitoneal surgery during the last 2 decades including 206 non-dismembered LRYVP,157 dismembered pyeloplasties LAHP,and 17 cases of laparoscopic *** them 198 cases were suitable for a matched-pair(2:1)analysis comparing laparoscopic retroperitoneal non-dismembered LRYVP(Group 1,n Z 131)and dismembered LAHP(Group 2,n Z 67)in presence of a crossing *** were matched according to age,gender,kidney functions,and obstruction *** were graded according to modified ***:Comparative data were similar between both groups(LRYVP ***)including mean operating time(112 min vs.114 min),complication rates(4.2%vs.7.3%)mainly Grade 1e2 according to Clavien classification,and success rates(90%vs.89%).These results reflected in the reviewed literature indicate that LRYVP provides the advantage of minimal dissection in case of CV with similar ***,redundant pelvis and anteriorly crossing vessels still require a dismembered pyeloplasty ***:LRYVP has achieved similar results compared with the previous golden standard of open surgery,especially in case of crossing vessels apart from presence of a redundant pelvis or anteriorly crossing *** can be further improved when using the small access retroperitoneoscopic technique respectively mini-laparoscopy.

合作翻译是翻译领域一种非常中常见的现象,然而翻译界对此领域的关注较少。本论文以费孝通《生育制度》一书译成德文的翻译项目为例对于合作翻译进行研究。费孝通是中外著名的人类学家、社会学家,首次出版于1947年的《生育制度》一本书属于社会学类的,这本书主要论述了当时中国各种与配偶选择、婚姻、育子女、亲戚等方面相关的问题。本论文主要针对合作翻译所带来的特殊挑战与问题进行研究,由于合作翻译中如何能做到统一是非常关键的问题,因此本篇论文以此为论述重点进行研究。对此进行研究时也会关注到笔者参与翻译项目的背景、翻译项目本身的结构与协调员对于笔者翻译质量的具体要求。另外,论文还会提到笔者与翻译项目协调员之间的沟通和翻译项目审校员工作这两方面以便分析出本次合作翻译的特殊条件。论文会先从笔者在翻译过程中所遇到的一般性的问题开始论述合作翻译统一的问题。然后会以具体的例子对于统一的问题进行分析,例子出于翻译初稿与审校完之后版本之间的比较,主要研究被更改的地方,笔者按例子更改的具体原因进行分类,然后按例子所属类型进行具体例子的分析,例子类型按照以下标准进行划分:属于该类型例子的数量、该类型例子对于译文质量的影响、该类型例子的研究意义。两种类型选最有代表性的进行分析。在结语部分笔者将总结此前分析的主要结果,阐明其意义,另外,还就如何更好地做到统一做出建议,最后笔者思考接下来还需要再研究的相关内容和本次论文对于自己作为译者的意义。通过以上分析研究,笔者认为:前后统一这个问题对于合作翻译至关重要,译者之间,译者与协调员之间的沟通合作对合作翻译有重要意义。统一在合作翻译领域中是一种较为复杂的概念,它包含多种意义上的统一,譬如遣字用词、语言风格、对原作和作者的解读、翻译策略等方面,另外还要注意到原文和译文的统一和译文里的统一这两个层次。本论文注重在遣字用词、语言风格与处理文化因素的方式上。分析具体例子时笔者发现了不少审校员没有做到完全统一的地方,这一结果就表明了真正做到统一难度极高,论文中所分析的具体例子表明了原文出现同一词意义上可能包含的多样而复杂给统一译文所带来的挑战。另外,论文也涉及到原文出现为同一词、在原文里意思也统一的词在译文中出现不同译法的现象,对其不同的理由和对统一译文的负面影响进行研究。此外,还以原文中经常使用的第一人称和这一现象在译文中的统一翻译方法为例对语言风格统一进行研究。随后还对于文化因素的处理方式进行研究,这一方面注重在正文上写出相关解释还是使用脚注的方式和这方面的不统一对译文结构影响这一方面上。最后还涉及到外文中使不使用汉字对统一译文的影响。本论文的结果作为对合作翻译进行进一步研究的基础。

The accumulation of sediment in river channels is a phenomenon that is not only influenced by the channel morphology, but also by the physical and geographical character- istics and the endogenous and exogenous processes taking place in the catchment. This paper presents an analysis of the impact the changes in lithological conditions have on the morphological and morphometric parameters of the Udava River channel and their relation to the channel accumulation forms representative of the river＇s longitudinal profile as well as of its planform. Results document when accumulation forms occur and what is their spatial dis- tribution within the longitudinal and cross-sectional river profiles. More resistant structures created sections with a lower degree of sedimentation, while in depression segments the degree of sedimentation was higher. With the increase in longitudinal slope, the impact of channel width on the average channel bar size increased. Also a difference in the accumula- tion was observed between the left and right bank which could be possibly explained by the impact of Coriolis force.

Background: SIRT1 histone deacetylase acts on many epigenetic and non-epigenetic targets. It is thought that SIRT1 is involved in oocyte maturation;therefore, the importance of the ooplasmic SIRT1 pool for the further fate of mature oocytes has been strongly suggested. We hypothesised that SIRT1 plays the role of a signalling molecule in mature oocytes through selected epigenetic and non-epigenetic ***: We observed SIRT1 re-localisation in mature oocytes and its association with spindle *** mature oocytes, SIRT1 distribution shows a spindle-like pattern, and spindle-specific SIRT1 action decreasesα-tubulin acetylation. Based on the observation of the histone code in immature and mature oocytes, we suggest that SIRT1 is mostly predestined for an epigenetic mode of action in the germinal vesicles(GVs) of immature oocytes. Accordingly, BML-278-driven trimethylation of lysine K9 in histone H3 in mature oocytes is considered to be a result of GV epigenetic ***: Taken together, our observations point out the dual spatiotemporal SIRT1 action in oocytes,which can be readily switched from the epigenetic to non-epigenetic mode of action depending on the progress of meiosis.

Results of transvenous lead extraction of coronary sinus leads in patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy

Background The need for transvenous lead extraction procedures of coronary sinus （CS） leads is increasing due to rising numbers of implanted cardiac resynchronization therapy devices during the past decade. Methods From january 2009 to June 2013, 27 CS leads were scheduled for extraction in 27 patients （mean age （63.1±14.6） years）. Indications for lead extraction were infection in 13 and lead dysfunction in 14 cases. Isolated extraction of CS leads was performed in eight, extraction of multiple leads in 19 cases. Among leads with an implant time of 〉12 months （n=19） mean implant duration （MID） was （46.4±15.2）（12-76） months. Groups were formed depending on infectious or non-infectious indications （INF vs. Non-INF）, and the use or non-use of extraction tools （ET1 vs. ET0）. Results Among patients with an implant duration of 〉12 months, complete procedural success was 94.7% and clinical success 100%. Operative mortality was zero. In the INF versus NON-INF groups complete procedural success （100% vs. 91.7%, P=0.43）, mean number of required extraction tools （0.7 （0-2） vs. 0.9 （0-3）, P=0.65） and MID （49.1±15.0 vs. 44.7±15.8, P=0.83） did not differ significantly. Comparing the groups ET1 and ET0 showed no significant differences in complications （n=l vs. n=l, P=-0.81） and MID （47.0±17.5 vs. 45.5±12.6, P=0.71）. Conclusions In specialized centers transvenous lead extraction of coronary sinus leads with a mean implant duration of almost four years can be performed safely and effectively. Neither non-infectious indications nor the use of extraction tools negatively affected the outcome of the procedure.

目的含有组织抗体的内耳病患者血清与未固定及未脱钙的仓鼠头部冰冻切片反应可避免抗原性的改变,而且在同一张切片上耳蜗以外的组织可以用来对照。方法66份前庭听觉功能障碍或听力正常的患者血清和一份正常人的血清与仓鼠头部切片进行反应,结果抗血管内皮抗体、抗核抗体以及抗线粒体抗体阳性的血清和仓鼠头部切片上的内耳以及其它组织呈现阳性反应。表明患者血清中的这些抗体对内耳来说不是器官特异性的。50例前庭听觉功能障碍的患者血清中只有2例有耳硬化的患者血清在免疫发病机理上可以看作是半器官特异性的。抗内膜抗体和抗平滑肌抗体阳性的血清对内耳组织反应阴性。对头皮肌和镫骨动脉壁及内耳动脉壁有反应。Corti氏器的盖膜显示出非特异性的自身绿色荧光。结论头部切片对于区分器官特异性抗体以及诊断自身免疫性内耳病是一种新的、方便的且安全的技术。单纯的免疫组化测定并没有对内耳疾病的单因素病因学给出一个提示。在使用患者血清中的组织抗体时,其它的额外因素也应该被考虑在内,因为前庭听觉功能障碍在病因学可能是多因素的。

The novel coronavirus pandemic,first reported in December 2019,was caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).SARS-CoV-2 infection leads to a strong immune response and activation of antigen-presenting cells,which can elicit acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)characterized by the rapid onset of widespread inflammation,the so-called cytokine *** response to viral infections,monocytes are recruited into the lung and subsequently differentiate into dendritic cells(DCs).DCs are critical players in the development of acute lung inflammation that causes ***,we focus on the interaction of a specific SARS-CoV-2 open reading frame protein,ORF8,with *** show that ORF8 binds to DCs,causes pre-maturation of differentiating DCs,and induces the secretion of multiple proinflammatory cytokines by these *** addition,we identified DC-SIGN as a possible interaction partner of ORF8 on *** of ORF8 leads to reduced production of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-12p70,TNF-α,MCP-1(also named CCL2),and IL-10 by ***,a neutralizing antibody blocking the ORF8-mediated cytokine and chemokine response could be an improved therapeutic strategy against SARS-CoV-2.
