营销渠道对农户收入的影响——以阿富汗葡萄种植户为例

一个国家的经济不仅依赖于国内生产和贸易,而且在葡萄营销渠道上,这使得研究一个国家关键产品的生产和出口潜力显得尤为重要。产品是否具有价格竞争力,营销渠道和潜在市场是每个生产领域都要考虑的重要方面。然而,无论是在国际市场还是在国内市场,都使用不同的营销合同,这就使得使用哪种合同成为一个需要回答的重要问题。研究水果的销售状况很重要,因为与其他产品相比,水果很容易腐烂。无论是新鲜出售还是加工出售(干燥或保留),都要从战略上选择好的市场和营销窗口,因为它们是决定农民正收益和负收益的一些主要因素。此外,农户通过这一过程选择的营销合同对收益起着重要作用。营销合同影响产品的销售速度和定价。营销合同在效率和有效性方面是不同的。阿富汗是世界上最大的葡萄种植国之一,农场面积占水果农场的三分之一以上。阿富汗葡萄已经种植了几个世纪,在阿富汗经济中发挥着重要作用。阿富汗葡萄每年出口到世界大部分地区,包括阿联酋、英国、法国、日本和东亚。然而,糟糕的栽培技术和营销体系导致了葡萄品质的下降和色泽的损失。虽然大多数研究都是通过改进农场做法来改进葡萄种植,但在阿富汗葡萄业营销合同的效力和效率方面仍然存在差距。1998年联合国粮农组织数据发现,阿富汗每年有30-40%的葡萄种植户的收入因销售渠道选择不当而受到损失,但是较少研究关注阿富汗葡萄种植户销售渠道选择对收入的影响。因此,探究葡萄种植户销售渠道选择及其福利效应成为重要的现实问题和学术议题。(1)基于此,本文采用150份阿富汗葡萄种植户调查数据,运用BFG(Bourguignon Fournier Gurgand)方法,旨在探究阿富汗葡萄种植户选择不同销售渠道的影响因素,以及不同销售渠道选择对农户福利的影响。本文所考虑的营销渠道有三种:一是农户与农民组织签订销售合同、二是农民与贸易商签订销售合同,三是农民未与任何组织签订销售合同直接进行市场销售。遵循以上研究思路,本文研究结论和政策建议主要包括:阿富汗喀布尔、帕尔旺和卡皮萨三省150户葡萄种植户中,喀布尔农民与贸易商签订合同的可能性较低,帕尔旺和卡皮萨的农民与农民组织签订合同的可能性更高。26.67%的农户与农民组织签订合同,45.33%的农户与贸易商签订了合同,28.00%的农户未签订销售合同直接进行市场交易。葡萄种植农户平均年龄30.9岁,平均种植年限10.4年。(2)农场距离和互联网使用对未采纳合同销售有显著的负面影响,互联网使用和农场距离对采纳与贸易商签订销售合同进行销售有显著的正向影响;农民种植年限对与贸易商签订销售合同进行销售产生了积极影响;销售价格的提高降低了农民与贸易商签订合同的可能性;销售价格、省份、参加培训和种植面积对与农民组织签订的合同有显著的正向影响;与从朋友、家人和银行贷款的农民相比,从农民组织贷款的农民与农民组织签订合同的可能性较小。(3)与农民组织签订合同相比,与贸易商签订营销合同对农户福利有积极影响。(4)所有营销合同的选择性修正项都是显著的,表明未观察到的因素存在选择性偏差。

Recent advances in wireless communications are diffusing into many new applications. The tiny sensor node, which consists of sensing, data processing and communicating components, led to the idea of sensor networks. A sensor network composed of a large number of sensor nodes that are densely deployed either inside the phenomenon or very close to it. The applications envisioned for sensor networks vary from monitoring inhospitable habitats and disaster areas to operating indoors for intrusion detection and equipment monitoring. In most cases the network designer would have little control over the exact deployment of the network. Nowadays Vehicular Networks are drawing lots of attention due to the wide variety of applications that they can provide. These applications include traffic monitoring, positioning, security etc. A lot of research work is being conducted to define the standard for vehicular communication. These include frequency allocation, standards for physical and link layers, routing algorithms, security issues and new applications. In this paper we discuss the disadvantages of the traffic monitoring by traditional methods and by using GPS equipped sensors. Then we propose a new routing protocol for a fixed topology containing both stationary and mobile nodes. We also try to optimize the energy of the sensor nodes. We simulate our routing algorithm in MATLAB and evaluate it for different possible cases.

Investigation of Ceramic Based Composites by Using 2D Graphene Filler

The ceramic composites of sodium bismuth titanate with reduce graphene oxide NBT/rGO of different compositions were fabricated by solid state sintering method and characterized. In this work, the graphene oxide (GO) and reduce graphene oxide (rGO) was successfully synthesized by Hummer’s modified method which is confirmed by FTIR and XRD results. The reduce graphene oxide used as 2D filler in piezoelectric creamic material. The crystalline structure of NBT/rGO composite was confirmed by X-ray diffraction with rhombohedral symmetry. The dispersion of rGO in the ceramic can be detect by the optical microcopy images. The electrical conductivity of sodium bismuth titanate shows increase at higher values of frequency and conductivity nanocomposites of different wt% were start decreases up to certain value of frequency. The broadening of peaks in frequency explicit plots of electrical conductivity with the help of LCR Meter (Impedance Capacitance and Resistance). The crystalline size of reduced graphene oxide and NBT is calculated by Scherrer’s formula of XRD peaks.

BACKGROUND： Recurrent pregnancy loss （RPL） is a heterogeneous condition and thrombophilias have been considered as a probable cause. OBJECTIVE： The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of the coagulation factor XIII Va134Leu polymorphism among women with unexplained RPL. METHODS： A total of 140 women with a history of unexplained RPL and 100 age-matched healthy fertile women were recruited. The presence of FXIII Va134Leu polymorphism among the cases and controls was investigated using PCR-RFLP method. RESULTS： Genotype analyses of the subjects revealed that the patients had a significantly higher prevalence of V/L and L/L than the controls （P〈 0.05）： 33.5% vs. 15%, and 9.2% vs. 2%, respectively. CONCLUSION： These results indicate a significant association between FXIII Va134Leu polymorphism and unexplained RPL in the Iranian patient.

The Quality Inspection of Adult Primary Hepatocytes Culture

ObjectiveWe collected heptocytes from the resected adult benign lesions tissues of liver with the help of surgery to study on quality inspection of adult primary hepatocyte after isolation such as morphological changes,metabolic activities and mycoplasma infection during culture in *** isolated hepatocytes from benign liver tissues of patients using modified collagenase perfusion,isolated adult primary hepatocytes counted by blood count plate,liver cells survival rate is checked by trypan blue staining *** hepatocyte activity in 7 days continuous culture were detected by CCK-8;.The amount of human Albumin,Urea and Alpha-1 antitrypsin secreted into the medium was measured byenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Hoechst Staining Method is used for Detection of *** quantify of fresh adult primary hepatocytes count up to 109,viability detection of fresh adult primary hepatocytes with trypan blue staining was 90%or *** experimental results of CCK-8 showed that the cell viability of hepatocyte were in the best state at the third day of *** secretion is at its highest concentration at 3rd day and from the 4th day started decreasing *** secretion during hepatocytes culture was high at 2nd and 3rd day,from 3rd day start decreasing ***-1-antitrypsin secretion decreasing gradually during 7days of hepatocytes *** is no mycoplasma detected in hepatocytes cultured in *** the process of adult primary liver cell cultivation,Albumin and Urea secretion was high at 3rd day and Alpha-1-antitrypsin secretion decreases gradually during hepatocytes flow culture *** is no mycoplasma infection found during hepatocytes culture so hepatocytes have high purity for transplantation.

Latent tuberculosis infection among medical students in Malaysia

Objective: This study aimed to determine prevalence of latent tuberculosis infection among medical students and tuberculosis exposure at the health facilities. Methods: A cross-section of study year 1(n=68) and year 5(n=75) medical students in a local university were recruited for latent tuberculosis infection testing using QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus and a questionnaire analyzed for multivariate risk. Results: The majority of the study were vaccinated with BCG. None of year 1 medical students were positive for latent tuberculosis infection, however, six(8.0%) year 5 students were tested positive for latent tuberculosis infection. A higher incidence of year 5 medical students claimed to be exposed to tuberculosis at health facility(65.3% vs. 4.4%) and a higher percentage reported contact with tuberculosis case over the preceding year compared to year 1 students(30.7% vs. 8.8%). Conclusion: We observed a higher incidence of latent tuberculosis infection and higher exposure to tuberculosis in health facilities among year 5 medical students. Baseline screening and monitoring for progression to tuberculosis infection may benefit tuberculosis management programs.

Hydrodynamic deep drawing assisted by radial pressure is an advanced sheet forming technology with great advantages such as higher drawing ratio, good surface quality and higher dimensional accuracy. In this process, both the bottom surface and the peripheral edge of sheets are under hydrodynamic pressure, so that the forming procedure is more uniform with low failure probability. Multi-layered sheets with complex geometries could be formed more easily with this technique compared with other traditional methods. Rupture is the main irrecoverable failure form in sheet forming processes. Prediction of rupture occurrence is of great importance for determining and optimizing the proper process parameters. In this research, a theoretical model was proposed to calculate the critical rupture pressure in production of double layered conical parts with hydrodynamic deep drawing process assisted by radial pressure. The effects of other process parameters on critical rupture pressure, such as punch tip radius, drawing ratio, coefficient of friction, sheet thickness and material properties were also discussed. The proposed model was compared with finite element simulation and validated by experiments on Al1050/St13 double layered sheets, where a good agreement was found with analytical results.

The goals of this study were to determine the weekly milk production of Saanen goats at UniSZA Pasir Akar Farm,and to evaluate milk production and composition in three age *** January 2021 to May 2021,a study was conducted at the UniSZA Pasir Akar Farm in Besut,*** goat milk samples were collected and stored in sterile falcon *** samples were stored in an insulated box at 5℃ before being transported to the laboratory and stored at-20℃ until further *** samples were analyzed in four replicates for each sample group using the *** one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)method was used to analyze raw data among age groups,with p<0.05 indicating a significant *** highest milk yield was produced by four-year-old goats(943.9 g/d),followed by three-year-old goats(850.5 g/d)and two-year-old goats(571.1 g/d),*** non-fat(SNF),protein,and lactose content showed the highest in percentage in the 3-year old group,at 7.80%,2.80%,and 4.27%,***,the fat content revealed an unusual pattern,with 2.87%,2.77%,and 3.33%representing 2,3 and 4 years *** occurred due to other factors such as feed,breed,and *** conclusion,this study found a significant difference in milk yield and composition across three age ***,this is only a preliminary result based on a small number of animals and a short study *** studies will perhaps,use larger sample sizes and parameters to validate the current result.

The Effects of Bone Screw Configurations on the Interfragmentary Movement in a Long Bone Fixed by a Limited Contact Locking Compression Plate

The locking compression plates (LCP) are efficient tools in open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF), especially in osteoporotic bones. Two important factors of screw density and screw position can affect the functionality of the bone plate. Several studies have assessed the influence of the screw configurations on the bone-plate stiffness, but the effects of screw positions on the interfragmentary strain, εIF of LCP construct have not been investigated yet. In this study, finite element method was used to investigate the influence of screws number and position on the interfragmentary strain of LCP-femur system for a mid-shaft fracture. Results of this study showed that by insertion of screws closer to the fracture site, εIF decreases by 2nd degree polynomial function versus screw position, but by adding the screws from the ends of the plate, or by moving and placing the screws towards the fracture site, the reduction of εIF will be linear. Results of this study were compared and are in agreement with some studies in the literature, even though their scope was mostly stability of the bone-implant system, whereas our scope was focused on the interfragmentary strain.
