背景与目的利妥昔单抗是一种靶向CD20的单克隆抗体,在治疗边缘区淋巴瘤(marginal zone lymphoma,MZL)中可以单药或联合化疗使用,可提高缓解率和生存率,但治疗后仍可能会复发。因此,仍需探索如何延长MZL患者的缓解期的治疗方案。这项多中心、单臂、开放标签的Ⅱ期研究评估了对一线R-CVP(rituximab,cyclophosphamide,vincristine,and prednisolone;利妥昔单抗、环磷酰胺、长春新碱和泼尼松龙)治疗有反应的Ⅲ–Ⅳ期CD20阳性MZL患者进行利妥昔单抗维持治疗2年的生存率。本研究旨在明确R-CVP后利妥昔单抗维持治疗的策略是否有进一步研究的价值。方法在利妥昔单抗维持治疗之前,Ⅲ–Ⅳ期MZL患者应接受6–8周期的R-CVP一线治疗。每个周期为3周,第1 d静脉输注利妥昔单抗(375 mg/m^2)、环磷酰胺(750 mg/m^2)和长春新碱(1.4 mg/m^2;最大2 mg),第1–5 d口服泼尼松龙(100 mg)。对R-CVP治疗达到完全缓解(complete response,CR)、部分缓解(part response,PR)或疾病稳定(stable response,SD)的患者进行利妥昔单抗维持治疗,每8周静脉注射利妥昔单抗375mg/m^2,直到12个周期。主要终点为无进展生存期(progression-free surviva,PFS),次要终点为总生存期(overall survival,OS)和治疗安全性。结果共纳入47例患者,其中45(96%)例接受了利妥昔单抗维持治疗。15(33%)例患者有淋巴结MZL。在进行R-CVP一线治疗后,分别有20(44%)例、22(49%)例和3(7%)例的患者达到了CR、PR和SD。中位随访38.2个月后,患者的3年PFS率为81%。在利妥昔单抗维持治疗期间,R-CVP治疗后有6例PR和1例SD患者获得CR。LDH升高和B症状是PFS的重要预后因素(P=0.003),3年OS率为90%。利妥昔单抗维持治疗的耐受性良好,常见的治疗性不良事件为感觉性神经病(18%)、肌痛(13%)、疲劳(9%)和中性粒细胞减少(9%)。结论一线R-CVP治疗后利妥昔单抗维持治疗在Ⅲ–Ⅳ期MZL患者中不仅表现出较好的PFS,而且药物毒性反应评价良好。

AIM To assess the performance of proposed scores specific for acute-on-chronic liver failure in predicting shortterm mortality among patients with alcoholic *** We retrospectively collected data from 264 patients with clinically diagnosed alcoholic hepatitis from January to December 2013 at 21 academic hospitals in Korea. The performance for predicting short-term mortality was calculated for Chronic Liver FailureSequential Organ Failure Assessment(CLIF-SOFA), CLIF Consortium Organ Failure score(CLIF-C OFs), Maddrey'sdiscriminant function(DF), age, bilirubin, international normalized ratio and creatinine score(ABIC), Glasgow Alcoholic Hepatitis Score(GAHS), model for end-stage liver disease(MELD), and *** Of 264 patients, 32(12%) patients died within 28 d. The area under receiver operating characteristic curve of CLIF-SOFA, CLIF-C OFs, DF, ABIC, GAHS, MELD, and MELD-Na was 0.86(0.81-0.90), 0.89(0.84-0.92), 0.79(0.74-0.84), 0.78(0.72-0.83), 0.81(0.76-0.86), 0.83(0.78-0.88), and 0.83(0.78-0.88), respectively, for 28-d mortality. The performance of CLIF-SOFA had no statistically significant differences for 28-d mortality. The performance of CLIF-C OFs was superior to that of DF, ABIC, and GAHS, while comparable to that of MELD and MELD-Na in predicting 28-d mortality. A CLIF-SOFA score of 8 had 78.1% sensitivity and 79.7% specificity, and CLIF-C OFs of 10 had 68.8% sensitivity and 91.4% specificity for predicting 28-d *** CLIF-SOFA and CLIF-C OF scores performed well, with comparable predictive ability for short-term mortality compared to the commonly used scoring systems in patients with alcoholic hepatitis.

The main goal of this work was to develop an optimal self-microemulsifying paclitaxel prepared with PLGA and solubilizer such as tetraglycol, Cremophor ELP, and Labrasol. The prepared PTx-loaded SMES showed the size of the range of 80–130 nm by dy-namic light scattering and a spherical shape by atomic force microscopy. In experiment of storage stability in deionized water (DW) or blood condition, PTx-loaded SMES showed good stability in DW and comparable stability in blood condition at 37oC for 7 days. In addition, PTx-loaded SMES showed a sig-nificant inhibitory effect on B16F10 melanoma proli-feration. In conclusion, we confirmed that the for-mulations tried in this study could be used as admin-istration form for animal trials of PTx.

现今人们约有90%的时间是在室内度过的。自1960年工业快速发展以来,建筑材料也从原来的自然材料发展到化学材料,并且建筑物的密封性也因节能的需求而得到了提高。这些都导致了不良建筑综合症(SBS)的出现。于是人们希望他们房子中的建筑材料是环保型材料。我们设计了一种黄土涂装材料,它是由黄土、水、树脂、硬化剂和填料组成的。本研究目的是制备一种环保型黄土涂装材料,并对其在墙面的使用性能进行评价。另外,可以对墙面的机械性能、挥发性有机化合物、甲醛的释放及红外辐射进行评估。

Microbial fuel cells (MFCs) are bioelectrochemical systems that convert chemical energy contained in organic matter into electrical energy by using the catalytic (metabolic) activity of living microorganisms. Mediator-less two chamber H-type MFCs were constructed in the current study, using dairy digester microbial population as anode inocula to convert finely ground pine tree (Avicel) at 2% (w/v) to electricity. MFCs were placed at 37°C and after the circuit voltage was stabilized on d9, bovine rumen microorganisms cultured anaerobically for 48 hrs in cellulose broth media were added to treatment group of MFC at 1% v/v dosage. MFC power and current across an external resistor were measured daily for 10 d. At the end of incubation on d19 head space gas and anode chamber liquid solutions were collected and analyzed for total gas volume and composition, and volatile fatty acids, respectively. Addition of enriched rumen microorganisms to anaerobic anode chamber increased cellulose digestibility and increased both CO2 and methane production;however, it decreased the methane to CO2 ratio. Over the experimental period, electricity generation was increased with rumen microorganism addition, and power density normalized to anode surface area was 17.6 to 67.2 mW/m2 with average of 36.0 mW/m2 in treatment, while control group had 3.6 to 21.6 (AVE 12.0) mW/m2. These observations imply that biocatalysis in MFCs requires additional cellulolytic activities to utilize structural biomass in bioenergy production.

用辣椒品种ECW123R(***)与CM334(***)杂交,对其121个F2代单株进行的检测表明,辣椒素合成酶基因(CS)与C位点的共分离控制了辣味的表达。故我们认为CS与C紧密连锁。对四个辣味型品种和四个无辣味型品种的测序分析表明,无辣味型品种在CS的5’上游区有一长度为2529bp的缺失(基因序列)存在。我们已研究出该C位点的分子标记,可在植株苗期检测其辣度。根据该缺失序列,我们开发了5个SCAR标志,其中有两个为共显性。这些SCAR标记对早期检测无辣味型个体既方便又准确。

本文利用2008-2012年韩国KOSPI上市公司数据,从真实活动盈余管理角度考察了外国投资者对韩国上市公司的影响。结果表明,随着外国投资者持股比例的提高,真实活动盈余管理程度减少。此外,持股比例超过5%的外国投资者也抑制了管理层的真实活动盈余管理行为,但是外国控股股东对真实活动盈余管理的影响不显著。进一步研究发现,在较好的公司治理环境下,外国投资者持股对真实活动盈余管理具有更为显著的抑制作用。

The development of boceprevir and telaprevir was a major step forward in the treatment of chronic hepatitis *** addition,the treatment of these infections has been recently revolutionized by the approval of sofosbuvir and ***,there are several challenges associated with the application of noveldrugs,such as new and more frequent adverse events,new drug interactions,and excessively high treatment *** additional concern is viral *** considerations highlight the fact that direct-acting antiviral agents are not a panacea and may not be the best option for all patients who are in need of *** retrospective study revealed that the sustained virologic response was not significantly reduced following peginterferon and ribavirin retreatment compared with the new *** suggest that patients who experience relapse shortly after completing treatment with peginterferon and ribavirin have a reasonable chance of achieving a sustained virologic response when retreated with these drugs alone.
