With the aging population,intertrochanteric femur fracture in the elderly has become one of the most serious public health issues and a hot topic of research in trauma *** to the limitations of internal fixation techniques and the insufficient mechanical design of nails,the occurrence of complications delays patient recovery after surgical *** of a proximal femur bionic nail(PFBn)based on zhang’s n triangle theory provides triangular supporting fixation,which dramatically decreases the occurrence of complications and has been widely used for clinical treatment of unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture *** this work,we developed an equivalent biomechanical model to analyze improvement in bone remodeling of unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture through PFBn *** results show that compared with proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFnA)and InterTan,PFBn can dramatically decrease the maximum strain in the proximal *** on Frost’s mechanostat theory,the local mechanical environment in the proximal femur can be regulated into the medium overload region by using a PFBn,which may render the proximal femur in a state of physiological overload,favoring post-operative recovery of intertrochanteric femur fracture in the *** work shows that PFBn may constitute a panacea for unstable intertrochanteric femur fracture and provides insights into improving methods of internal fixation.

nutrient levels in the artificial channel constructed for the Middle Route Project are significant indicators of water quality safety and aquatic ecological integrity for this large,interbasin ***,the distribution and transport of nutrients along the channel were poorly *** on a time-series dataset as well as mass balance and material flow analysis methods,the water and nutrient transport fluxes in the Middle Route of the South-to-north Water Diversion Project were identified in this *** results indicate that the nutrient concentrations varied considerably with time,but there was no significant difference among the 30 stations of the main *** temperature difference was the major factor in the large fluctuations of water quality indicators over *** nutrient loadings varied with the water volume outputs from the main channel to the waterreceiving *** deposition was an important source of nutrients in the main channel,accounting for 9.13%,20.6%,and 0.635%of the nitrogen,phosphorus,and sulfur input from the Danjiangkou Reservoir,*** 2021,a net accumulation of 988 tons of n,29 tons of P,and 2,540 tons of S,respectively,were present in the main *** increase of these external and internal nutrient loadings would cause water quality fluctuation and deterioration in some local sections of the main *** study quantified the spatial and temporal patterns of nutrient transport in the Middle Route and revealed the ecological effects on the aquatic environment,assisting authorities on the project to develop effective water conservation strategies.

Recently,a dual relation T_(0)(n+1)=T_(HP)(n)between the minimum temperature(T_(0)(n+1))black hole phase and the Hawking-Page transition(T_(HP)(n))black hole phase in two successive dimensions was introduced by wei et al(2020 ***.D10210411);this was reminiscent of the anti-de Sitter/conformal field theory(AdS/CFT)correspondence,as the Hawking-Page transition temperature could be treated as the temperature of the dual physical quantity on the boundary and the latter corresponds to that in the *** this paper,we discuss the Hawking-Page transition and the dual relations in Ads black holes surrounded by dark energy in general *** findings reveal the occurrence of the Hawking-Page transition between the thermal AdS radiation and thermodynamically stable large AdS black holes,in both the spacetime surrounded by phantom dark energy and the spacetime surrounded by quintessence dark *** discuss the effects of the phantom dark energy and quintessence dark energy on the Hawking-Page transition *** the dual relation in particular,it works well for the case of an AdS black holes surrounded by phantom dark *** the case of an Ads black hole surrounded by quintessence dark energy,the dual relation should be modified under an open assumption that the state parameter and the density parameter of the quintessence dark energy depend on the dimensions of the spacetime.

Single-particle aerosol mass spectrometry was used to study the characteristics of Fecontaining particles during winter in Chengdu,southwest *** mass concentrations of PM_(2.5)and PM_(10)during the study period were 64±38 and 89±49μg/m~3,respectively,and nO_(2)and particulate matter were high compared with most other regions of *** Fecontaining particles were divided into seven categories with different mass spectra,sources and aging *** highest contribution was from Fe mixed with carbonaceous components(Fe-C,23.1%)*** was more mixed with sulfate than nitrate and therefore the contribution of Fe mixed with sulfate(Fe-S,20.7%)particles was higher than that of Fe mixed with nitrate(Fe-n,12.5%)*** contributions from Fe-containing particles related to primary combustion were high in the small particle size range,whereas aged Fecontaining particles and dust-related particles were mostly found in the coarse particle size *** air masses mainly originated from the west and east of Chengdu,and the corresponding PM_(2.5)concentrations were 79±36 and 55±36μg/m~3,*** west and east air masses showed stronger contributions of Fe-containing particles related to biomass burning(Fe-B)and fossil fuel combustion(Fe-C and Fe-S)particles,*** southwest area contributed the most Fe-containing *** assessments of the effects of Fe-containing particles during heavy pollution period should pay more attention to Fe-C and Fe-S ***-reduction of Fe-containing particles should consider both local emissions and short-distance transmission from the surrounding areas.

In this work,a new ZnO/ConiO_(2)/CoO/C metal oxides composite is prepared by cost-effective hydrothermal method coupled with annealing process under n_(2) ***,the oxidation-defect annealing environment is conducive to both morphology and component of the composite,which flower-like ZnO/ConiO_(2)/CoO/C is *** from good chemical stability of ZnO,high energy capacity of ConiO_(2) and CoO and good conductivity of C,the as-prepared sample shows promising electrochemical behavior,including the specific capacity of 1435 C·g^(-1) at 1 A·g^(-1),capacity retention of 87.3%at 20 A·g^(-1),and cycling stability of 90.5%for 3000 cycles at 5 A·g^(-1),***,the prepared ZnO/ConiO_(2)/CoO/C/nF//AC aqueous hybrid supercapacitors device delivers the best specific energy of 55.9 W·h·kg^(-1) at 850 W·kg^(-1).The results reflect that the as-prepared ZnO/ConiO_(2)/CoO/C microflowers are considered as high performance electrode materials for supercapacitor,and the strategy mentioned in this paper is benefit to prepare mixed metal oxides composite for energy conversion and storage.

Although rare earth zirconates(RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7))have garnered attention as viable candidates for thermal barrier coatings(TBCs),they suffer from low fracture toughness and accelerated calcium–magnesium–alumina–silicate(CMAS)melt corrosion at high service temperatures,which impedes their practical *** this work,we developed a series of REAlO_(3)/RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(RE=La,nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,and Dy)composites with a eutectic composition that not only significantly enhanced the fracture toughness by more than 40%relative to that of RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)but also exhibited improved resistance to CMAS *** increase in toughness arises from multiple mechanisms,such as ferroelastic toughening,fine-grain strengthening,and residual stress toughening,all of which trigger more crack defects and energy ***,the CMAS penetration depth of the REAlO_(3)/RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)composites is approximately 36%lower than that of RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7).Al–O constituents in composites can capture CaO,SiO_(2),and MgO in CMAS melts and increase their viscosity,resulting in enhanced CMAS corrosion *** thermophysical properties of the REAlO_(3)/RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)composites were also investigated,and their coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal conductivity are comparable to those of 7–8 wt%Y_(2)O_(3)partially stabilized ZrO2(YSZ),indicating their potential as TBC materials.

Modulating redox transition kinetics by anion regulation in ni-Fe-X(X=O,S,Se,n,and P)electrocatalyst for efficient water oxidation

niFe-based electrocatalysts will experience dynamical surface reconstruction during oxygen evolution reaction(OER)process,and the derived metal(oxy)hydroxide hybrids on the surface have been considered as the actual active species for *** efforts have been dedicated to understanding the surface reconstruction,but there is rare research on recognizing the origin of improved performance derived from anion species of ***,the OER electrocatalytic characteristics were tuned with different anions in niFe-based catalyst,using niFe-based oxides/nitride/sulfide/selenides/phosphides(niFeX,X=O,n,S,Se,and P)as the model *** combination of X-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy,electrochemical tests,operando spectroscopic characterizations,and density functional theory(DFT)calculations,reveals that anion with lower electronegativity in niFe-based catalyst leads to higher conductivity and delayed valence transition of ni sites,as well as optimized adsorption behavior towards oxygen intermediates,contributing to enhanced OER ***,niFeP electrocatalyst demonstrates an ultralow overpotential of 265 mV at 20 mA·cm−2 for OER,as well as long-term *** work not only offers further insights into the effect of anionic electronegativity on the intrinsic OER electrocatalytic properties of niFe-based electrocatalyst but also provides guide to design efficient non-noble metal-based electrocatalysts for water oxidation.
