Land use changes profoundly affect the equilibrium of soil organic carbon(soC)sequestration and greenhouse gas *** the current global climatic changes,it is vital to understand the influence of ecological restoration and conservation management on the dynamics of soC under different land uses,especially in erosion-endangered Loess ***,we investigated changes in soc through a suit of labile fractions,namely:light fraction organic C(LFOC),heavy fraction organic C(HFOC),coarse particulate organic C(CPOC),fine particulate organic C(FPOC),and dissolved organic C(DOC),from two forests i.e.,Robinia pseudoacacia(RP)and Platycladus orientalis(PO),with different ages,in comparison with farmland(FL).The SOC and STN contents significantly increased over 42 years in the RP forest where the contents of CPOC and FPOC were significantly higher than in the ***,total SOC and its labile fractions,in the studied land use types,significantly correlated with soil CacO3,pH,and STN contents,indicating their key roles in SoC *** results reported here from different vegetation with different ages provide a better understanding of sOC and STN alterations at different stages of vegetation *** findings suggest that long-term natural vegetation restoration could be an effective approach for SoC sequestration and soil conservation on the Loess soil.

Cs atoms were optically pumped with a Ti:sapphire laser in a magnetic field of 1.516 *** absorption spectra and populations of Zeeman sublevels of the ground state of Cs in N2 gas at various pressures(5,40,and 80 Torr)were *** results show that in a high magnetic field,the combined electron-nuclear spin transition(Hip-Hop transition)j.which is mainly induced by the collision modification 8a(j.I)of hyperHne interaction,is an important relaxation mechanism at high buffer-gas pressures.

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the leading cause of dementia in the aging population,but despite extensive research,there is no consensus on the biological cause of *** AD research is dominated by protein/peptide-centric research based on the amyloid hypothesis,a theory that designates dysfunction in beta-amyloid production,accumulation,or disposal as the primary cause of AD,many studies focus on metabolomics as a means of understanding the biological processes behind AD *** this review,we discuss mass spectrometry(MS)-based AD metabolomics studies,including sample type and preparation,mass spectrometry data acquisition strategies,and data analysis,as well as biological insights gleaned from these studies,with the hope of informing future AD metabolomic studies.

Osmotic stress caused by drought and high salinity is a significant environmental threat that limits plant growth and agricultural yield. Redox regulation plays an important role in plant stress responses, but the mechanisms by which plants perceive and transduce redox signals are still underexplored. Here, we report a critical function for the thiol peroxidase GPX1 in osmotic stress response in rice, where it serves as a redox sensor and transducer. GPX1 is quickly oxidized upon exposure to osmotic stress and forms an intramolecular disulfide bond, which is required for the activation of bZIP68, a VRE-like basic leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factor involved in the ABA-independent osmotic stress response pathway. The disulfide exchange between GPX1 and bZIP68 induces homo-tetramerization of bZIP68 and thus positively regulates osmotic stress response by regulating osmotic-responsive gene expression. Furthermore, we discovered that the nuclear translocation of GPX1 is regulated by its acetylation under osmotic stress. Taken together, our findings not only uncover the redox regulation of the GPX1-bZIP68 module during osmotic stress but also highlight the coordination of protein acetylation and redox signaling in plant osmotic stress responses.

酰肼成核剂对聚乳酸结晶和力学性能的影响

为提高聚乳酸结晶度、改善韧性,采用熔融共混向聚乳酸(PLA)中分别加入了成核剂己二酸二苯基二酰肼(SDA210)和癸二酸二苯基二酰肼(SDA356),通过差示扫描量热仪、X射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜等表征手段测试研究了两种成核剂含量对聚乳酸结晶和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:SDA210和SDA356都是PLA的有效成核剂。当SDA210添加量为1.0%时,对PLA成核效果达到最佳,其结晶度较纯PLA提高了10.21%;而SDA356添加量为0.8%时成核效果最好,其结晶度较纯PLA提高了12.57%。两种成核剂的加入都可以提高聚乳酸复合材料的冲击性能。PLA/0.8%SDA356的无缺口冲击强度最好,达到170.08 j.M,与纯PLA相比增加了31.3%。在相同添加量的情况下,成核剂SDA356的成核效果和增韧效果均优于SDA210。

Surgery is the comm on treatme nt for early lung cancer with multiple pulm onary no dules,but it is often accompanied by the problem of significant malignancy of other nodules in non-therapeutic *** this study,we found that a combined treatment of local rad iofreq ue ncy ablati on(RFA)and melatonin(MLT)greatly improved clinical outcomes for early lung cancer patie nts with multiple pulmonary nodules by minimizing lung function inj.ry and reducing the probability of malignant transformation or enlargement of nodules in non-ablated ***,as demonstrated in an associated mouse lung tumor model,RFA not only effectively remove treated tumors but also stimulate antitumor immunity,which could inhibit tumor growth in non-ablated *** enhanced RFA-stimulated NK activity and exerted synergistic antitumor effects with *** and proteomics analyses of residual tumor tissues revealed enhanced oxidative phosphorylation and reduced acidification as well as hypoxia in the tumor microenvironment,which suggests reprogrammed tumor metabolism after combined treatment with RFA and *** of residual tumor further revealed the depressed activity of MAPK,NF-kappa B,Wnt,and Hedgehog pathways and upregulated P53 pathway in tumors,which was in line with the inhibited tumor *** RFA and MLT treatment also reversed the Warburg effect and decreased tumor *** findings thus demonstrated that combined treatment of RFA and MLT effectively inhibited the malignancy of non-ablated nodules and provided an innovative non-invasive strategy for treating early lung tumors with multiple pulmonary *** registration:***,identifier ChiCTR2100042695,http://***/***?proj.120931.

The quantitative functions for climate damages provide theoretical ground for the cost-benefit analysis in climate change economics,and they are also critical for linking climate module with economic module in the Integrated Assessment Models(IAMs).Nevertheless,it is necessary for IAMs to update sectoral climate impacts in order to catch up the advance in climate change *** study updates the sectoral climate damage function at global scale from climate Framework for Uncertainty,Negotiation and Distribution(FUND)model and develops the aggregate climate damage function in a bottom-up *** conventional sectors such as agriculture,forestry,water resources,energy consumption and ecosystems,this study expands climate disaster types,assesses human health impacts caused by various air pollutants,and updates coastal damage by sea level *** Beij.ng Climate Center Simple Earth System Model(BCC_SESM)is used to proj.ct climate system based on Business-as-Usual(BAU)scenario,and the 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios based on RCPs and SSP2 *** results show that the agricultural sector is proj.cted to suffer 63% of the total damage,followed by water resources(16%)and human health(12%)sectors in *** regression results indicate that the aggregate climate damage function is in positive quadratic form for zero *** BAU scenario,the aggregate climate damage is proj.cted to be 517.7 trillion USD during *** to that,the 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios are proj.cted to respectively reduce climate damages by 215.6 trillion USD(approximately 41.6%)and 263.5 trillion USD(50.9%)in 2011-2100.

STUDY OF THE MICROSTRUCTURE SIMULATION AND PERFORMANCE OF FUSION WELDING HAZ OF ZINC-BASED ALLOY

Base on a vast amount of testing and calculations for the welding thermal cycling curves of different testing points in fusion welding (TIG welding, gas welding) HAZ of zinc-based alloy with low melting points, this paper defines the welding thermal cycle parameters of microstructure stimulation of HAZ by zinc-based alloy fusion welding process. On the principle of which the microstrnct,are and harkness of the testing points in simulation specimens are basically correspondence with that of actual welding HAZ, the microstructure simulation of testing points Tm=370O℃. 305℃) of ZA12 alloy by fusion welding is carried out by the means of omhic-heating welding thermal simulation tester. The study results of the abrasion-resistance of simulation specimens HAZ by fusion welding process indicates that the abmsion-resistance is closely related to the form of eutectoid microstructure in or in the structure.
