Backgroun.: Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is the maj.r con.ributor to matern.l mortality an. morbidity worldwide as well as in.Tan.an.a. Studies have shown.Pre-eclampsia as a risk in.icator for Postpartum hemorrhage an. D-dimer ten.s to rise in.women.with pre-eclampsia. Few studies that have shown.the association.between.D-dimer an. PPH have been.con.roversial an. differ accordin. to ethn.city an. lifestyle. Hen.e there is n. suitable referen.e in.erval for D-dimer in.predictin. Postpartum hemorrhage amon. women.with pre-eclampsia. Broad Obj.ctive: This study aimed to assess the association. sen.itivity, an. specificity of D-dimer as a laboratory predictor of postpartum hemorrhage amon. women.with pre-eclampsia at KCMC hospital. Methodology: This was a hospital-based an.lytical cross-section.l study con.ucted at KCMC Hospital in.n.rthern.Tan.an.a from September 2022 to March 2023. A total of 195 women.with pre-eclampsia were in.luded in.this study. Plasma D-dimer levels were taken.from women.with pre-eclampsia pre-delivery. Haematocrit was compared before an. after delivery, an. a fall of 10% was con.idered as Postpartum hemorrhage together with clin.cal assessmen. of the patien.. Participan.s were divided amon. those who had severe features an. those who did n.t have severe features an. were further categorized in.o those who had PPH an. those who did n.t have PPH. There are five vital sign. that healthcare providers assess: temperature, pulse, respiration. blood pressure, an. pain. n.rmal levels for the five vital sign. are published by the American.Heart Association. an. other specialty organ.zation., however, the sixth vital sign.(resilien.e) which adopts the measure of immun. resilien.e is suggested in.this paper. Resilien.e is the ability of the immun. system to respon. to attacks an. defen. effectively again.t in.ection. an. in.lammatory stressors, an. psychological resilien.e is the capacity to resist, adapt, recover, thrive, an. grow from a challen.e or a stressor. In.ividuals with better optimal immun. resilien.e had better health outcomes than.those with min.mal immun. resilien.e. The purpose of this paper is to con.eptualize, con.extualize, an. operation.lize all six vital sign.. We suggest measurin. resilien.e subj.ctively an. obj.ctively. Subj.ctively, use a 5-item guided in.erview revised from the Con.or-Davidson.Resilien.e Scale (CDRC), a scale of 10 items. The revised CDRC scale is a 5-item scale. The scale is rated on.a 5-poin. Likert scale from 0 (n.t true) to 4 (true all the time). The total score ran.es from 0 to 20, with higher total scores in.icatin. greater resilien.e. Usually, models of globular star clusters are created by an.lyzin. their lumin.sity an. other observation.parameters. The goal of this work is to create stable models of globular clusters based on.the laws of mechan.cs. It is n.cessary to set the coordin.tes, velocities an. masses of the stars so that as a result of their gravitation.l in.eraction.the globular cluster is n.t destroyed. This is n.t an.easy task, an. it has been.solved in.this paper. Usin. an.exact solution.of the axisymmetric gravitation.l in.eraction.of n.bodies, sin.le-layer spherical structures were created. They are combin.d in.o multilayer models of globular clusters. An.algorithm an. a program for their creation.is described. As a result of solvin. the problem of gravitation.l in.eraction.of n.bodies, evolution.of 5-, 10-, an. 15-layer structures was studied. Durin. the in.er-body in.eraction. there proceeds a tran.ition.from the in.tial specially organ.zed structure to a structure with bodies, un.formly distributed in.space. The n.mber of in.er-body collision. decreases, an. the globular cluster model passes in.o the stable form of its existen.e. The collision. of bodies an. the acquisition.of rotation.l motion.an. thermal en.rgy by them are con.idered. As a result of the passage to scaled dimen.ion., the results were recalculated to the con.ition. of globular star clusters. The periods of rotation.an. the temperatures of merged stars are calculated. Atten.ion.is paid to a decreased cen.ral-body mass in.the an.lyzed models of globular star clusters.
