罗马Ⅳ介绍了一种新的功能性食管疾病——反流高敏感。反流高敏感患者存在典型的烧心症状,其内镜及病理活检正常,p H监测或阻抗-p H监测正常,但存在反流事件诱发症状的依据。反流高敏感患者临床表现与胃食管反流病及功能性烧心相似,需行内镜检查、食管反流监测及高分辨食管测压以明确诊断。反流监测酸暴露正常,症状指数(symptom index,SI)或症状相关概率(symptom association probability,SAP)对反流高敏感而言具有诊断意义。食管测压可除外主要食管动力障碍。反流高敏感的病理生理机制主要为周围和中枢神经敏化作用导致的食管高敏感,如细胞间隙增加、酸敏感受体上调、伤害感受器转换阈值降低、n-甲基-D天冬氨酸受体磷酸化,以及精神心理异常等。反流高敏感患者治疗主要包括抗反流治疗及疼痛调节治疗,除传统治疗外,前列腺素EP1受体拮抗剂OnO-8539可改善酸诱发的烧心症状。

In this White Paper we present the potential of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry(eXTP) mission for studies related to Observatory Science targets. These include flaring stars, supernova remnants, accreting white dwarfs, low and high mass X-ray binaries, radio quiet and radio loud active galactic nuclei, tidal disruption events, and gamma-ray bursts. eXTP will be excellently suited to study one common aspect of these objects: their often transient nature. Developed by an international Consortium led by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science, the eXTP mission is expected to be launched in the mid 2020s.

甜菜坏死黄脉病毒(BnYVV)及其新变异株P型和iv-A型仍对甜菜生产造成重大损失。选育抗病品种是防治该病的唯一有效措施。用ELISA和实时定量逆转录PCR技术测定BnYVV和***可对杂交后代分离群体或转基因后代中的抗病个体进行选择。AFLP、RAPD和PCR等分子标记的建立可对抗病基因位点Rz1(Holly)、Rz2(WB42)、Rz3(WB41)和Rz4(C50,R22)进行辅助选择。在分离植物抗病基因方面,已获得含Rz1的BAC克隆和候选基因。转基因甜菜含重复倒置的BnYVV复制酶基因、RnA-2转运蛋白P15突变基因或CP基因显著提高了抗病性。国际合作可有效地利用资源,加快抗病种质创新。

numerous new taxa and classifications of Dothideomycetes have been published following the last monograph of families of Dothideomycetes in 2013.A recent publication by Honsanan et *** 2020 expanded information of families in Dothideo-mycetidae and Pleosporomycetidae with modern *** this paper,we provide a refined updated document on orders and families incertae sedis of *** family is provided with an updated description,notes,including figures to represent the morphology,a list of accepted genera,and economic and ecological *** also provide phylogenetic trees for each *** this study,31 orders which consist 50 families are assigned as orders incertae sedis in Dothideomycetes,and 41 families are treated as families incertae sedis due to lack of molecular or morphological *** new order,Catinellales,and four new families,Catinellaceae,Morenoinaceae neobuelliellaceae and Thyrinulaceae are *** genera(neobuelliella,Pseudomicrothyrium,Flagellostrigula,Swinscowia,Macroconstrictolumina,Pseudobogoriella,and Schummia)are *** new species(Acrospermum urticae,Bogoriella complexoluminata,Dothiorella ostryae,Dyfrolomyces distoseptatus,Macroconstrictolumina megalateralis,Patellaria microspora,and Pseu-domicrothyrium thailandicum)are introduced base on morphology and phylogeny,together with two new records/reports and five new collections from different *** new combinations are also provided in this paper.

A new method of experimental infection of ovine progressive pneumonia virus (OPPV), aerosol nebulization (nb), was compared to intravenous (iv) and oral (PO) methods of experimental infection. Seven month old lambs were giv.n 3.5 × 107 TCID50 of Dubois OPPV LMH19 isolate using iv, PO, or nb methods and were monitored for infection using cELISA and OPPV quantitative (q) PCR for 35 weeks. Four out of four sheep in the iv group, six out of six sheep in the nb group, but only two out of six sheep in the PO group became infected by OPPV;whereas the uninoculated controls (n = 2) and a sentinel control (n = 1) remained uninfected during the course of the study. The time to a cELISA or OPPV qPCR positive result in the nb group was quicker and statistically different from the time to a cELISA or OPPV qPCR positive result in the PO group (cELISA P value = 0.0021 and OPPV qPCR P value = 0.0007). When the nb and iv groups were compared, sheep became cELISA and OPPV qPCR positive at similar times (cELISA P value = 0.6 and OPPV qPCR P value = 0.1). In addition, sheep became OPPV qPCR positive prior to cELISA in both the iv and nb groups (iv P value = 0.027 and nb P value = 0.007). Aerosol nebulization is a more natural experimental method of transmitting OPPV and may be valuable for testing potential vaccines or specific host genetics.

[目的]探讨恩替卡韦(Entecavir,ETV)联合医用臭氧自血疗法(major autohaemotherapy,MAH)治疗慢性乙型肝炎(chronic hepatitis B,CHB)对病毒复制及肝纤维化的影响。[方法]选取2016年8月~2017年8月我院收治的CHB患者136例。随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各68例。对照组给予ETV口服。在此基础上,观察组加用MAH。两组均连续治疗3个月。分别于治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗3个月,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测乙型肝炎病毒核酸(hepatitis B virus,HBV-DnA)定量,比较两组治疗后HBV-DnA定量下降情况。计算HBeAg血清转阴率和HBeAg血清转换率。采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测血清肝纤维化指标。[结果]治疗3个月,观察组HBV-DnA定量下降值,HBeAg血清转阴率和HBeAg血清转换率均高于对照组(PnA定量下降值,HBeAg血清转阴率和HBeAg血清转换率均高于治疗1个月(Pn)、层粘连蛋白(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢP))和Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)均低于同期对照组(Pn、HA、PIIIP和Ⅳ-C均低于治疗前(Pn、HA、PⅢP和Ⅳ-C均低于治疗前和治疗1个月(P<0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。[结论]ETV联合MAH治疗CHB,能更加持久有效地抑制HBV的复制,同时显著改善血清肝纤维化指标,且不良反应少。值得临床推广应用。

Background:To describe and discuss four cases of corneal endothelial decompensation secondary to chronic hypotony after glaucoma ***:A retrospective case review was undertaken for four4 patients over a 20-year period from a single glaucoma *** data were collected from the clinical records of each subject included in the study:(I)patient demographic characteristics;(II)past ocular history and indication for surgery;(III)ocular vitals;(iv)complications from glaucoma surgery;(V)corneal exam and pathology and the indication for corneal transplant;(VI)surgical interventions during the period of ***:Four patients sustained chronic hypotony(range,3-18 years)after glaucoma *** most of these eyes during relative hypotony,long thin vertical folds were often noted in the superficial cornea(possibly involving Bowman’s layer and the epithelium),leading to fluorescein *** subsequently developed marked corneal pathologies including stromal edema,diminished endothelial density,microcyst formation,corneal erosion,Descemet folds,superficial punctate keratitis and bullous *** of them received Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty(DSAEK)and regained functional ***:This case series demonstrates a unique clinical entity in which corneal endothelial demise developed in the context of chronic *** mechanism underlying this entity,which we term“chronic hypotony corneal endotheliopathy(CHCE)”,remains *** hypothesize that it can be due to a combination of tectonic instability and energy disturbance of the *** clinical practice,it is important to monitor endothelial cell count in patients with persistent hypotony,especially those who had procedures such as glaucoma surgery that can precipitate endothelial injury.

Objective: The objective is to compare a regular ovitrap versus an innovated larvitrap for monitoring Aedes spp. populations. Materials and Methods: A total of 20 regular ovitraps and 20 innovated larvitraps were placed in pairs in 20 houses from the 5 de Febrero neighborhood in Tapachula, Chiapas, Mexico. The innovation consisted in the incorporation of a valve in the lower part of a half tire to drain the contents in a 2 L collection container. The evaluation was carried out during five weeks, collecting eggs and larvae from the ovitraps and innovated larvitraps, respectively. Positivity indexes and insectary production of adult Aedes spp. mosquitoes were compared by collection type. Results: Average positivity index for the five weeks period were 60% for ovitraps and 91.25% for innovated larvitraps. During the five weeks, 4043 Ae. aegypti and 703 Ae. albopictus adult mosquitoes were produced in the insectary from the eggs collected from ovitraps, while from innovated larvitraps were 9014 Ae. aegypti, 1205 Ae. albopictus, and 15 Culex spp. Conclusion:n "=""> Collection by the innovated larvitrap was more efficient, collecting 3.56 times more Ae. aegypti than with ovitraps, using approximately the same effort in time for replacing the filter paper from traditional 1 L ovitraps. Since the logistics for the storage and placement of larvitraps may still be a disadvantage in comparison with ovitraps, their use could be specifically intended in sentinel sites for mosquito population monitoring for entomological surveillance purposes.
