碳纳米管纱(CNTY)因具有优异的力学强度、化学稳定性、热稳定性和高比表面积而成为去除废水中有机污染物的潜在材料。本文将CNTY用于含2,4-二硝基甲苯(DNT)的污水处理。CNTY对DNT的吸附能力与文献报道值作对比研究,同时探讨吸附动力学。采用SEM-EDX、HRTEM、Raman与XPS表征CNTY吸附DNT前后的尺寸、表面形貌及表面化学。结果表明,经CNTY对DNT污水处理后的水质达到实验室无离子水级纯度。CNTY对DNT吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温线,Freundlich参数由K/nF为55.0 mg/g(L/mg)1,指数1/n为0.737得到,表明其比活性炭吸附性弱,但更易再生。CNTY比活性炭的吸附性速率更快,遵循拟二级动力学模型。CNTY吸附DNT引起D、G常偏移,归因于CNTs与DNT间电子受体和供体效应。

ARFI elastography for the evaluation of diffuse thyroid gland pathology:Preliminary results

AIM: To assess whether acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) elastography can differentiate normal from pathological thyroid parenchyma. METHODS: We evaluated 136 subjects (mean age 45.8 ± 15.6 years, 106 women and 30 men): 44 (32.3%) without thyroid pathology, 48 (35.3%) with Basedow-Graves’ disease (GD), 37 (27.2%) with chronic autoimmune thyroiditis (CAT; diagnosed by specific tests), 4 (2.9%) with diffuse thyroid goiter and 3 (2.2%) cases with thyroid pathology induced by amiodarone. In all patients, 10 elastographic measurements were made in the right thyroid lobe and 10 in the left thyroid lobe, using a 1-4.5 MHZ convex probe and a 4-9 MHz linear probe, respectively. Median values were calculated for thyroid stiffness and expressed in meters/second (m/s). RESULTS: Thyroid stiffness (TS) assessed by means of ARFI in healthy subjects (2 ± 0.40 m/s) was significantly lower than in GD (2.67 ± 0.53 m/s) (P < 0.0001) and CAT patients (2.43 ± 0.58 m/s) (P = 0.0002), but the differences were not significant between GD vs CAT patients (P = 0.053). The optimal cut-off value for the prediction of diffuse thyroid pathology was 2.36 m/s. For this cut-off value, TS had 62.5% sensitivity, 79.5% specificity, 87.6% predictive positive value, 55.5% negative predictive value and 72.7% accuracy for the presence of diffuse thyroid gland pathology (AUROC = 0.804). There were no significant differences between the TS values obtained with linear vs convex probes and when 5 vs 10 measurements were taken in each lobe (median values). CONCLUSION: ARFI seems to be a useful method for the assessment of diffuse thyroid gland pathology.

本研究旨在确定启动中国全球英才智能手机应用程序服务的机会,设计平台模式和执行计划。平台生态系统是新价值创新者以及二十一世纪最大和增长最快的企业形态。中国大陆经济的全球化发展已引发早期跨国社区的形成。随着中国在经济发展方面的迅速上升,致力于建设创新驱动的经济对外国人才的需求变得至关重要。此外,中国拥有世界上最大的电子商务市场,充满活力的互联网和社交媒体生态系统。因此,国际人力资源与跨国电子商务相结合的立场是一个非常有前途的产业。为解决这些研究问题本文进行基于原始数据和间接数据的探索性研究。首先,通过在南京大学商学院MBA与两个潜在客户群体——国际学生以及中国MBA学生,进行全面深入采访方法,本人收集了众多重要的原始数据。设立中国全球英才服务平台的想法来源于发起南京大学MBA中国全球英才联合会以及联合会的主要志愿者项目“我的全球时间”。此外,我们的次要信息来源包括平台理论研究文献,统计数据和两个世界上非常成功的020电子商务平台生态系统的案例。本文的研究成效如下。首先,我们的研究发现来自外部环境发动CGT平台的重要刺激物。目前具有近乎五十万的常驻中国的海外留学生,且每年保持10一20%的增长率。本文的全面深入采访调查显示国际学生受访者们在文化、语言、生活方式等方面面临显著障碍,并且在中国社交上以及职业的发展上,缺乏渠道和人脉。中国的海外留学生需要自我表达,并且也极度需求相关工作和中国与各个国家之间的商业机会甚至与中国MBA学生们进行个性化互动交流的机会。此外,本文将会证明两个潜在的客户方之间的交叉网络相互作用的潜力,即海外留学生以及中国MBA学生,并发现驻中国服务商即第三方与第一方具有强大的潜在跨网络效应。再者,本文中所设计的中国全球人才平台的模式将作为智能手机上的多功能应用程序。CGT平台采用020电子商务模式,此平台作为市场创造媒介为在中国生活的外国用户、服务提供商和中国个体用户三方之间的沟通和交易进行服务。通过具有多样化和丰富的人才资本特征的稀缺性,中国的外国用户成为CGT平台中第一且最重要的一组,并且与市场的其他潜在群体具有最清晰的潜在相同侧和横侧的网络效应。一方面,国际友人作为需求者接受服务商提供的服务;服务种类包括媒体、就业机会、签证申请、采购等等。另一方面,国际友人为服务商及中国个体用户提供各种各样的服务,例如外语教学、翻译、口译和谈判、跨文化培训等等。该平台的商务价值很大程度上体现在采用免费增值商业模式吸引大众付费成员,进而从总服务值的交易中得到相应的资本提成。最后,本文将展示CGT平台的执行计划,市场营销和运营模式。

Colorectal cancer(CRC) remains a leading cause of cancer death in both men and women *** the factors and mechanisms that are involved in the multifactorial etiology of CRC,autophagy is an important transformational switch that occurs when a cell shifts from normal to *** recent years,multiple hypotheses have been considered regarding the autophagy mechanisms that are involved in *** currently accepted hypothesis is that autophagy has dual and contradictory roles in carcinogenesis,but the precise mechanisms leading to autophagy in cancer are not yet fully defined and seem to be context *** is a surveillance mechanism used by normal cells that protects them from the transformation to malignancy by removing damaged organelles and aggregated proteins and by reducing reactive oxygen species,mitochondrial abnormalities and DNA ***,autophagy also supports tumor formation by promoting access to nutrients that are critical to the metabolism and growth of tumor cells and by inhibiting cellular death and increasing drug *** studies in CRC have focused on several molecules,mainly microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3,beclin 1,and autophagy related 5,with conflicting *** effects were observed for some agents that modulate autophagy in CRC either alone or,more often,in combination with other *** extensive studies are needed in the future to clarify the roles of autophagy-related genes and modulators in colorectal carcinogenesis,and to develop potential beneficial agents for the prognosis and treatment of CRC.

Inflammatory bowel diseases(IBDs) are chronic disorders of modern society, requiring management strategies aimed at prolonging an active life and establishing the exact etiology and *** idiopathic diseases have environmental, genetic,immunologic, inflammatory, and oxidative stress components. On the one hand, recent advances have shown that abnormal immune reactions against the microorganisms of the intestinal flora are responsible for the inflammation in genetically susceptible individuals. On the other hand, in addition to T helper cell-type(Th) 1 and Th2 immune responses,other subsets of T cells, namely regulatory T cells and Th17 maintained by IL-23 are likely to develop IBD. IL-23 acts on innate immune system members and also facilitates the expansion and maintenance of Th17 cells. The IL-17/IL-23 axis is relevant in IBD pathogenesis both in human and experimental studies.
