Gold metallic nanoparticles are generally used within a lab as a tracer,to uncover on the presence of specific proteins or DNA in a sample,as well as for the recognition of various *** are bio companionable and have properties to carry thermal energy to tumor cells by utilizing different clinical *** the cancer cells are very smaller so for the infiltration,the properly sized nanoparticles have been injected in the *** this reason,gold nanoparticles are very *** in mind the above applications,in the present work a generalized model of blood flow containing gold nanoparticles is considered in this *** blood motion is considered in a cylindrical tube under the oscillating pressure gradient and magnetic *** problem formulation is done using two types of fractional approaches namely CF(Caputo Fabrizio)and AB(Atangana-Baleanue)derivatives,whereas blood is considered as a counter-example of Casson *** solutions of the problem are obtained using joint Laplace and Hankel transforms,and a comparative analysis is made between CF and *** are computed in tables and shown in various plots for embedded parameters and *** is found that adding 0.04-unit gold nanoparticles to blood,increase its heat transfer rate by 4 percent compared to regular *** is also noted that the heat transfer can be enhanced in the blood with memory.

Dynamic instability of decentralized wind energy farms is a major issue to deliver continuous green energy to electricity *** instability is caused by variations of voltage and frequency parameters due to intermittencies in wind ***,droop control and inverter-based schemes have been proposed to regulate the voltage by balancing reactive power,while inertial control,digital mapping tech-nique of proportional-integral-differential(PID)controller and efficiency control strategy have been developed to regulate the *** this paper,voltage stability is improved by a new joint strategy of distribution static compensator(DSTATCOM)six-pulse controller based reactive power management among decentralized wind turbines and controlled charging of capacitor *** frequency stability is ensured by a joint coordinated utilization of capacitor bank and distributed wind power turbines dispatching through a new DSTATCOM six-pulse controller *** both strategies,power grid is contributed as a backup source with less *** new joint strategies for voltage and frequency stabilities will enhance the stable active power delivery to end users.A system test case is developed to verify the proposed joint *** test results of the proposed new schemes are proved to be effective in terms of stability improvement of voltage,frequency and active power generation.

This study assessed the performance and diversity of microbial communities in multi-stage sub-surface flow constructed wetland systems（CWs）. Our aim was to assess the impact of configuration on treatment performance and microbial diversity in the systems. Results indicate that at loading rates up to 100 g BOD5/（m2·day）, similar treatment performances can be achieved using either a 3 or 4 stage configuration. In the case of phosphorus（P）, the impact of configuration was less obvious and a minimum of 80% P removal can be expected for loadings up to 10 g P/（m2·day） based on the performance results obtained within the first16 months of operation. Microbial analysis showed an increased bacterial diversity in stage four compared to the first stage. These results indicate that the design and configuration of multi-stage constructed wetland systems may have an impact on the treatment performance and the composition of the microbial community in the systems, and such knowledge can be used to improve their design and performance.

Objective: To test the relative efficacy of pyriproxyfen and methoprene on mortality,deformity, inhibition and emergence to adult stages of Culex quinquefasciatus and Aedes ***: Serial dilutions(0.01–0.05 mg/L) of methoprene, pyriproxyfen 0.5 water dispersible granules(WDG) and pyriproxyfen 1.0 WDG were used to assess mortality and inhibition of 3rd instar larvae of Aedes albopictus and Culex quinquefasciatus. Each concentration and control was replicated four times in completely randomized *** on larval mortality, growth inhibition, deformities and adult's emergence was recorded weekly. On the basis of best comparative performance, the efficacy of pyriproxyfen 1.0 WDG at 0.1 g/m3 was also tested in the field by collecting treated water samples monthly for 1–6 months after field application. Twenty five 3rd instar larvae of Aedes and Culex spp. of the same cohorts were used for bioassays and compared with larvae in control cups containing 1 L of untreated tap ***: Results revealed variations in fatality of different insect growth regulators(IGRs) to the 3rd instar larvae of Culex and Aedes mosquitoes. Among the IGRs, pyriproxyfen 1.0 WDG was found best that exhibited significantly high emergence inhibition against Culex and Aedes spp. Based on the results, the IGRs were classified in terms of the tested parameters in order of pyriproxyfen 1.0 WDG > pyriproxyfen 0.5WDG > methoprene. In case of field studies, pyriproxyfen 1.0 WDG, pool data of the entire target treated sites showed minimum adult emergence from water sampled of habitats treated with 0.1 g/m3 of pyriproxyfen 1.0 ***: It is thus concluded that IGRs can be utilized as environment friendly control measures for Culex and Aedes spp. of mosquitoes on small and large scale. This will reduce the use of conventional insecticides by the public health authorities and help in reducing selection pressure of insecticides.

This paper investigates how to reduce the cost of wavelength division multiplexing passive optical network(WDMPON) by comparing the transmission performance of bidirectional single feeder fiber and dual feeder fiber. Comparison is performed on the basis of power budgeting and cost of both arrangements. Simulation results using Optisystem show that the performance of a single feeder fiber is almost equivalent to that of a dual feeder fiber. Therefore, the single feeder fiber WDM-PON can efficiently replace the dual feeder fiber WDM-PON with the minimum deterioration in system performance and reduction in cost.

Lysine Lipoylation is a protective and conserved Post Translational Modification(PTM)in proteomics research like prokaryotes and *** is connected with many biological processes and closely linked with many metabolic *** develop a perfect and accurate classification model for identifying lipoylation sites at the protein level,the computational methods and several other factors play a key role in this ***,most of the techniques and different traditional experimental models have a very high *** are time-consuming;so,it is required to construct a predictor model to extract lysine lipoylation *** study proposes a model that could predict lysine lipoylation sites with the help of a classification method known as Artificial Neural Network(ANN).The ANN algorithm deals with the noise problem and imbalance classification in lipoylation sites dataset *** the result shows in ten-fold cross-validation,a brilliant performance is achieved through the predictor model with an accuracy of 99.88%,and also achieved 0.9976 as the highest value of ***,the predictor model is a very useful and helpful tool for lipoylation sites *** of the residues around lysine lipoylation sites play a vital part in prediction,as demonstrated during feature *** wonderful results reported through the evaluation and prediction of this model can provide an informative and relative explanation for lipoylation and its molecular mechanisms.

Silicon nanowires(Si NWs)have been widely researched as the best alternative to graphite anodes for the next-generation of high-performance lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)owing to their high capacity and low discharge ***,growing binder-free Si NW anodes with adequate mass loading and stable capacity is severely limited by the low surface area of planar current collectors(CCs),and is particularly challenging to achieve on standard pure-Cu substrates due to the ubiquitous formation of Li+inactive silicide ***,the growth of densely-interwoven In-seeded Si NWs is facilitated by a thin-film of copper-silicide(CS)network in situ grown on a Cu-foil,allowing for a thin active NW layer(99.6%and stable performance for>900 cycles with≈88.7%capacity *** significantly,it delivers a volumetric capacity of≈1086.1 m A h/cm^(3)at *** full-cell versus lithium manganese oxide(LMO)cathode delivers a capacity of≈1177.1 m A h/g at 1C with a stable rate *** electrode architecture represents significant advances toward the development of binder-free Si NW electrodes for LIB application.
