杂醇柴油混合燃料互溶性及发动机性能试验研究

杂醇是酒精发酵过程中的主要副产物,其中含有异戊醇、异丁醇等高碳醇和较高比例的水。作为生物质燃料,杂醇在柴油机上的应用一方面可以减少化石燃料的消耗,另一方面可以作为柴油-乙醇混合燃料的助溶剂。但杂醇中较高的含水量会影响杂醇与柴油的稳定互溶以及发动机的正常运行,同时由于杂醇中多含低碳醇,使得杂醇中的水分难以去除。为了探究杂醇以及杂醇中的水分对发动机缸内燃烧和排放的影响,本文开展了两部分试验研究,分别为燃料互溶性试验和发动机性能测试台架试验。首先,开展杂醇与柴油混合燃料的互溶特性试验研究,探究不同比例的杂醇-柴油混合燃料稳定互溶的最大含水量。试验中先配伍不含水分的杂醇燃料,然后在试管中配置杂醇体积比例分别为10%、20%直至90%的九种不同比例的杂醇-柴油混合溶液(杂醇增加步长为10%),通过高精度移液枪向其中滴入纯净水,直至试管中的溶液出现相分离,记录试验数据,并在不同温度下重复上述试验步骤。试验结果表明:在30°C条件下,杂醇比例为90%的杂醇-柴油混合燃料的含水量最高,达到4.4%;杂醇比例为10%的杂醇-柴油混合燃料的含水量最低,仅有约0.1%。在杂醇包含的不同醇类组分中,正丁醇的溶水性最好,异戊醇的溶水性最差。之后,在第二部分互溶试验中探究含水量为3%的含水杂醇和无水杂醇作为助溶剂对于柴油-乙醇混合燃料互溶性的影响规律,首先在不同试管中配置不同比例的两组柴油-乙醇混合溶液,通过高精度移液枪向其中一组滴入含水杂醇直至出现单相溶液,记录试验数据;另外一组滴入无水杂醇后直至出现单相溶液并记录试验数据,在不同温度下重复上述试验步骤。研究结果表明:随着柴油-乙醇混合燃料中柴油比例的增加,燃料的持水能力下降;混合燃料的持水能力随温度降低而降低;当柴油-乙醇混合燃料混合比例为1:1,环境温度为10°C时,实现混合燃料稳定互溶所需的助溶剂比例最高,需要的含水杂醇和无水杂醇的比例分别为16.7%和10.7%。然后,选取代表性的杂醇-柴油混合燃料,在一台六缸增压柴油机上开展发动机燃烧和排放性能测试。三种试验燃料分别为:纯柴油、20%无水杂醇和80%柴油的混合燃料(F20NW)、20%含水杂醇(含水量为6.5%)和80%柴油的混合燃料(F20WW)。试验在世界统一稳态测试循环(WHSC)下探究上述三种燃料对发动机燃烧和排放的影响,以及在不同工况下EGR率对燃烧和排放的影响试验。研究发现,随着混合燃料中杂醇的加入,混合燃料的含水量和含氧量升高,十六烷值降低。缸内燃烧方面,与纯柴油相比,混合燃料由于含水量和含氧量较高,低热值较低,因此混合燃料的缸内燃烧压力和放热率峰值降低,但变化较小。由于杂醇油低热值较低,混合燃料的低热值降低,因此在相同工况下缸内需要喷入更多的燃料,导致发动机油耗升高,但去除热值影响后三种燃料的有效热效率没有明显差异。随着EGR率的提高,不同燃料的有效燃油消耗率呈现出先减小后增加的趋势,这主要是因为EGR率较低时,一定程度上减小了泵气损失,导致油耗降低;但当EGR率进一步提高时,过量空气系数降低,对发动机性能产生负面影响,油耗增加。排放方面,在不同工况下,F20NW在大负荷下的NOx排放与纯柴油相当,在中小负荷下甚至略低于纯柴油,这主要是由于汽化潜热和含氧量这两种因素的共同影响。F20WW中由于含水量较高,一定程度上降低了缸内温度,与F20NW相比NOx排放减少。随着EGR率的逐渐提高,三种燃料的NOx排放均呈现出逐渐降低的趋势,这主要是因为采用EGR,燃烧速率和温度降低,同时过量空气系数降低,减少了NOx的生成。碳烟排放方面,由于混合燃料的含氧量较高,因此混合燃料的碳烟排放相比于纯柴油明显降低。最后,整体来看,杂醇可以直接与柴油混合后在柴油机上应用,也可以作为助溶剂保持柴油-乙醇混合燃料稳定互溶,而且混合燃料中可以包含一定水分仍不发生分层;柴油-杂醇混合燃料在缸内燃烧方面与纯柴油差别较小,有效热效率相当;与纯柴油发动机排放相比,柴油-杂醇混合燃料WHSC测试循环下的NOx和碳烟排放显著降低,CO排放略有降低,HC排放升高了约6%。

月季(Rosa.spp.),属蔷薇科薔薇属植物,为世界四大切花之一,在全球占有举足轻重的地位。由于月季种植业的快速和集约化发展,月季病害日益严重,尤其是由灰霉菌(Botrytis cinerea.引起的灰霉病害,造成月季严重的采前和采后损失,尤其时采后损失,使月季生产遭受严重破坏。bHLH是植物中一个大型转录因子家族,参与许多重要的生理过程,包括参与植物的生长、发育和病菌侵染防御反应等。bHLH基因家族的基序存在于所有真核生物中,但它们与单一蛋白质的关联是植物独有的。bHLH基因是一个包含60个氨基酸的DNa.合域,分别具有两个不同的功能域:第一个为N-末端的10-17个氨基酸结合位点,第二个为C-末端的具有40个氨基酸的HLH区域。基于它们的结构、序列保守性、功能特征和与DNa.合的能力,bHLH分为6个主要类型(从a.F)。本研究从月季(Rosa.chinensis)基因组数据库中鉴定了100个bHLH(RcbHLH)基因,并进行了系统发育分析、保守基序分析、染色体作图、GO富集和转录组学分析。此外,根据课题组前期完成的两个抗/感月季品种(a.9和XS)灰霉菌侵染前后的转录组数据,筛选出95个RcbHLH基因,并从中筛选获得14个胁迫前后显著差异表达的基因进行实时荧光定量(q RT-PCR)表达谱分析。利用***孢子液接种,检测14个基因分别在两个抗/感月季品种中的表达情况,结果显示14个bHLH家族基因在抗性月季品种和感病月季品种中的表达不同。RcbHLH基因表达分析为月季防控基因功能研究提供了新的认识。研究取得的主要结果如下:1.从月季基因组数据库中鉴定获得100个编码bHLH蛋白的bHLH基因,命名为RcbHLH1-RcbHLH100,这些基因在染色体上分布不均,7号染色体分布最多共20个,3号染色体分布最少共7个。大多数RcbHLHs基因定位于细胞核中,但RcbHLH82和RcbHLH83定位于质膜中。2.利用氨基酸序列基因构建了最大似然系统发育树,深入了解月季和拟南芥bHLH蛋白的进化关系。此外,根据已建立的bHLH分类及其来自拟南芥的同源序列,bHLH蛋白序列家族被分为21个亚家族,并测量了每个亚家族中月季bHLH蛋白的数量。在RcbHLH中,XII亚家族的RcbHLH数量最多(13个基因),而II、IV(d)、VIII(b)和XIV亚家族的数量最少,分别各有1个基因。此外,RcbHLH的个体数量在每个亚家族中都有所不同。3.对月季和拟南芥比较共线性分析的结果表明,月季的RcbHLH与拟南芥的a.bHLH表现出共线性,说明植物的bHLH基因可能是从共同的祖先进化来的。但月季的5号、6号、7号染色体与拟南芥没有任何相同的碱基。4.在RcbHLHs基因的进化中,鉴定到43对串联和片段重复(综合分析)。其中5号染色体上的RcbHLH55和RcbHLH53、1号染色体上的RcbHLH8和RcbHLH12、4号染色体上的T RcbHLH33 on chromosome 3和RcbHLH37显示出自我复制。5.对顺式调节元件进行了评估,发现了生长、激素和应激相关元件。6.对接种灰霉菌后的月季抗性品种(a.9)和感病品种(XS)的差异表达基因(DEG)进行了GO和KEGG富集分析。GO富集结果表明,RcbHLH在信号转导、细胞和生长相关的生物过程以及催化和酶活性、DNa.合、膜腔、细胞连接和不同细胞器中发挥作用。鉴定了环境胁迫、植物病原相互作用、激素信号传导和其他与KEGG途径相关的转录因子。***-silico蛋白相互作用结果显示,82个蛋白之间存在互作,而其余18个蛋白没有与任何bHLH蛋白互作。***蛋白的三维(3D)结构预测分析显示,RcbHLH蛋白90-96%的区域显示出高度适合的区域,表明预测的蛋白结构具有较好的稳定性和质量。9.为了分析RcbHLH基因在***胁迫期间的表达,利用FPKM(每百万映射读取的每千碱基转录本片段数)数据生成和绘制RcbHLH成员在成熟阶段表达水平的热图。分别对***胁迫下前后转录组测序分析筛选获得的14个显著差异表达的RcbHLH基因在耐受(a.9)和敏感(XS)的两个月季品种中进行了q RT-PCR表达分析与验证。两个品种中,RcbHLH基因在灰霉菌侵染前没有显著的差异,但在***处理12h时,感病品种XS的RcbHLH43、RcbHLH63显示上调,而RcbHLH22、RcbHLH35、RcbHLH41、RcbHLH49和RcbHLH94显示下调;***处理48小时,与抗病品种a.9相比,RcbHLHI3、RcbHLH35、RcbHLH41、RcbHLH44和RcbHLH-49基因在感病品种XS中上调,并显著高表

The a.dition of up to 25% polymeric wa.te PCBs （printed circuit boa.ds） a. fillers in polypropylene （PP） composites wa. pa.tia.ly successful： while the tensile modulus, flexura. strength a.d tlexura. modulus of composites were enha.ced, the tenstle a.d impa.t strengths were found to decrea.e. a. a.lowering of impa.t strength ca. significa.tly limit the a.plica.ion of PP ba.ed composites, it is necessa.y to incorpora.e impa.t modifying polymers such a. rubbery pa.ticles in the mix. We report on a.novel investiga.ion on the simulta.eous utiliza.ion of electronic a.d a.tomotive rubber wa.te a. fillers in PP composites. These composites were prepa.ed by using 25 wt.% polymeric PCB powder, up to 9% of ethylene propylene rubber （EPR）, a.d PP： ba.a.ce. The influence of EPR on the structura., therma., mecha.ica. a.d rheologica. properties of PP/PCB/ EPR composites wa. investiga.ed. While the a.dition of EPR ca.sed the nuclea.ion of the I~ crysta.line pha.e of PP, the onset tempera.ure for therma. degra.a.ion wa. found to decrea.e by 8%. The tensile modulus a.d strength decrea.ed by 1 b% a.d 19%, respectively; a.d the elonga.a.n a. brea. increa.ed by -71%. The impa.t strength showed a.ma.imum increa.e of-18% a. 7 wt.%-9 wt.% EPR content. Va.ious rheologica. properties were found to be well within the ra.ge of processing limits. This novel eco-friendly a.proa.h could help utilize significa.t a.ounts of polymeric electronic a.d a.tomotive wa.te for fa.rica.ing va.ua.le polymer composites.

a.ign:justify;"> Background: The interplay between financial deprivation and tuberculosis (TB) is considered one of the vital socio-economic determinants of disease. This is the first study of its kind to be carried in Pakistan, which aims to identify leading factors contributing towards catastrophic costs of TB diagnosis and management in order to help policy makers. Methodology: From four tertiary care hospitals (TCH) in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, 400 TB patients were interviewed through a cross-sectional survey. The patient’s pre and post-TB income and direct and indirect costs for treatment were analysed following WHO recommendations. Multivariable logistic regression model was used to identify the determinants of catastrophic total cost.
