The development of bio-adsorbents with highly selective immobilization properties for specific heavy metals is a great challenge,but has important application *** whewellite(BW)with high selectivity for Pb(Ⅱ)was synthesized by mineral microbial *** selective immobilization properties and mechanism of BW for Pb(Ⅱ)were analyzed by combining mineral characterization technology and batch adsorption research *** results indicated that BW can efficiently and selectively immobilize Pb(Ⅱ)in single or composite heavy metal adsorption solutions,and the immobilized Pb(Ⅱ)is difficult to *** undergoes monolayer adsorption on Pb(Ⅱ),Qmax≈1073.17 mg/*** immobilization of Pb(Ⅱ)by BW is a physico-chemical adsorption process with spontaneous heat absorption and an accompanying increase in *** addition,the sequestration of Pb(Ⅱ)by BW remains around 756.99 mg/g even at p H=*** excellent selective immobilization properties of BW for Pb(Ⅱ)are closely related to its smaller Ksp,electrostatic repulsion effect,organic-inorganic composite structure,acid resistance and the formation of Pb(Ⅱ)*** study provides beneficial information about the recycling of lead in acidic lead-containing wastewater and composite heavy metal contaminated water bodies.

Active reflectors are often used to compensate the surface distortion caused by environmental factors that degrade the electromagnetic performance of large high-frequency reflector *** is crucial for maintaining high gain operation in antennas.A distortion compensation method for the active reflector of a large dual-reflector antenna is proposed.A relationship is established between the surface deformation and the optical path difference for the primary reflector by geometric ***,employing finite element analysis,a polynomial fitting approach is used to describe the impact of adjusting points on the reflector surface based on the coordinates of each *** standardizing the positions of various panels on the reflector,the fitting ns can be applied to the reflector panels of similar ***,based on the distribution characteristics of the primary reflector panels,the adjustment equation for the actuators is derived by the influence matrix *** can be used to determine the adjustment amount of actuators to reduce the rms of the optical path ***,the least squares method is employed to resolve the matrix *** example of a 110 m aperture dual-reflector antenna is carried out by finite element analysis and the proposed *** results show that the optical path difference is reduced significantly at various elevation cases,which indicates that the proposed method is effective.

Cell-free expression systems have emerged as a versatile and powerful platform for metabolic engineering,biosynthesis and synthetic biology ***,successful examples of the synthesis of complex natural products using this system are still ***,a structurally unique and complex diketopiperazine alkaloid,is a clinically promising antibiotic that selectively inhibits the transcription termination factor ***,we established a modular cell-free expression system with cascade catalysis for the biosynthesis of bicyclomycin from a chemically synthesized *** six cell-free expressed biosynthetic enzymes,including five iron-andα-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenases and one cytochrome P450 monooxygenase,were active in converting their substrates to the corresponding *** co-expressed enzymes in the cell-free module were able to complete the related partial *** vitro biosynthesis of bicyclomycin was also achieved by reconstituting the entire biosynthetic pathways(i.e.,six enzymes)using the modular cell-free expression *** study demonstrates that the modular cell-free expression system can be used as a robust and promising platformforthe biosynthesis of complex antibiotics.

A novel layered perovskite tantalate phosphor Sr_(3)LaTa_(3)O_(12):Sm^(3+)(SLTO:Sm^(3+)) with orange-red emission was obtained for the first time via the solid-phase synthetic method. The phase purity, surface morphology,element distribution and luminescent properties of the SLTO:xSm^(3+)(x= 0.01 mol%-0.30 mol%) phosphors were investigated. Under 408 nm excitation, the optimum doped SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+) phosphor emits orangered light at 598 nm with the highest emission peak(4G_(5/2)→6H_(7/2)). The critical energy transfer distance is 1.687 nm. The prepared SLTO:0.10Sm^(3+)phosphor has excellent thermal stability with temperature quenching temperature(T_(0.5)> 500 K) and high activation energy(E_(a)= 0.25 e V). Through calculation, the chromaticity coordinates of all samples are concentrated in the orange-red area, and the color purity reaches 99%. The fabricated white light-emitting diode(w-LED) has a good correlated color temperature(5132 K), a high R_(a)(89), and the Cie chromaticity coordinates(0.340, 0.327). Consequently, the superiority of orange-red-emitting tantalate SLTO:Sm^(3+) phosphors for w-LEDs is demonstrated.

Based on the COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software,this study carried out modeling and numerical simulation for the evaporation process of liquid metal lithium in the vacuum free molecular flow *** motion of lithium atoms in the evaporation process was analyzed through a succession of *** on the available experimental values of the saturated vapor pressure of liquid metal lithium,the relationship between saturated vapor pressure and temperature of liquid lithium in the range of 600 K-900 K was obtained.A two-dimensional symmetric model(3.5 mm×20 mm) was established to simulate the transient evaporation process of liquid lithium at wall temperatures of 750 K,780 K,800 K,810 K,825 K,and 850 K,*** effects of temperature,the evaporation coefficient,back pressure,and length-to-diameter ratio on the evaporation process were studied;the variation trends and reasons of the molecular flux and the pressure during the evaporation process were *** the same time,the evaporation process under variable wall temperature conditions was *** research made the evaporation process of liquid lithium in vacuum molecular flow clearer,and provided theoretical support for the space reactor and nuclear fusion related fields.

As an economically critical pelagic migratory species,yellowfin tuna(Thunnus albacores,YFT)is very sensible to physical and environmental conditions,such as sea surface temperature(SST),ocean heat content(OHC),and the mixed layer depth(MLD).We investigated the impact of SST,OHC,and MLD on fluctuations of YFT catch in the western/eastern Indian Ocean using the long time series of 63-year environmental and YFT *** found that the impact of SST on YFT was heavily overestimated in the past,and MLD plays a more critical role in the YFT catch *** the MLD deepens(>34.8 m),SST was more influential in predicting the catches of YFT than OHC in the western Indian Ocean,and OHC was more critical to YFT than SST in the eastern Indian ***,when the MLD shallows(ied a non-stationary relationship between the environmental factors and catches of YFT and provided new insights into variations in YFT abundance.

Impacts of central-Pacific El Niño and physical drivers on eastern Pacific bigeye tuna

Bigeye tuna Thunnus obesus is an important migratory species that forages deeply,and El Niño events highly influence its distribution in the eastern Pacific *** sea surface temperature is widely recognized as the main factor affecting bigeye tuna(BET)distribution during El Niño events,the roles of different types of El Niño and subsurface oceanic signals,such as ocean heat content and mixed layer depth,remain *** conducted A spatial-temporal analysis to investigate the relationship among BET distribution,El Niño events,and the underlying oceanic signals to address this knowledge *** used monthly purse seine fisheries data of BET in the eastern tropical Pacific Ocean(ETPO)from 1994 to 2012 and extracted the central-Pacific El Niño(CPEN)indices based on Niño 3 and Niño ***,we employed Explainable Artificial Intelligence(XAI)models to identify the main patterns and feature importance of the six environmental variables and used information flow analysis to determine the causality between the selected factors and BET ***,we analyzed Argo datasets to calculate the vertical,horizontal,and zonal mean temperature differences during CPEN and normal years to clarify the oceanic thermodynamic structure differences between the two types of *** findings reveal that BET distribution during the CPEN years is mainly driven by advection feedback of subsurface warmer thermal signals and vertically warmer habitats in the CPEN domain area,especially in high-yield fishing *** high frequency of CPEN events will likely lead to the westward shift of fisheries centers.
