Herein,a novel single-atomic Pt doping and interface-rich Cos/Co(OH)_(2)(Pt-Cos/Co(OH)_(2)/C)electrocatalyst has been successfully *** from precise regulation of d-orbital electronic structure modulation on Co site,Pt-Cos/Co(OH)_(2)/C exhibited remarkable HEr activity and high stability for hydrogen evolution in splitting both water(73 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2)) and seawater(87 mV@10 mA·cm^(−2)).Notably,atomic Pt doping was introduced into Cos/Co(OH)_(2),which could produce local unbalanced Coulombic force and significantly increased the number of S vacancies,and then expose abundant Co ***,Co(OH)_(2) in Pt-Cos/Co(OH)_(2)/C could act as the adsorption sites for H_(2)O in hydrogen evolution reaction *** functional theory results also proved that atomic Pt doping,S vacancies and Co(OH)_(2) coupling could result in the formation of enriched electronic Co sites and optimize d_(z2) orbital electronic structure,and then realize the depth upward shift of d-band center and enhance the adsorption of H*on Co sites.

We investigate some relations between two kinds of semigroup regularities, namely the e-property and the eventual continuity, both of which contribute to the ergodicity for Markov processes on Polish *** precisely, we prove that for Markov-Feller semigroup in discrete time and stochastically continuous MarkovFeller semigroup in continuous time, if there exists an ergodic measure whose support has a nonempty interior,then the e-property is satisfied on the interior of the support. in particular, it implies that, restricted on the support of each ergodic measure, the e-property and the eventual continuity are equivalent for the discrete-time and the stochastically continuous continuous-time Markov-Feller semigroups.

BACKGrOUND Human induced pluripotent stem cell(hiPSC)technology is a valuable tool for generating patient-specific stem cells,facilitating disease modeling,and invest-igating disease ***,iPSCs carrying specific mutations may limit their clinical applications due to certain inherent *** To investigate the impact of MErTK mutations on hiPSCs and determine whether hiPSC-derived extracellular vesicles(EVs)influence anomalous cell junction and differentiation *** We employed a non-integrating reprogramming technique to generate peripheral blood-derived hiPSCs with and hiPSCs without a MErTK ***-somal karyotype analysis,flow cytometry,and immunofluorescent staining were utilized for hiPSC *** and proteomics were employed to elucidate the expression patterns associated with cell junction abnormalities and cellular differentiation ***,EVs were isolated from the supernatant,and their rNA and protein cargos were examined to investigate the involvement of hiPSC-derived EVs in stem cell junction and *** The generated hiPSCs,both with and without a MErTK mutation,exhibited normal karyotype and expressed pluripotency markers;however,hiPSCs with a MErTK mutation demonstrated anomalous adhesion capability and differentiation potential,as confirmed by transcriptomic and proteomic ***,hiPSC-derived EVs were involved in various biological processes,including cell junction and *** HiPSCs with a MErTK mutation displayed altered junction characteristics and aberrant differentiation ***,hiPSC-derived EVs played a regulatory role in various biological processes,including cell junction and differentiation.

利用凸轮机构设计了一种分段阻尼装置。以传统Voigt型动力吸振器为基础,将该装置安装于动力吸振器的主系统与子系统之间,建立了吸振器的动力学方程。利用在一个振动周期内阻尼耗能等效这一原理,在相同振动频率下得到了分段阻尼装置的等效阻尼系数。推导得出了具有分段阻尼特性的动力吸振器的理论解,并用数值解进行了验证。比较分析了无阻尼、传统线性阻尼及具有分段阻尼特性的动力吸振器的吸振特性。结果表明,具有分段阻尼特性的动力吸振器的幅频特性综合了无阻尼和传统线性阻尼动力吸振器的特点,能保证反共振点处主系统的振幅很低,同时对主系统的共振振幅的抑制效果接近于传统线性阻尼动力吸振器。

The China Space Station Telescope(CSST)is a two-meter space telescope with multiple back-end *** Fine Guidance Sensor(FGS)is an essential subsystem of the CSST Precision image Stability System to ensure the required absolute pointing accuracy and line-of-sight *** this study,we construct the Main Guide Star Catalog for *** accomplish this,we utilize the information about the FGS and object information from the Gaia Data release *** provide an FGS instrument magnitude and exclude variables,binaries,and high proper motion stars from the catalog to ensure uniform FGS guidance ***,we generate a HEALPix index,which provides a hierarchical tessellation of the celestial sphere,and employ the Voronoi algorithm to achieve a homogeneous distribution of stars across the *** distribution ensures adequate coverage and sampling of the *** performance of the CSST guide star catalog was assessed by simulating the field of view of the FGS according to the CSST mock survey strategy *** analysis of the results indicates that this catalog provides adequate coverage and *** catalog's performance meets the FGS requirements,ensuring the functioning of the FGS and its guidance capabilities.

Objective:To explore the regulatory mechanism of NUDT5 in glioblastoma multiforme(GBM).Methods:GEPiA database was used to predict the expressions of NUDT5 and tripartite motif family proteins 47(TriM47)in GBM ***-qPCr and Western blot analyses were performed to examine NUDT5 expression in GBM ***-229 cell proliferation,migration as well as invasion were estimated by CCK-8,colony formation,wound healing,and Transwell assays following interference with *** assay,L-lactic acid kit,glucose detection kit,and ATP detection kit were applied for the detection of glycolysis-related ***-immunoprecipitation experiment was carried out to verify the relationship between NUDT5 and ***:GEPiA database showed that NUDT5 expression was significantly increased in GBM *** the expression of NUDT5 in GBM cells significantly suppressed the viability,proliferation,invasion,migration,and glycolysis of GBM ***,TriM47 was highly expressed in GBM cells and interacted with *** of TriM47 partially reversed the inhibitory effect of NUDT5 downregulation on the proliferation,metastasis,and glycolysis of GBM ***:NUDT5 promotes the growth,metastasis,and Warburg effect of GBM cells by upregulating *** NUDT5 and TriM47 can be used as targets for GMB treatment.
