BACKGROUND Several bibliometric analyses have been carried out to identify research hotspots and trends in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)***,there are still significant knowledge gaps that must be filled to advance our understanding of and ability to treat *** To evaluate,through bibliometric and visual analysis,the current status of related research,related research frontiers,and the developmental trends in the field of diet and *** We retrieved publications about diet and NAFLD published between 1987 and 2022 from ***,we used VOSviewer 1.6.20 to perform bibliometric analysis and *** We found a total of 1905 studies,including 1637(85.93%)original articles and 195(10.24%)reviews,focused on the examination of NAFLD and its correlation with diet that were published between 1987 and *** the remaining five types of documents,38 were letters,notes,editorials,meeting minutes,or brief surveys,representing 1.99%of the total *** countries with the most publications on this topic were China(n=539;28.29%),followed by the United States(n=379;19.90%),Japan(n=133;6.98%),and South Korea(n=127;6.6%).According to the citation analysis,the retrieved papers were cited an average of 32.3 times and had an h-index of 106,with 61014 total *** two main clusters on the map included those related to:(1)inflammation and oxidative stress;and(2)Dietary interventions for *** This was the first study to use data taken from Scopus to visualize network mapping in a novel bibliometric analysis of studies focused on diet and *** 2017,the two domains that received the most attention were“dietary interventions for NAFL”’and“‘inflammation and oxidative stress implicated in NAFLD and its correlation with diet.”We believe that this study provides important information for academics,dietitians,and doctors,and that additional research on dietary interventions and NAFLD is warranted.

We present a theoretical study of the medium modifications of the Pr balance(xJ)of dijets in Xe+Xe cllions at√SNN=5.44 *** initial production of dijets was carried out using the POWHEG+PYTHLA8 prescription,which matches the next-to-leading-order(NLO)QCD matrix elements with the parton shower(PS)*** SHELL model described the in-medium evolution of nucleus-nucleus collisions using a transport *** theoretical results of the dijet xJ in the Xe+Xe collisions exhibit more imbalanced distributions than those in thep+p collisions,consistent with recently reported ATLAS *** utilizing the interleaved Flavor Neutralisation,an infrared-and-collinear-safe jet flavor algorithm,to identify the flavor of the reconstructed jets,we classify dijets processes into three categories:glucn-gluon(gg),quark-gluon(qg),and quark-quark(qq),and investigated the respective medium modification *** fraction changes of the 9g,qg,and qq components of the dijet sample in Xe+Xe *** is shown that the increased fraction of qg component at a small xJ contributes to the imbalanceof the dijet;in particular,the 9192(quark-jet-leading)dijets experience more significant asymmetric energy loss than the 9192(gluon-jet-leading)dijets traversing *** comparing the O(xz)=(x)pp-(xJ)AA ofincdusive,cc and b6 dijets in Xe+Xe cllions,we observe△(xj)inal.>△(xj)cε>△(xj)***,Pxe,Pb,the ratios of the nuclear modification factors of dijets in Xe+Xe to those in Pb+Pb,were calculated,which indicates that the yield suppression of dijets in Pb+Pb is more pronounced than that in Xe+Xe owing to the larger radius of the lead nucleus.

Gross primary productivity(GPP)of vegetation is an important constituent of the terrestrial carbon sinks and is significantly influenced by *** the impact of droughts on different types of vegetation GPP provides insight into the spatiotemporal variation of terrestrial carbon sinks,aiding efforts to mitigate the detrimental effects of climate *** this study,we utilized the precipitation and temperature data from the Climatic Research Unit,the standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index(SPEi),the standardized precipitation index(SPi),and the simulated vegetation GPP using the eddy covariance-light use efficiency(EC-LUE)model to analyze the spatiotemporal change of GPP and its response to different drought indices in the Mongolian Plateau during *** main findings indicated that vegetation GPP decreased in 50.53% of the plateau,mainly in its northern and northeastern parts,while it increased in the remaining 49.47%***,meadow steppe(78.92%)and deciduous forest(79.46%)witnessed a significant decrease in vegetation GPP,while alpine steppe(75.08%),cropland(76.27%),and sandy vegetation(87.88%)recovered *** aridification areas accounted for 71.39% of the affected areas,while 28.53% of the areas underwent severe aridification,mainly located in the south and central ***,the warming aridification areas of desert steppe(92.68%)and sandy vegetation(90.24%)were *** warming was found to amplify the sensitivity of coniferous forest,deciduous forest,meadow steppe,and alpine steppe GPP to ***,the drought sensitivity of vegetation GPP in the Mongolian Plateau gradually decreased as altitude *** cumulative effect of drought on vegetation GPP persisted for 3.00-8.00 *** findings of this study will improve the understanding of how drought influences vegetation in arid and semi-arid areas.

Assessment of rock mass quality significantly impacts the design and construction of underground and open-pit mines from the point of stability and *** study develops the novel Gromov-Hausdorff distance for rock quality(GHDQR)methodology for rock mass quality rating based on multi-criteria grey metric *** usually presents the quality of surrounding rock by classes(metric spaces)with specified properties and adequate interval-grey *** the distance between surrounding rock sample characteristics and existing classes represents the core of this *** Gromov-Hausdorff distance is an especially useful discriminant function,i.e.,a classifier to calculate these distances,and assess the quality of the surrounding *** efficiency of the developed methodology is analyzed using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE)*** existing methods,such as the Gaussian cloud method,Discriminant method,Mutation series method,Artificial neural network(ANN),Support vector machine(SVM),Grey wolf optimizer and Support vector classification method(GWO-SVC)and Rock mass rating method(RMR)are used for comparison with the proposed GHDQR *** share of the highly accurate category of 85.71%clearly indicates compliance with actual values obtained by the compared *** results of comparisons showed that the model enables objective,efficient,and reliable assessment of rock mass quality.

Background:microRNA 34a(miR 34a)had been reported to have a diagnostic role in acute myeloid leukemia(AML).However,its value in the bone marrow(BM)of AML patients,in addition to its role in response to therapy is still *** current study was designed to assess the diagnostic,prognostic,and predictive significance of miR 34a in the BM of AML ***:The miR.34a was assed in BM aspirate of 82 AML patients in relation to 12 normal control subjects using *** data were assessed for correlation with the relevant dinical critenia,response to therapy,disease-free survival(DFS),and overall survival(OS)***:miR.34a was significantly downregulated in AML patients[0.005(3.3×10^(-6)-1.32)],compared to the control subjects[0.108(3.2× 10^(-4)-1.64),p=0.021].*** relative quantification(RQ)of miR-34a was 0.106(range;0-32.12).The specifaity,sensitivity,and area under the curve(AUC)for the diagnosis of AML were(58.3%,69.5%,0.707,respectively,p=0.021).patients with upregulated miR-34a showed decreased platelets countieved early complete remission(CR,p=0.031,p=0.044,respectively).Similarly,patients who were refractory to therapy showed decreased miR 34a levels in comparison to those who achieved CR[0.002(0-0.01)and 0.12(0-32.12),respectively,p=0.002].Therefore,miR 34a could significantly identify patients with CR with a specificity of 75%and sensitivity of 100%at a cut-off of 0.014(AUC=0.927,p=0.005).There was no considerable association between miR-34a expression and survival rates of the induded AML ***:miR-34a could be a beneficial diagnostic biomarker for AML *** addition,it serves as a good indicator for response to therapy,which could possibly identify patients who are refractory to treatment with 100%sensitivity and 75%specificity.

Objective:To conduct a systematic examination and meta-analysis of the most reliable data from experimental studies evaluating the efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma(PRP)on low ovarian ***:A comprehensive search was performed utilizing pertinent search terms across electronic databases,including PubMed,Cochrane,and Google *** included studies that assigned infertile women with low ovarian reserve in experimental *** reserve parameters were measured before and after PRP injection into *** data of each study was retrieved and subsequently ***:Of 301 articles collected and reviewed,six studies were finally included in the *** PRP injection,infertile women showed a non-significant increase in anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)level(MD=0.10;95%Ci-0.04,0.23),a significant increase in antral follicular count(AFC)(MD=1.88;95%Ci 0.47,3.29),and a non-significant reduction in follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)level(MD=-0.22;95%Ci-8.32,7.87).Conclusions:Autologous PRP may increase AFC,but not *** it is found beneficial in enhancing ovarian reserve(AFC),further research with strong evidence is still required.
