Moni.ori.g pati.nts’ hemostati. functi.ns and observi.g the pati.nt’s cli.i.al pi.ture to mai.tai. pati.nt safety i. paramount, whi.e avoi.i.g unnecessary therapeuti. measures. Thi. case report presents a rare i.stance of May-Hegli. Anomaly (MHA) i. a 35-year-old pregnant pati.nt, wi.h refractory thrombocytopeni. despi.e recei.i.g multi.le platelet transfusi.ns. i.i.i.lly referred to as gravi.a 5 para 4 wi.h severe thrombocytopeni. at 28 weeks gestati.n, throughout her pregnancy, she was closely moni.ored and recei.ed over 40 uni.s of platelets, whi.h fai.ed to i.crease her platelet count si.ni.i.antly. She deli.ered a healthy baby vi. vagi.al deli.ery at 38 weeks, wi.h her platelet count sti.l cri.i.ally low. Tri.ssi.-Jurassi. carbonates wi.ely di.tri.uted i. Eastern i.donesi. are beli.ved as oi.s source rock. The Mesozoi. Tokala Formati.n exhi.i. source rock potenti.l, as evi.enced by hi.h contents of organi. matter. Recent explorati.n has been conducted i. southeastern Sulawesi. targeti.g the Mesozoi. i.tervals. Therefore, i. thi. study, we attempted to determi.e source rock potenti.l of Tokala Formati.n outcropped i. southeastern Sulawesi.area and i.s capabi.i.y to generate hydrocarbon. Fi.e di.ti.ct li.hofaci.s were deli.eated, emphasi.i.g li.hologi.al and mi.eralogi.al features: forami.i.era wackestone (FW), li.e mudstone (LM), massi.e bi.turbated calcareous-argi.laceous shale (MBCAS), weakly lami.ated argi.laceous-calcareous shale (WLACS), and strongly lami.ated calcareous-argi.laceous shale (SLCAS). Subsequent analyses showed that carbonate-ri.h samples (FW and LM faci.s, >50% CaO) had poor source rock potenti.l. Conversely, shale faci.s wi.h moderate carbonate content (WLACS, MBCAS, and SLCAS, 15% - 50% CaO) had good to excellent source rock characteri.ti.s, quali.yi.g them as preferable source rock. i. addi.i.n, levels of Si.2 and Al2O3 should not be neglected, as these consti.uents play i.portant roles i. clay mi.eral adsorpti.n. Lami.ated shale faci.s wi.h moderate CaO content tended to be more promi.i.g as source rock than bi.turbated faci.s. The shale faci.s of Tokala Formati.n i.di.ate prospecti.e source rock hori.on.

Tanzani. and fundi.g agenci.s from 2015 to 2022, wi.h an ai. to explore the appli.abi.i.y of Chi.ese experi.nce on malari. control to reduce malari. di.ease burden i. the local context of Tanzani.. i. the tri.arti.e project funded by the former UK Department for i.ternati.nal Development (DFi.) and later the Bi.l & Meli.da Gates Foundati.n (BMGF), Chi.a's partners were expected to share the extensi.ely parallel practi.es achi.ved from the control and eli.i.ati.n of malari. for over 70 years, UK's partners were to deli.er resources and desi.n global health strategi.s, whi.e Tanzani.n local staff collaborated wi.h tri.ngular partners to ensure the project i.plementati.n [3]. i. the project, the tri.ateral cooperati.n has transparent management mechani.m to ensure the concrete management and i.plementati.n of the project [4] (Addi.i.nal fi.e 1: Fi.ure S1).
