Question-Answering Pair Matching Based on Question Classification and Ensemble Sentence Embedding

Question-answering(QA)models find answers to a given *** necessity of automatically finding answers is increasing because it is very important and challenging from the large-scale QA data *** this paper,we deal with the QA pair matching approach in QA models,which finds the most relevant question and its recommended answer for a given *** studies for the approach performed on the entire dataset or datasets within a category that the question writer manually *** contrast,we aim to automatically find the category to which the question belongs by employing the text classification model and to find the answer corresponding to the question within the *** to the text classification model,we can effectively reduce the search space for finding the answers to a given ***,the proposed model improves the accuracy of the QA matching model and significantly reduces the model inference ***,to improve the performance of finding similar sentences in each category,we present an ensemble embedding model for sentences,improving the performance compared to the individual embedding *** real-world QA data sets,we evaluate the performance of the proposed QA matching *** a result,the accuracy of our final ensemble embedding model based on the text classification model is 81.18%,which outperforms the existing models by 9.81%∼14.16%***,in terms of the model inference speed,our model is faster than the existing models by 2.61∼5.07 times due to the effective reduction of search spaces by the text classification model.

Schottky barrier modulation of bottom contact SnO_(2) thin-film transistors via chloride-based combustion synthesis

The enhanced carrier flow at the interface between Au and SnO_(2)semiconductors,which initially form Schottky contacts,is realized using chloride-based combustion ***-based combustion sys-tems can achieve chlorine(Cl)doping effects as well as conversion to crystalline SnO_(2)films at clearly lower temperatures(∼250℃)than conventional *** to the Cl doping effect,the high carrier concentration can induce thin potential barriers at the metal/semiconductor(MS)ju.ctions,resulting in carrier injection by *** a result,compared to conventional SnO_(2)thin-film transistors,the de-vices fabricated by combustion synthesis exhibit significantly improved electrical performance with field-effect mobility of 6.52 cm 2/Vs(∼13 times),subthreshold swing of 0.74 V/dec,and on/offratio of∼10^(7)below 300℃.Furthermore,because of the enhanced tunneling carriers induced by the narrowed barrier width,the Schottky barriers are significantly reduced from 0.83 to 0.29 eV(65%decrease)at 250℃and from 0.42 to 0.17 eV(60%decrease)at 400℃.Therefore,chloride-based combustion synthesis can con-tribute to developing SnO_(2)-based electronics and flexible devices by achieving both high-quality oxide films and improved current flow at the MS interface with low-temperature annealing.

Regeneration-associated macrophages： a novel approach to boost intrinsic regenerative capacity for axon regeneration

Axons in central nervous system （CNS） do not regenerate spontaneously after inju.ies such as stroke and traumatic spinal cord iniury. Both intrinsic and extrinsic factors are responsible for the regeneration fail- ure, Although intensive research efforts have been invested on extrinsic regeneration inhibitors, the extent to which glial inhibitors contribute to the regeneration failure in viva still remains elusive. Recent exper- imental evidence has rekindled interests in intrinsic factors for the regulation of regeneration capacity in adult mammals. In this review, we propose that activating macrophages with pro-regenerative molecular signatures could be a novel approach for boosting intrinsic regenerative capacity of CNS neurons. Using a conditioning inju.y model in which regeneration of central branches of dorsal root ganglia sensory neu- rons is enhanced by a preceding inju.y to the peripheral branches, we have demonstrated that perineuronal macrophages surrounding dorsal root ganglia neurons are critically involved in the maintenance of en- hanced regeneration capacity. Neuron-derived chemokine （C-C motif） ligand 2 （CCL2） seems to mediate neuron-macrophage interactions conveying inju.y signals to perineuronal macrophages taking on a soley pro-regenerative phenotype, which we designate as regeneration-associated macrophages （RAMs）. Ma- nipulation of the CCL2 signaling could boost regeneration potential mimicking the conditioning inju.y, suggesting that the chemokine-mediated RAM activation could be utilized as a regenerative therapeutic strategy for CNS inju.ies.

Efficacy and safety of Di-Tan Decoction for treating post-stroke neurological disorders:a systematic review and Meta-analysis of randomized clinical trials

The management of post-stroke complications plays an important role in the quality of ***-Tan Decoction(DTD;涤痰汤)is a widely used traditional Chinese *** study incorporated systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy of DTD in post-stroke neurological *** clinical trials(RCTs)were searched from English,Chinese and Korean electronic medical databases,by including the keywords"Di-Tan Tang","Di-Tan Decoction","Scour Phlegm Decoction","stroke",and"*** RCT included control(placebo,conventional therapy,or Western medicine)and experimental(DTD treatment)*** patients inflicted with stroke for 1-6 weeks,the outcomes of post-stroke neurological disorders were measured by scales for post-stroke symptoms and were classified as"completely healed","markedly effective","effective"and"ineffective".Totally,11 RCTs(n=490 controls and n=502 DTD subjects)were selected from 210 articles identified in the initial search.A metaanalysis of evaluation criteria in post-stroke symptoms revealed that the overall odds ratio(ORs)for alleviating post-stroke neurological disorders were 0.30-fold lower(95%CI=0.21-0.43)in the DTD group than the control(Western medicine)group(P<0.00001).Moreover,regardless of the type of stroke diagnostic scale applied(including NFA,HDS,and NIHSS),the overall post-stroke symptoms determined were less severe in the DTD group(n=219)than the control group(n=217).No adverse effects of DTD were observed in the 11 RCTs *** 11 studies used an appropriate method for randomization of subjects to evaluate the risk of bias(ROB),and 7 studies included allocation concealment as well as blinding of patients and ***-risk ROB was included in6 *** significant publication bias was derived from the funnel *** results indicate that the administration of DTD alone,and DTD in combination with Western medicine,exert greater efficacy for post-stroke complication therapy,than Western medicine administ

Investigation of nonlinear optical properties of rhenium diselenide and its application as a femtosecond mode-locker

We investigated the nonlinear optical properties of ReSe2. First, we measured the nonlinear absorption coefficient and the nonlinear refractive index of a ReSe2 thin film using open-aperture(OA) and closed-aperture(CA) Z-scan techniques. ReSe2 was shown to possess both saturable absorption and self-defocusing properties. The nonlinear absorption coefficient of ReSe2 was measured to be-5.67-0.35×103 cm^2∕GW, and its nonlinear refractive index was-2.81-0.13×10-2 cm^2∕GW at 1560 nm. Next, a fiberized saturable absorber(SA) based on ReSe2 was fabricated with a side-polished fiber platform and was tested as an ultrafast mode-locker capable of producing femtosecond pulses operating at a wavelength of 1560 nm. The estimated modulation depth and saturation power are 3.9% and 42 W, respectively, for the transverse electric mode, while they are 2.4% and 53 W for the transverse magnetic mode. Using the prepared SA, stable soliton pulses with a temporal width of 862 fs were produced from an erbium-doped fiber ring cavity. To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first demonstration of using a ReSe2-based SA for femtosecond mode-locked pulse generation.

Synchronization of chaotic Lur'e systems with delayed feedback control using deadzone nonlinearity

In this paper we present a synchronization method for chaotic Lur＇e systems by constructing a new piecewise Lyapunov function. Using a delayed feedback control scheme, a delay-dependent stability criterion is derived for the synchronization of chaotic systems that are represented by Lur＇e systems with deadzone nonlinearity. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and by using some properties of the nonlinearity, a new delay-dependent stabilization condition for synchronization is obtained via linear matrix inequality （LMI） formulation. The criterion is less conservative than existing ones, and it will be verified through a numerical example.

A new approach to stability analysis of neural networks with time-varying delay via novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional

In this paper, new delay-dependent stability criteria for asymptotic stability of neural networks with time-varying delays are derived. The stability conditions are represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs） by constructing new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. The proposed functional has an augmented quadratic form with states as well as the nonlinear function to consider the sector and the slope constraints. The less conservativeness of the proposed stability criteria can be guaranteed by using convex properties of the nonlinear function which satisfies the sector and slope bound. Numerical examples are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
