This study aims to evaluate the effect of serum concentration, synchronization time, and confluence degree on the synchronisation efficiency of goat fibroblast cycle. The results indicated that there was no difference in the percentage of nucleated fibroblasts in the G0/G1 stage between serum concentrations of 0.3% and 0.4% (83.89% and 82.69%, respectively, P > 0.05) as well as between serum concentrations of 0.2% and 0.5% (76.95% and 75.46%, respectively, P > 0.05). The percentage of nucleated fibroblasts in the G0/G1 stage was highest at the concentration of 0.3% and lowest in the control group (83.89% vs. 62.67%, P 0.05). The beneficial effect of high confluence was confirmed by the large percentage of nucleated fibroblasts at the G0/G1 stage. The 60% confluency was significantly lower than the 80% and 100% confluency (73.44%, 86.63%, and 87.17%, respectively, P < 0.05). The results indicate that the goat fibroblast cycle synchronization is the most effective at the serum concentration of 0.3%, 72 hours of synchronization and 100% confluency.

In the textile industry,garment manufacturing contains four major pro-cesses containing cutting,sewing,ﬁnishing,and *** is the most crucial and intricate section,dealing with a large number of varied operations.A successful sewing process needs to be optimized regarding different factors,including time,sewing equipment,and skilled *** lineﬂow is combined by a set of operations with a particular *** utmost impor-tance of all garment industry is to arrange the workstations to minimize the num-ber of employees in order to produce at the best productive rate with the most reasonable cost,shortest time,and satisfying *** most garment factories,the production lines are balanced using the empirical judgment of the line *** the whole process the data of production time at each step,labor pro-ductivity,proper choices of equipment were always needed to calculate line efﬁ*** far as the issue is concerned,there has not been an academically sewing process analyzing software providing adequate data of sewing motions and sewing time as the credible input for the line balancing *** this goal,this paper presents the results of research on optimizing academically self-built software to analyze the sewing process of knitted products applied to industrial production using Java programming language on Google *** results achieved by the software are not only to analyze sewing products and the technological sewing process,calculate the sewing time on the machine but also analyze the sewing activities of workers into manipulations,movements,and motions to calculate the preparation time for two typical knitted products,namely,Polo-Shirt and T-Shirt with the case studies at General Textile Garment Joint Stock Company Hanoi and Star Fashion Company Limited.

Vietnam is paying great to the seafood exporting sector,offering various significant production advantages,concluding that it is critical to understand the competitiveness of the target market and implement effective ***,due to COVID 19,the value of Vietnamese pangasius exports resulted in low and unpredictable profits for pangasius *** is obvious to recognize competitiveness as Multi-Criteria Decision Making(MCDM)problem in the uncertain business ***,this study is the first to propose a two-staged Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)analysis to identify potential criteria and comprehensively investigate the competitiveness of Vietnamese pangasius export Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)in the context of China ***,a dataset of 186 valid respondents from seafood export SMEs was collected through an online survey from June to December *** PLS-SEM approach was applied to ascertain the positive impact of the proposed criteria contributing to the competitiveness of Vietnamese pangasius against China *** PLS-SEM results showed that all criteria strongly correlated with the pangasius exporting ***,the FAHP method is employed to rank the subjective weights of mentioned criteria based on 12 experts’*** infrastructure(C3)has the highest rank of competitiveness criteria with the highest weight,followed by Product(C4).In contrast,Prices(C6)was indicated as the lowest rank at 0.107 regarding FAHP ***,this study provides insights into stakeholders seeking to improve competitiveness performance.

In today’s fast-challenging business environment,automobile manufacturers are required to supply customers with high-quality vehicles at competitive ***,existing research on factors influencing service quality lacks a detailed and systematic understanding,and there is no consensus study on causal relationship and measuring the weights of service quality factors in the automotive manufacturing *** study provides an integrated technique for evaluating the automotive service quality in the context of VinFast-the Vietnamese leading ***,the Grey Theory System(GTS)is utilized to estimate the subjective views of the decision maker(DM)and overcome incomplete and vague decision ***,a Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory approach integrated with GTS(Grey-DEMATEL)is proposed not only to define the cause-effect factors but also to quantify the causal relationship of proposed criteria,which is based on comprehensive analyses of the current service quality literature and experts’opinions,as well as to capture the criteria *** results show that the weights of main criteria can be sorted as follow:Tangibility>Reliability>Assurance>Pricing>Empathy>*** the proposed sub-criteria,Pricing is the top concern compared to other dimensions,making it a prerequisite for *** causal relationships of VinFast’s service quality are discovered by the Grey-DEMATEL *** findings also indicated a rising need for VinFast to focus on ***,the proposed model might be used as a decision support tool to contribute to the literature on service quality,provide recommendations for future study,and assist managers in improving service qualitymore efficiently.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the development of the global *** most developing and third world countries are heavily dependent on agriculture and agricultural imports,the agricultural supply chains(ASC)in all these countries are exposed to unprecedented risks following ***,it is vital to investigate the impact of risks and create resilient ASC *** this study,critical risks associated with ASC were assessed using a novel Analytical Hierarchy Process based on spherical fuzzy sets(SF-AHP).The findings indicated that depending on the scope and scale of the organization,supply risks,demand risks,financial risks,logistics and infrastructure risks,management and operational risks,policy and regulatory risks,and biological and environmental risks all have a significant impact on *** research highlighted that the most significant criterion is specified as Transportation(TP),followed by Market(MA)and Policy(PO),***,Technology(TL)is the least significant *** study’s findings can help managers with a holistic view of the agriculture supply chain risk ***,this study may assist managers in sharing information about the processing of agricultural products from top to bottom to manage risk in the supply chain.

A Hybrid Grey DEMATEL and PLS-SEM Model to Investigate COVID-19 Vaccination Intention

The main objective of this study is to comprehensively investigate individuals’vaccination intention against COVID-19 during the second wave of COVID-19 spread in Vietnam using a novel hybrid ***,the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Grey Theory(DEMATEL-G)was employed to explore the critical factors of vaccination intention among ***,Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)was applied to test the hypotheses of individual behavioral intention to get the vaccine to prevent the outbreak of COVID-19.A panel of 661 valid respondents was collected from June 2021 to July 2021,and confidentiality was maintained for all data *** results identified that perception of COVID-19 vaccination and trust in vaccination strategy directly associated with individuals’COVID-19 ***,the perceived severity of COVID-19 has an indirect impact on COVID-19 vaccination intentions via the perception of the COVID-19 *** findings indicated that the government’s information about vaccines is necessary for the new phase of vaccination intervention strategies in ***,the study suggests that the government needs to give complete information about the role of vaccines prioritizes transparency in official information about COVID-19 vaccines to allay concerns about side effects,allowing for the most appropriate policy formulation and implementation to encourage public *** studies can apply PLS-SEM and other MCDM models with the fuzzy,hesitant numbers to re-evaluate the feasibility,validity and reliability of this research’s proposed model.

为明确糯玉米优质品种斯达糯46在越南种植的适应性,将该品种种植于越南红河三角洲地区,以越南主栽品种HN88为对照,对其生育期、农艺性状、抗性、食味品质等进行鉴定和评价。结果表明,斯达糯46生育进程与对照HN88相似;农艺性状方面,斯达糯46穗位株高比优于对照HN88,抗倒伏能力强;抗病虫害方面,斯达糯46对螟虫、大斑病、小斑病、茎腐病、矮花叶病、穗腐病有良好的抗性;果穗性状方面,斯达糯46的双穗率、穗长、穗粗、穗行数、穗粒数均高于对照HN88,千粒重较对照HN88高13.3%;产量表现方面,斯达糯46的鲜穗产量较对照HN88显著增加20.9%,籽粒产量较对照HN88增加17.8%;品质评分与对照HN88接近。综合以上结果,种植于越南的斯达糯46表现了良好的气候适应性,在产量、抗性、品质、植株性状等方面表现突出,有良好的推广价值。

This paper considers the class of autonomous algebraic ordinary differential equations(AODEs)of order one,and studies their Liouvillian general *** particular,let F(y,w)=0 be a rational algebraic curve over *** authors give necessary and sufficient conditions for the autonomous first-order AODE F(y,y′)=0 to have a Liouvillian solution over ***,the authors show that a Liouvillian solutionαof this equation is either an algebraic function over C(x)or an algebraic function over C(exp(ax)).As a byproduct,these results lead to an algorithm for determining a Liouvillian general solution of an autonomous AODE of order one of genus *** parametrizations of rational algebraic curves play an important role on this method.

Seagrass beds degraded significantly since the last century on both, global and local scale. The seagrass species Enhalus acoroides(Linnaeus f.) Royle is a common species found in almost all marine ecosystems including bays,lagoons and around offshore islands in tropical regions of the West Pacific. It was shown that genetic diversity is an essential indicator of the conditions of ecosystems. In the present study, microsatellite markers were used to assess the genetic diversity and population structure of six distinct seagrass beds along the coast of the Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam. The results indicate that the genetic diversity of the populations in the open sea is higher than in the lagoon. Seagrass beds occurring in disturbed sites show reduced genetic diversity. The fixing index value(FST) depicts a relatively high genetic structure among populations. Structure analysis clusters the populations into open sea and lagoon populations and cluster analysis and AMOVA indicate a significant difference between the two groups. There are low but non-significant positive correlations between geographic and genetic *** different habitats of the open sea and the lagoon are probably responsible for forming two groups.

Ecohealth is a comprehensive approach to understanding health at its human,animal and environmental interface in a socio-ecological systems *** approach was introduced widely in Southeast Asia(SEA)by the Canadian International Development Research Centre(IDRC)in the late *** at addressing the problem of emerging infectious diseases(EIDs),numerous such projects and activities have been generated throughout the *** is increasingly converging with the One Health approach,as both movements emphasise a holistic understanding to *** conducted a scoping review by considering all of the Ecohealth programmes,initiatives and projects that have been implemented in SEA since the introduction of the approach,and also gathered information from peer-reviewed *** objective of this paper is to review Ecohealth activities within SEA over the last 10 years to address the lessons learned,challenges faced and the way forward for Ecohealth in the *** range from those focusing purely on capacity,projects focusing on research and projects covering *** to date include,for example,research contributing to the field of infectious diseases in relation to social ecological factors and associated urbanisation and agricultural *** remain at the project design and implementation level,in the available capacity and coordination to develop Ecohealth research teams in the countries,gauging teams’assimilation of Ecohealth’s underlying tenets and their translation into sustainable disease prevention and control,as well as in the ability to scale up Ecohealth *** suggest that the way forward for Ecohealth should be from a regional perspective in terms of research,training and policy translation using Ecohealth in combination with the One Health approach.
