Upconversion （UC） phosphor Tm3＋ doped YF3 nano-erystals were prepared by hydrothermal method under different conditions and characterized by Field Transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, Scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and X-ray diffraction （XRD）. Their UC luminescence properties were studied by fluorescence spectrophotometer with 980 nm diode laser excitation, and impact of different grain sizes and morphology on the UC luminescence intensity was discussed. The fluorescence decay lifetime was calculated by Multi-exponential function fitting method. Results show that UC emission intensity was enhanced with the reduction of grain size, and the decay lifetime is 0.60 us.

In this article, hydrothermal process is applied to synthesize nanometer InVO4. Influences of different experimental conditions （including mixing ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature, reaction time and so on） upon the synthetic products＇ purity and crystallite size are discussed to determine the best synthetic condition. The structure of nanometer InVO4 is analyzed, which helps to further understand the structure characteristics of InVO4 synthesized by applying hydrothermal process and lays foundation for further research.

目的建立超高效液相色谱-四极杆-静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap-MS)法同时测定牛黄上清片中牛磺胆酸、7-酮-3α,12-α-羟基胆烷酸、甘氨猪去氧胆酸、12-脱氢胆酸、甘氨胆酸、3-酮-7α,12α-二羟基-5β-胆烷酸、牛磺鹅去氧胆酸、3α-羟基-7-氧代-5β-胆烷酸、猪胆酸、牛磺脱氧胆酸钠、猪去氧胆酸、胆酸、甘氨鹅脱氧胆酸、甘氨脱氧胆酸、牛磺石胆酸钠、鹅去氧胆酸、去氧胆酸、石胆酸的含量。方法分析采用Thermo Fisher Scientfic Bremen HYPERSIL GOLD色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.9μm);流动相0.1%甲酸-甲醇,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.2 mL/min;柱温40℃;加热电喷雾离子源;负离子扫描;平行反应监测模式。再进行化学模式识别。结果 18种胆汁酸在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率96.73%~104.07%,RSD 2.10%~4.07%。不同厂家样品中各胆汁酸在种类和含量上存在一定差异。结论该方法灵敏可靠,专属性好,可用于牛黄上清片的质量控制。

目的结合网络药理学及体外细胞实验探索栀黄止痛散(Zhi-huang-Zhi-Tong powder,ZHZTP)治疗类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的有效物质基础及相关作用机制。方法使用数据库检索并筛选得到ZHZTP活性成分靶点和疾病靶点;交集得到共同靶点;构建“药物-成分-靶点”关系网络图对交集基因进行GO和KEGG富集分析;并将核心成分与核心靶点进行分子对接。最后基于HUVEC细胞体外炎症模型,采用MTT法、平板划痕实验及蛋白质印迹等方法验证ZHZTP的药效及机制。结果ZHZTP中筛选出核心成分熊果酸和大黄素;治疗RA的重要靶点AKT1、IL-6和TNF;富集分析中,GO结果表明,ZHZTP对细胞分子功能、生物学功能及细胞组成均有影响,KEGG结果表明,ZHZTP的功能主要富集在PI3K-AKT、TNF和IL-17信号通路;分子对接结果显示,核心成分与核心靶点具有较好结合作用。体外结果表明,不同浓度的ZHZTP均可抑制HUVECs的炎性增殖和迁移,并且能够抑制PI3K,AKT及m-TOR蛋白表达水平。结论ZHZTP可能通过PI3K/AKT/m-TOR信号通路调控RA疾病发展进程,从而发挥抗RA作用,其主要有效物质基础为熊果酸和大黄素。

目的应用网络药理学探讨多发性硬化(Multiple sclerosis,MS)的一线治疗药物富马酸二甲酯(Dimethyl Fumarate,DMF)治疗多种自身免疫性疾病的应用前景及潜在作用机制。方法通过Pubchem检索DMF 2D、3D结构以及Canonical SMILES号,在Targetnet数据库预测其靶点并利用Uniprot(蛋白质数据库)进行靶点去重及标准化。综合GeneCards、DisGeNET、OMIM和TTD数据库对不同免疫疾病靶点进行汇总;Venny在线获取DMF靶点与不同免疫疾病靶点交集基因;交集基因结合STRING数据库和Cytoscape 3.8.2软件进行PPI网络构建得到核心靶点;运用DAVID数据库对交集基因进行GO和KEGG富集分析;使用Cytoscape 3.8.2软件绘制“药物-疾病-靶点-通路”关系网络图,Network Analysis分析图中各因素(节点)的关联性及重要性;利用AutoDock vina软件将核心成分与核心靶点分别进行分子对接,Pymol软件将对接结果可视化。结果DMF潜在的作用靶点216个,通过其中19个关键靶点治疗多种免疫性疾病,如银屑病(Psoriasis)、类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)、结肠炎、多发性硬化症(Multiple sclerosis,MS)、系统性硬化症(Systemic sclerosis,SSc)、系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic Lupus Erythemat osus,SLE),重要靶点是MMP9、PTGS2、TNF等;GO富集分析,结果表明DMF对细胞分子功能、生物学功能及细胞组成均有影响,KEGG结果表明DMF调控上述功能主要与PI3K/AKT、TNF、NF-κB和IL-17信号通路密切相关;分子对接结果显示DMF与核心靶点具有结合。结论本研究基于网络药理学发现DMF通过多靶点、多通路分别从细胞水平和分子水平干预多种免疫性疾病发生发展,提示作为MS一线治疗药物DMF除MS治疗外,还具有治疗其他自身免疫性疾病的潜力,具有重要意义。

Exceptional points enhance sensing in silicon micromechanical resonators

To solve the problem of supply-demand mismatch caused by the imbalance of time-space passenger flow，this paper proposes an electric bus scheduling method with multiple vehicle types based on the characteristics of passenger flow variety. In view of the operating characteristics difference of multiple vehicle types，considering the time-of-use electricity price and coordinated charging strategy，an electric bus scheduling model is established to jointly optimize the vehicle driving plan，charging scheme and fleet configuration. A genetic algorithm model is designed to solve the problem，and a network in Nanjing are taken as examples to verify the effect of the model. compared with the small and large type scheduling scheme，the total system cost of the scheduling scheme with multiple vehicle types is reduced by 8.26% and 11.25%，respectively. The results show that the proposed method can not only improve the public transport service level，but also effectively reduce the operation cost of the public transport system. © 2024 Editorial Board of Jilin University. Exceptional points(EPs)have recently emerged as a new method for engineering the response of open physical systems,that is,systems that interact with the environment.The systems at the EPs exhibit a strong response to a small perturbation.Here,we show a method by which the sensitivity of silicon resonant sensors can be enhanced when operated at EPs.In our experiments,we use a pair of mechanically coupled silicon micromechanical resonators constituting a parity-time(PT)-symmetric dimer.Small perturbations introduced on the mechanically coupled spring cause the frequency to split from the EPs into the PT-symmetric regime without broadening the two spectrum linewidths,and this frequency splitting scales with the square root of the perturbation strength.The overall signal-tonoise ratio is still greatly enhanced,although the measured noise spectral density of the EP sensing scheme has a slight increase comparable to the traditional counterpart.Our results pave the way for resonant sensors with ultrahigh sensitivity.

The paper investigates the escape probability for isotropic emitters near a Kerr black hole.We propose a new approach to obtain the escape probability in a general manner,going beyond previous case-by-case studies.This approach is based on studies of the black hole shadow with astrometric observable and can be applied to emitters with an arbitrary 4-velocities and locations,even to the emitters outside of the equatorial plane.We also consider representative examples illustrating how escape probabilities vary with distance,velocity,and inclination angle.Overall,this new approach provides an effective method for studying escape probabilities near Kerr black holes.

Maintaining thermal comfort within the human body is crucial for optimal health and overall well-being.By merely broadening the setpoint of indoor temperatures,we could significantly slash energy usage in building heating,ventilation,and air-conditioning systems.In recent years,there has been a surge in advancements in personal thermal management(PTM),aiming to regulate heat and moisture transfer within our immediate surroundings,clothing,and skin.The advent of PTM is driven by the rapid development in nano/micro-materials and energy science and engineering.An emerging research area in PTM is personal radiative thermal management(PRTM),which demonstrates immense potential with its high radiative heat transfer efficiency and ease of regulation.However,it is less taken into account in traditional textiles,and there currently lies a gap in our knowledge and understanding of PRTM.In this review,we aim to present a thorough analysis of advanced textile materials and technologies for PRTM.Specifically,we will introduce and discuss the underlying radiation heat transfer mechanisms,fabrication methods of textiles,and various indoor/outdoor applications in light of their different regulation functionalities,including radiative cooling,radiative heating,and dual-mode thermoregulation.Furthermore,we will shine a light on the current hurdles,propose potential strategies,and delve into future technology trends for PRTM with an emphasis on functionalities and applications.
