Introduction To improve compliance with voiding diaries in children with primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis(PMNE),a new modified 3-day weekend frequency-volume chart(FVC)was designed,and the compliance and validity of this modified FVC was evaluated by comparing with the International Children's Continence Society(ICCS)recommended voiding *** A total of 1200 patients with PMNE were enrolled in the study from 13 centers in China and were randomly assigned to record this modified FVC or the ICCS-recommended voiding *** primary outcome measure was the compliance,assessed by comparing the completing index and the quality score of diaries between two *** secondary outcome measure was the validity,evaluated by comparing the constituent of subtypes,micturition parameters and response rate to *** Among the 1200 participants enrolled in the study,447 patients completed the ICCS-recommended voiding diary and 469 completed the modified *** diurnal completing index and the quality score of the modified FVC group were better than those of the ICCS *** addition,there was no significant difference between these two groups in the subtype classification,or in the response rate to *** The modified FVC could be applied to obtain the voiding characteristics of children with PMNE as the ICCS-recommended voiding diary does and offers a reasonable and better choice for children with PMNE from the unselected population in the future.

Analysis on Composition Rules of Chinese Patent Drugs Treating Pain-Related Diseases Based on Data Mining Method

Objective: To analyze the composition rules of oral prescriptions in the treatment of headache, stomachache and dysmenorrhea recorded in National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs(NSCPD) enacted by Ministry of Public Health of China and then make comparison between them to better understand pain treatment in different regions of human body. Methods: Constructed NSCPD database had been constructed in 2014. Prescriptions treating the three pain-related diseases were searched and screened from the database. Then data mining method such as association rules analysis and complex system entropy method integrated in the data mining software Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS) were applied to process the data. Results: Top 25 drugs with high frequency in the treatment of each disease were selected, and 51, 33 and 22 core combinations treating headache, stomachache and dysmenorrhea respectively were mined out as well. Conclusions: The composition rules of the oral prescriptions for treating headache, stomachache and dysmenorrhea recorded in NSCPD has been summarized. Although there were similarities between them, formula varied according to different locations of pain. It can serve as an evidence and reference for clinical treatment and new drug development.

Graphene-induced enhanced anticorrosion performance of waterborne epoxy resin coating

In this work,waterborne epoxy resin E44 and graphene were employed as the matrix and nanofiller,respectively,to construct composite coatings with enhanced anticorrosion *** pattern and TEM observation indicated that the obtained graphene had a stacked structure of few-layer graphitic sheets with numbers of *** observations revealed that no defects or microcracks existed on the surface of graphene/epoxy coatings and the internal micropores and microcracks were filled by *** spectra displayed that all the characteristic absorption peaks were attributed to the epoxy resin cured with *** Tafel polarization curves showed that,as the graphene addition amount increased,the corrosive potential increased and the corrosive current *** results proved that the addition of graphene into epoxy coatings could not only increase the impedance arc in Nyquist plots,but also increase the impedance modulus at low ***,the enhanced anticorrosion mechanism was proposed and discussed.

Fluorination-substitution effect on all-small-molecule organic solar cells

Due to the strong crystallinity and anisotropy of small molecules, matched molecular photoelectric properties and morphologies between small molecules and non-fullerene acceptors are especially important in all-small-molecule organic solar cells(OSCs).Introducing fluorine atoms has been proved as an effective strategy to achieve a high device performance through tuning molecular energy levels, absorption and assembly properties. Herein, we designed a novel benzodithiophene-based small molecule donor BDTF-CA with deep highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO) energy level. All-small-molecule OSCs were fabricated by combing non-fullerene acceptor IDIC with different fluorine-atom numbers. Two or four fluorine atoms were introduced to the end-capped acceptor of IDIC, which are named as IDIC-2 F and IDIC-4 F, respectively. With the increase of fluorination from IDIC to IDIC-4 F, the open circuit voltage(Voc) of the devices decreased, while hole and electron mobilities of the active layers increased by one order of magnitude. Contributed to the most balanced Voc, short-circuit current(Jsc) and fill factor(FF), the device based on BDTF-CA/IDIC-2 F achieved the highest power conversion efficiency of 9.11%.

Determination of triazine herbicide residues in water samples by on-line sweeping concentration in micellar electrokinetic chromatography

A new method for the determination of atrazine, simazine and prometryn in water samples by on-line sweeping concentration technique in micellar electrokinetic chromatography （MEKC） was developed. Various parameters affecting sample enrichment and separation efficiency were systematically studied. Compared with the conventional MEKC method, up to 60-200-fold improvement in concentration sensitivity was achieved in terms of peak height by using this sweeping injection technique. The compound strychnine was used as the internal standard for the improvement of the experimental reproducibility. The limits of detection （S/ N = 3：1） for atrazine, simazine and prometryn were 9, 10 and 0.5 ng mL-1, respectively. This method has been successfully applied to the analysis of atrazine, simazine and prometryn in lake, steam and ground water.

A new compound, [H2N（CH3）2]2[Zn（btec）]H20 （1, H4btec = 1,2,4,5-benzenetetra- carboxylic acid） has been solvothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 9.5741（3）, b = 14.5044（4）, c = 13.7329（5） A,β = 100.582（4）°, V = 1874.61（10） As, C14H20N2O9Zn, Mr = 425.7, Z = 4, Dc = 1.387 g/cm3,μ = 1.349 mm^-1, F（000） = 776, R = 0.0560 and wR = 0.1684 for 2834 observed reflections （1 〉 2a（I））. Compound 1 based onμ4-btec and tetrahedral building unit features a three-dimensional （3D） anionic framework with mixed connected nou topology. The luminescent property and thermogravimetric analysis of compound 1 are investigated.

Observation of Small-amplitude Electromagnetic Cyclotron Waves in the Solar Wind

Our previous studies on low-frequency electromagnetic cyclotron waves(ECWs)with amplitudes larger than 0.1nT in the solar wind revealed that the left-handed(LH)polarized ECWs are the dominant waves,and these waves preferentially occur in plasma conditions of high proton speed(V_(p)),high proton temperature(T_(p)),low proton density(N_(p)).In the present study,using magnetic field and plasma data from the Wind mission between 2005 and2015,we perform a survey of small-amplitude ECWs with amplitudes smaller than 0.1 *** is revealed for the first time that the small-amplitude right-handed(RH)polarized ECWs tend to frequently occur in plasmas characterized by low V_(p),low T_(p),low N_(p),although the small-amplitude LH ECWs still preferentially occur in plasma conditions similar to the LH ECWs with amplitudes larger than 0.1 *** investigation shows that the occurrences of small-amplitude RH ECWs and long-lasting radial interplanetary magnetic field(lrIMF)share the similar preferential plasma conditions of low T_(p)and low N_(p).During lrIMF events,in particular,the occurrence rates of RH and LH ECWs are comparable,with the occurrence rate of small-amplitude RH ECWs slightly larger than that of small-amplitude LH *** generation mechanism of the small-amplitude ECWs is discussed.

Inflammation is associated with different stages of liver disease,including acute injury,fibrosis,cirrhosis,and *** the progression of liver inflammation,activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition are critical pathologies,and thus the combined therapy using HSCs and ECM as targets represents a promising strategy in the treatment of liver ***,a novel CXCR4-inhibiting nanomedicine that can simultaneously deliver AMD3100 (CXCR4 antagonist) and siPAI-1 (siRNA of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1) was designed and developed to reverse liver fibrosis by inhibiting HSCs activation and degrading ECM *** this goal in mind,a Zn(II) coordinated polymeric AMD3100 named PAMD/Zn polymer with siRNA delivery and CXCR4 antagonism capabilities was ***,our results suggest that PAMD/Zn recruits pro-inflammatory cells for fibrogenesis and inhibits the activation of HSCs for fibrolysis at various stages of liver *** use in conjunction with PAI-1 silencing achieved satisfactory therapeutic efficacy in liver injury and *** derivative CXCR4-inhibiting nanomedicine is a versatile platform that offers valuable benefits for the treatment of liver diseases.
