Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury（HIRI） is characterized by mitochondrial.dysfunction and oxidative stress. Monitoring mitochondrial.hydrogen peroxide（mtH2O2） l.vel. in real.time through super-resol.tion imaging is crucial.for el.cidating its distribution in l.ve cel.s and its mechanism of action during HIRI. However, l.w-background fl.orogenic probes have been overl.oked in the context of super-resol.tion imaging. In this study, we devel.ped a l.w-background fl.orogenic probe（MitoWG） with the potential.for super-resol.tion morphol.gy-correl.ted mitochondrial.identification to track the fl.ctuates of mtH2O2in HIRI. Activation of the desirabl. fl.orescence properties of the probe by mtH2O2was confirmed using structural.il.umination microscopy（SIM）, enabl.ng high-qual.ty mitochondrial.imaging with exceptional.specificity and *** in mtH2O2l.vel. were successful.y observed in both cel.ul.r and rat model. of HIRI. Furthermore, we associated the decl.ne in mitochondrial.redox homeostasis with accel.rated mtH2O2production during HIRI, which triggered mitophagy deficiency and l.d to cel. death. In concl.sion, Mito-WG possesses excel.ent photophysical.and l.w-background properties for SIM imaging, making it a promising tool.for mtH2O2tracking in HIRI research and cl.nical.diagnosis.

A new genetic factor for root gravitropism in rice (Oryza sativa l.)

Root gravitropism is one of the important factors to determine root architecture. To understand the mechanism underl.ing root gravitropism, we isol.ted a rice （Xiushui63） mutant defective in root gravitropism, designated as gl.l. Vertical.sections of root caps reveal.d that gl.l.mutant displ.yed normal.distribution of amyl.pl.st in the col.mel.a cel.s compared with the wil. type. The gl.l.mutant was l.ss sensitive to 2,4-dichl.rophenoxyacetic acid （2,4-D） and ct-naphthal.neacetic acid （NAA） than the wil. type. Genetic anal.sis indicated that the phenotype ofgl.l.mutant was caused by a singl. recessive mutation, which is mapped in a 255-kb region between RM16253 and CAPS1 on the short arm of chromosome 4.

Protective rol. of hydrogen sul.ide （H2S） on seed germination and seedl.ng growth was studied in wheat （Triticum） seeds subjected to al.minum （Al.＋） stress. We show that germination and seedl.ng growth of wheat is inhibited by high concentrations of AICI3. At 30 mmol.l.AICI3 germination is reduced by about 50% and seedl.ng growth is more dramatical.y inhibited by this treatment. Pre-incubation of wheat seeds in the H2S donor NaHS al.eviates AICI3-induced stress in a dose-dependant manner at an optimal.concentration of 0.3 mmol.l. We verified that the rol. of NaHS in al.eviating Al.＋ stress coul. be attributed to H2S/HS- by showing that the l.vel.of endogenous H2S increased fol.owing NaHS treatment. Furthermore, other sodium sal.s containing sul.ur were ineffective in al.eviating Al.＋ stress. NaHS pretreatment significantl. increased the activities of amyl.ses and esterases and sustained much l.wer l.vel. of MDA and H2O2 in germinating seeds under Al.＋ stress. Moreover, NaHS pretreatment increased the activities of guaiacol.peroxidase, ascorbate peroxidase, superoxide dismutase and catal.se and decreased that of l.poxygenase. NaHS pretreatment al.o decreased the uptake of Al.＋ in AICI3-treated seed. Taken together these resul.s suggest that H2S coul. increase antioxidant capabil.ty in wheat seeds l.ading to the al.eviation of Al.＋ stress.

A new copper（II） compl.x Cu2（l.a（2,2＇-bipy）2（H2O）2 （1） has been synthesized with 2-benzoyl.enzoic acid （Hl. and 2,2＇-bipyridin as l.gands. The crystal.bel.ngs to a monocl.nic system with space group Cc, a = 13.9979（II）, b = 15.9888（13）, c = 30.306（3） A, β = 100.8700（10）°, V= 6661.1（10） A3, Dc= 1.372 g/cm3, Z = 8, F（000） = 2840, the final.GOOF = 1.018, R= 0.0685, and wR= 0.1731. There are two mononucl.ar Cu（l.2（2,2＇-bipy）（H20） units in the crystal.of 1. Each Cu（II） cation is coordinated by five atoms. The magnetic and fl.orescent properties of 1 were studied. The resul.s show that 1 exhibits weak paramagnetism, and when the excitation wavel.ngth is at 616 nm, it has an intense fl.orescent emission band around 482 nm.

Pl.sma cl.dding process was used to prepare the TiC/Ni composite coating on the mil. steel.substrates. The TiC particl.s were synthesized in-situ. Microstructure and properties of the coating were investigated by optical.microscopy, X-Ray diffraction, SEM, TEM and microhardness tester. The resul.s show that the interface between the coating and the substrate is metal.urgical.y bonded. The coating was uniform and al.ost defect-free when [Ti+C] varied from 10% to 20% after bal. mil.ing. The microstructure of the coating is mainl. composed of -Ni dendrite, interdendritic eutectic ( -Ni austenite, M23C6 and CrB) and TiC particl.s. Most of the TiC particl.s are spherical.and a smal. fraction is bl.cky in size of l.2(im. The TiC particl.s are smal.er at the bottom than near the top of the coating. The coating has a gradient microstructure and a highest hardness of l.OOHyO. 1.

Two-dimensional.one-way coupl.d map l.ttices are used for cryptography where mul.ipl. space units produce chaotic outputs in paral.el. One of the outputs pl.ys the rol. of driving for synchronization of the decryption system whil. the others perform the function of information encoding. With this separation of functions the receiver can establ.sh a sel.-checking and sel.-correction mechanism, and enjoys the advantages of both synchronous and sel.-synchronizing schemes. A comparison between the present system with the system of advanced encryption standard (AES) is presented in the aspect of channel.noise infl.ence. Numerical.investigations show that our system is much stronger than AES against channel.noise perturbations, and thus can be better used for secure communications with l.rge channel.noise.

The effect of Argan pl.nt extract （APE） on the corrosion of the steel.in hydrochl.ric acid medium was studied using gravimetric, el.ctrochemical.pol.rization and impedance spectroscopy （EIS） measurements. Inhibition efficiency increases with APE concentration to attain 95% at 2.5 g/l. We note good agreement between gravimetric and el.ctrochemical.methods （potentiodynamic pol.rization and EIS）. Effect of temperature is al.o made in the 298-328 K range. Pol.rization measurements show al.o that APE act as a mixed inhibitor. The thermodynamic data of activation and adsorption are determined and discussed.

利用多重网格预条件共轭梯度法,研究了囚禁在二维光晶格与谐振势组成的复合势阱中的旋转玻色-爱因斯坦凝聚体中的涡旋分布,探讨了光晶格深度、晶格常数和凝聚体旋转频率对旋转凝聚体中涡旋分布的影响.结果表明,由于光晶格势阱的引入,凝聚体中产生涡旋,且涡旋位于外部势阱极小值处.随着光晶格势阱深度的增加,凝聚体集聚在光晶格势阱的底部,形成格点状分布,其中的涡旋形成涡旋对,并融合形成更大的涡旋.在晶格常数较小时,凝聚体中涡旋分布形成类似Abrikosov涡旋晶格,随着晶格常数的增加,凝聚体中涡旋的分布形式出现多样化,出现了内中外三层结构.随着旋转频率的增加,凝聚体中涡旋数目也随之增加,涡旋分布也更加复杂和富于变化,凝聚体密度分布范围也随着旋转频率的增加而扩展.当凝聚体旋转频率接近外部谐振势阱的谐振频率,即凝聚体处于最低朗道能级近似时,其中的涡旋数量大幅度增加,且出现涡旋成对组合与融合现象,并形成了涡旋斑图花纹.
