Background Clonorchiasis and opisthorchiasis, caused by the liver flukesClonorchis sinensis andOpisthorchis viverrini respectively, represent significant neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) in Asia. The co-existence of these pathogens in overlapping regions complicates effective disease control strategies. This study aimed to clarify the distribution and interaction of these diseases within Southeast *** We systematically collated occurrence records of human clonorchiasis (n = 1809) and opisthorchiasis (n = 731) across the Southeast Asia countries. Utilizing species distribution models incorporating environmental and climatic data, coupled machine learning algorithms with boosted regression trees, we predicted and distinguished endemic areas for each fluke species. Machine learning techniques, including geospatial analysis, were employed to delineate the boundaries between these *** Our analysis revealed that the endemic range ofC. sinensis andO. viverrini in Southeast Asia primarily spans across part of China, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia. During the period from 2000 to 2018, we identifiedC. sinensis infections in 84 distinct locations, predominantly in southern China (Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region) and northern Vietnam. In a stark contrast,O. viverrini was more widely distributed, with infections documented in 721 locations across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Critical environmental determinants were quantitatively analyzed, revealing annual mean temperatures ranging between 14 and 20 °C in clonorchiasis-endemic areas and 24–30 °C in opisthorchiasis regions (P < 0.05). The machine learning model effectively mapped a distinct demarcation zone, demonstrating a clear separation between the endemic areas of these two liver flukes with AUC from 0.9 to1. Endometriosis is a common and benign angiogenesisdependent gynecological disorder,which refers to the proliferation and growth of endometrium-like tissues with neovasculature formation outside of the uterus.1 Available medical treatments for endometriosis containing hormonal and non-hormonal treatments had been limited for longterm usage by their side effects.2 Ideal medical treatment for endometriosis with efficacy to relieve symptoms and suppress endometriotic lesion growth and minimal side effects has been longing for decades.3 Angiogenesis is a promising therapeutic target for endometriosis.

Due to the easy coarsening caused by poor thermal stability,the verified annealing-induced hardening in nanograined metals can only maintain at a relatively low-temperature *** this study,a nanolam-inated(CrCoNi)_(97.4)Al_(0.8)Ti_(1.8)medium-entropy alloy with an average lamellae thickness of∼20 nm embedded by thinner nanotwins was fabricated by severe cold rolling to achieve superior thermal *** with the conventional nanotwinned CrCoNi with nanotwins inside ultra-fined grains,the hier-archical nanolaminated-nanotwinned(CrCoNi)_(97.4)Al_(0.8)Ti_(1.8) exhibits a significant annealing-induced hard-ening effect,i.e.,hardness increasing from∼250 HV in the original specimen to∼500 HV in the cold-rolled status and finally∼630 HV after annealing at 600℃for 1 *** microstructure characterizations reveal that the reduced dislocation density and formation of L1_(2)ordered domain are mainly responsible for such hardening effect,which is facilitated by the effectively suppressed coarsening with annealing temperature,i.e.,slow detwinning process and well-retained low-angle nanolamellar *** coarsening mechanisms from the cold-rolled nanolamellae to the fully recrystallized micro-equiaxed structures under the annealing temperatures ranging from 400 to 800℃ were also elucidated by atomic observations.

参照2019年人教版高中英语必修教材阅读文本,以H省5套英语学考阅读理解语篇为例进行内容效度分析发现:在语篇输入特征上,英语学考阅读理解语篇词汇大体符合课标要求,但存在部分未给释义的超纲词汇;语篇主题涉及不够广泛,长度较短、易读度高;体裁过于集中在说明文,应用文、议论文考查较少与必修教材阅读文本存在较大差距;在预期回答特征上存在部分阅读技能考查缺失、设问不够合理等问题。结合教考评衔接理论,建议丰富阅读语篇主题与体裁,提高阅读试题语篇词数与难度,全面考查阅读技能,从而提高试题的命题质量。

As permissioned blockchain becomes a common foundation of blockchain-based circumstances for current organizations,related stakeholders need a means to assess the trustworthiness of the applications involved *** is extremely important to consider the potential impact brought by the Blockchain technology in terms of security and ***,this study proposes a rigorous security risk management framework for permissioned blockchain-enabled *** framework divides itself into different implementation domains,i.e.,organization security,application security,consensus mechanism security,node management and network security,host security and perimeter security,and simultaneously provides guidelines to control the security risks of permissioned blockchain applications with respect to these security *** addition,a case study,including a security testing and risk evaluation on each stack of a specific organization,is demonstrated as an implementation instruction of our proposed risk management *** to the best of our knowledge,this study is one of the pioneer researches that provide a means to evaluate the security risks of permissioned blockchain applications from a holistic point of *** users can trust the applications that adopted this framework,this study can contribute to the adoption of permissioned blockchain-enabled ***,application providers can use the framework to perform gap analysis on their existing systems and controls and understand the risks of their applications.

The Malaysian mahseer(Tor tambroides),one of the most valuable freshwater fish in the world,is mainly targeted for human *** mitogenomic data of this species is available to date,but the genomic information is still *** the first time,we sequenced the whole genome of an adult fish on both Illumina and Nanopore *** hybrid genome assembly had resulted in a sum of 1.23 Gb genomic sequence from the 44,726 contigs found with 44 kb N50 length and BUSCO genome completeness of 87.6%.Four types of SSRs had been detected and identified within the genome with a greater AT abundance than that of *** protein sequences had been functionally annotated to public databases,namely GO,KEGG and COG.A maximum likelihood phylogenomic tree containing 52 Actinopterygii species and one Sarcopterygii species as outgroup was constructed,providing first insights into the genome-based evolutionary relationship of *** with other ray-finned *** data are crucial in facilitating the study of population genomics,species identification,morphological variations,and evolutionary biology,which are helpful in the conservation of this species.
