For urban wastewater treatment,we conducted a novel four-stage step-feed wastewater treatment system combined with a fluidized bed laboratory experiment to investigate chemical oxygen demand（COD）,NH4＋-N,and total nitrogen（TN） removal performance.The removal rates of COD,NH4＋-N and TN were 88.2%,95.7%,and 86.4% with e？uent concentrations of COD,NH4＋-N and TN less than 50,8,and 10 mg/L,respectively.Biomass and bacterial activities were also measured,with results showing more nitrobacteria in the activated sludge than in the biofilm;however,bacterial activity of the biofilm biomass and the activated sludge were similar.Nitrogen concentrations during the process were also detected,with simultaneous nitrification and denitrification found to be obvious.

Regulatory T （Treg） cells play a central role in regulating peripheral immune tolerance and preventing autoimmunity. Despite the extensive studies on the development of Treg cells, the molecular mechanisms that maintain the population of committed Treg cells remain poorly understood. We show here that Treg-conditional ablation of the kinase TAK1 reduced the number of Treg cells in the peripheral lymphoid organs, causing abnormal activation of conventional T cells and autoimmune symptoms. Using an inducible gene knockout approach, we further demonstrate that TAK1 is crucial for the survival of Treg cells. Expression of a constitutively active IKB kinase partially restored the level of Treg cells in the TAKITreg-KO mice. These results suggest a crucial role for TAK1 for maintaining the survival of committed Treg cells under physiololzical conditions.

介绍了中国计量科学研究院主导的冲击加速度国际关键比对(CCAUV.V-K4)。分析了比对样品冲击测量链各部分动态特性,并与实验室实际校准的冲击加速度激励信号相结合,说明了作为测量结果的冲击灵敏度与冲击激励的关系。针对比对参考值及其相应不确定度计算的问题,详细说明了3种方法的计算过程,包括国际比对推荐的计算方法和2种基于贝叶斯推断的计算方法。特别对基于贝叶斯统计的方法,结合实际校准过程的信息,采用了不同的统计模型和先验分布,利用马尔科夫链-蒙特卡洛(MCMC)数值计算方法得到了比对参考值的后验分布。对3种方法计算结果的进行了比较,并说明了3种方法的统一性及优缺点。

While many drugs are effective at reducing the relapse frequency of multiple sclerosis (MS), there is an unmet need for treatments that slow neurodegeneration resulting from secondary disease progression. The mechanism of neurodegeneration in MS has not yet been established. Here, we discovered a potential pathogenetic role of ferroptosis, an iron-dependent regulated cell death mechanism, in MS. We found that critical ferroptosis proteins (acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4, ACSL4) were altered in an existing genomic database of MS patients, and biochemical features of ferroptosis, including lipid reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulation and mitochondrial shrinkage, were observed in the experimental autoimmune encephalitis (EAE) mouse model. Targeting ferroptosis with ferroptosis inhibitors or reducing ACSL4 expression improved the behavioral phenotypes of EAE mice, reduced neuroinflammation, and prevented neuronal death. We found that ferroptosis was an early event in EAE, which may promote T-cell activation through T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling in vitro and in vivo. These data indicate that ferroptosis may be a potential target for treating MS.

NF-κB pathway consists of canonical and non-canonical pathways.The canonical NF-κB is activated by various stimuli,transducing a quick but transient transcriptional activity,to regulate the expression of various proinflammatory genes and also serve as the critical mediator for inflammatory response.Meanwhile,the activation of the non-canonical NF-κB pathway occurs through a handful of TNF receptor superfamily members.Since the activation of this pathway involves protein synthesis,the kinetics of non-canonical NF-κB activation is slow but persistent,in concordance with its biological functions in the development of immune cell and lymphoid organ,immune homeostasis and immune response.The activation of the canonical and non-canonical NF-κB pathway is tightly controlled,highlighting the vital roles of ubiquitination in these pathways.Emerging studies indicate that dysregulated NF-κB activity causes inflammation-related diseases as well as cancers,and NF-κB has been long proposed as the potential target for therapy of diseases.This review attempts to summarize our current knowledge and updates on the mechanisms of NF-κB pathway regulation and the potential therapeutic application of inhibition of NF-κB signaling in cancer and inflammatory diseases.

This paper describes experimental research into the initiation and propagation of rotating detonation for liquid Nitrogen TetrOxide(NTO) and liquid MonoMethylHydrazine(MMH).An annular rocket-type combustor without nozzle was designed to investigate detonation combustion. The propellants were injected through unlike impingement injectors. The combustion flame fronts and pressure waves were detected using optical diagnostics and dynamic pressure sensors,respectively. The propagation of rotating detonation was established spontaneously by increasing the mass flow rate of propellants. The velocity of propagation of the flame fronts and pressure waves was nearly equal and reaches supersonic speed. Two different detonation combustion patterns are present, single wave mode and double waves mode. And in double waves mode, the two detonation waves are always counter-rotating. The possibility of rotating detonation initiation in a combustor with nozzle was also checked. Stable rotating detonation can be initialized and sustained at similar operating conditions.

随着物联网、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术的快速发展,会展建设单位都在寻求数智化升级转型,场馆建设智能化与运营管理信息化的有机融合,向主办方、参展商、场馆方、观众等提供全方位的高效服务,打造新一代的“智慧会展”,已成为会展建设的发展趋势。本文的研究目的便是通过项目实践过程总结数智化建设的关键环节和实施经验,为类似会展项目的数智化建设提供指导与借鉴。本文以某大型会展项目为例,从展馆建设、会展运营、展台服务等方面出发,探究大型会展项目的数智化建设需求,并通过对数智化实施过程的主要工序分析,从北向智慧化应用出发,梳理业务集成逻辑和数据集成逻辑,剖析数智化实施的关键即智能化与信息化“两化融合”。本文还结合项目具体实践,从北向应用场景拆分和南向数据接入,以及南北对接实施等方面,对如何做好“两化融合”进行了详细阐述,包括对应用场景集成设计的主要工作、海量数据抓取、“两化融合”工作协同等方面进行了举例说明,形成了实施性较强的工作方法和操作工具,具有可复制性,达到了研究目的。

针对振动校准中零差干涉信号非线性误差修正的问题，叙述了一种改进的椭圆拟合算法，与传统的基于最小二乘的海德曼椭圆修正方法相比，所述方法做了两个改进，一个是对拟合的圆锥曲线方程增加椭圆参数的限定条件，另一个是将常规的基于最小距离准则下的参数计算转化为求数据矩阵特征值。所述方法能够确保零差干涉信号形成的李萨如图形在只是一个部分椭圆的条件下，依然能够拟合得到一个完整的椭圆，从而能够扩展零差干涉仪在振动校准中的工作频率范围，同时提高测量的准确度。

Distinct roles of the IRE1αarm and PERK arm of unfolded protein response in arachidonic acid-induced ferroptosis in hepatocytes

Ferroptosis is a distinct form of cell death that is driven by iron-dependent phospholipid peroxidation.Polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),particularly arachidonic acid(AA)and adrenal acid(AdA),are most prone to lipid peroxidation,which induces ferroptosis and affects the function of cell membranes.In this study,we discovered that AA induces ferritinophagy in hepatocytes,a selective form of autophagy that degrades ferritin,triggering unstable iron overload.Mechanistically,AA enhances cellular uptake of bound iron by up-regulating transferrin receptor 1(TfR1).Additionally,AA induces endoplasmic reticulum stress(ER stress)and simultaneously activates two of its branches,pancreatic ER kinase(PERK)and inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1).Notably,PERK and IRE1 appear to play distinct roles in inducing ferritinophagy.Inhibition of PERK reduced the AA-induced increase of Fe^(2+)by alleviating ferritinophagy,while inhibition of IRE1 further exacerbated ferroptosis by activating ferritinophagy.Furthermore,there seems to be an interaction between the signaling pathways of ER stress,and inhibition of IRE1 exacerbates AA-induced ferritinophagy by further activating the PERK signaling pathway,thereby exacerbating the extent of cell death.Collectively,our findings suggest that iron overload is involved in AA-induced hepatocyte ferroptosis and that this process is regulated by ER stress-mediated ferritinophagy.This study suggests potential therapeutic strategies for treating liver diseases related to lipid metabolism disorders by intervening in the ferroptosis process.
