Towards Semi-supervised Classification of Abnormal Spectrum Signals Based on Deep Learning

In order to cope with the heavy labor cost challenge of the manual abnormal spectrum classification and improve the effectiveness of existing machine learning schemes for spectral datasets with interference-to-signal ratios,we proposes a semi-supervised classification of abnormal spectrum signals(SSC-ASS),aimed at addressing some of the challenges in abnormal spectrum signal(ASS) classification tasks.A significant advantage of SSC-ASS is that it does not require manual labeling of every abnormal data,but instead achieves high-precision classification of ASSs using only a small number of labeled ***,the method can to some extent avoid the introduction of erroneous information resulting from the complex and variable nature of abnormal signals,thereby improving classification ***,SSC-ASS uses a memory AutoEncoder module to efficiently extract features from abnormal spectrum signals by learning from the reconstruction ***,SSC-ASS combines convolutional neural network and the K-means using a DeepCluster framework to fully utilize the unlabeled ***,SSC-ASS also utilizes pre-training,category mean memory module and replaces pseudo-labels to further improve the classification accuracy of *** we verify the classification effectiveness of SSC-ASS on synthetic spectrum datasets and real on-air spectrum dataset.

Exciton physics in atomically thin transition-metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)holds paramount importance for fundamental physics research and prospective ***,the experimental exploration of exciton physics,including excitonic coherence dynamics,exciton many-body interactions,and their optical properties,faces challenges stemming from factors such as spatial heterogeneity and intricate many-body *** this perspective,we elaborate upon how optical two-dimensional coherent spectroscopy(2DCS)emerges as an effective tool to tackle the challenges,and outline potential directions for gaining deeper insights into exciton physics in forthcoming experiments with the advancements in 2DCS techniques and new materials.

As an emerging joint learning model,federated learning is a promising way to combine model parameters of different users for training and inference without collecting users’original ***,a practical and efficient solution has not been established in previous work due to the absence of efficient matrix computation and cryptography schemes in the privacy-preserving federated learning model,especially in partially homomorphic *** this paper,we propose a Practical and Efficient Privacy-preserving Federated Learning(PEPFL)***,we present a lifted distributed ElGamal cryptosystem for federated learning,which can solve the multi-key problem in federated ***,we develop a Practical Partially Single Instruction Multiple Data(PSIMD)parallelism scheme that can encode a plaintext matrix into single plaintext for encryption,improving the encryption efficiency and reducing the communication cost in partially homomorphic *** addition,based on the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and the designed cryptosystem,a novel privacy-preserving federated learning framework is designed by using Momentum Gradient Descent(MGD).Finally,we evaluate the security and performance of *** experiment results demonstrate that the scheme is practicable,effective,and secure with low communication and computation costs.

研究了不同信息结构下的供应商产品质量改进的激励问题,主要运用契约理论设计有效的激励机制促使供应商加强产品质量改进上的努力,并通过对不同信息结构下激励效果的对比,阐明了消除产品质量信息不对称的必要性。在借鉴工程质量监理经验的基础上,建议企业可以尝试开展产品质量监理活动,以消除对供应商产品质量改进信息的不对称。最后,建立了一个激励模型可以促使质量监理工程师汇报真实的质量改进信息,并对引入质量监理工程师的经济性条件进行了分析。

In this editorial we comment on the article published in the recent issue of the World journal of *** focus specifically on the mechanisms underlying the effects of fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)for irritable bowel syndrome(IBS),the factors which affect the outcomes of FMT in IBS patients,and *** has emerged as a efficacious intervention for clostridium difficile infection and holds promise as a therapeutic modality for *** utilization of FMT in the treatment of IBS has undergone scrutiny in numerous randomized controlled trials,yielding divergent *** current frontier in this field seeks to elucidate these variations,underscore the existing knowledge gaps that necessitate exploration,and provide a guideline for successful FMT implementation in IBS *** the same time,the application of FMT as a treatment for IBS confronts several challenges.

Oxidation of n-Butanol and 2-Pentanol with Molecular Oxygen in Supercritical CO2

Oxidation of n-butanol and 2-pentanol using molecular oxygen in supercritical (SC) CO2 with and without co-solvent is investigated. The results showed that the reaction selectivity is high when the reaction is carried out in SC CO2. It has been observed that co-solvent affects conversion and selectivity of the reaction considerably.
