Performance and enhanced oil recovery efficiency of an acid-resistant polymer microspheres of anti-CO2 channeling in low-permeability reservoirs

CO2flooding is a vital development method for enhanced oil recovery in low-permeability reservoirs,However,micro-fractures are developed in low-permeability reservoirs,which are essential oil flow channels but can also cause severe CO2gas channeling ***,anti-gas channeling is a necessary measure to improve the effect of *** kind of anti-gas channeling refers to the plugging of fractures in the deep formation to prevent CO2gas channeling,which is different from the wellbore *** microspheres have the characteristics of controllable deep plugging,which can achieve the profile control of low-permeability fractured *** acidic environments with supercritical CO2,traditional polymer microspheres have poor expandability and plugging *** on previous work,a systematic evaluation of the expansion performance,dispersion rheological properties,stability,deep migration,anti-CO2channeling and enhanced oil recovery ability of a novel acid-resistant polymer microsphere（DCNPM-A） was carried out under CQ oilifield conditions（salinity of85,000 mg/L,80℃,pH=3）.The results show that the DCNPM-A microsphere had a better expansion performance than the traditional microsphere,with a swelling rate of *** microsphere dispersion with a concentration of 0.1%-0.5% had the advantages of low viscosity,high dispersion and good injectability in the low permeability fractured *** the acidic environment of supercritical CO2,DCNPM-A microspheres showed excellent stability and could maintain strength for over 60 d with less *** core experiments,DCNPM-A microspheres exhibited delayed swelling characteristics and could effectively plug deep *** a plugging rate of 95%,the subsequent enhanced oil recovery of CO2flooding could reach 21.03%.The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for anti-CO2channeling and enhanced oil recovery in low-permeability fractured reservoirs.

Making fully printed perovskite solar cells stable outdoor with inorganic superhydrophobic coating

Outdoor environment including moisture, dust, UV, oxygen and thermal stress(repeated heating-cooling)is devastating to perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Here, we demonstrate a new strategy to make fully printed PSCs stable with maximum power output in outdoor environment by coating them with a porous hydrophobic inorganic layer. After coating, the PSCs can maintain superior stability of more than 150 days of outdoor storage, 240 h of continuous operation at the maximum power output point in ambient air with relative humidity as high as ~80%, and stable operation for more than 10 h under raining condition. ANSYS simulation shows that the thin and porous nature of the inorganic coating layer offers much better heat dissipation than conventional encapsulation methods using glasses attached by photocurable epoxy. A similar thermal expansion coefficient of the inorganic encapsulation material with the solar cell substrate can also prevent it from cracking after repeated heating-cooling cycles. All of these merits resulted from our encapsulation method endow the perovskite solar cells with the real outdoor working capability.

Application of ESPRIT in Broad Beam HF Ground Wave Radar Sea Surface Current Mapping

HF surface wave radar system OSMAR2000 is a broad-beam sea-state detecting radar. ESPRIT (Estimation of Signal Parameters via Rotational Invariance Technique) algorithm is proposed to apply in DOA (direction of arrival) determination of sea echoes. The algorithm of ESPRIT is briefly introduced first. Then discussions are made on the technique for application in the OSMAR2000 framework. Numerical simulation results are presented to demonstrate the feasibility of radial current mapping based on this method. The algorithm manifests significant performance and computational advantages compared with that of MUSIC. Data acquired by OSMAR2000 are processed to give radial current map and the synthesized vector currents are compared with the in-situ measurement with traditional means. The results show the validity of ESPRIT application in DOA determination for broad-beam radar. Ternary direct dual Z-scheme Bi_(3)T_(a)O_(7)/Bi_(2)S_(3)/SnS_(2) photocatalyst was successfully prepared by hydrothermal *** composite photocatalysts exhibited high photocatalytic performance on both Cr(Ⅵ)reduction and tetracycline(TC)degradation under the irradiation of visible *** results manifested that the photogenerated charge transfer efficiency was improved after forming the dual Z-scheme *** a result,the composite catalysts exhibited higher photocat-alytic degradation efficiency than the corresponding single *** apparent rate constant(k)value of the best sample BBS-3 for TC degradation was 0.0403 min^(-1),which was 40 times,8 times,and 18 times higher than that of single *** the k value of BBS-3 for the Cr(Ⅵ)reduction was 0.0249 min^(-1),it was about 23 times,7 times,and 18 times that of single *** experiments indicated that the BBS-3 had good photocat-alytic ***,the possible mechanism on Cr(Ⅵ)reduction and TC degradation was proposed based on the experimental results.

BACKGROUND: Researches indicate that patients with Wilson disease (WD) have abnormal skeletal metabolism, which is induced by various factors. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the changing characteristics of abnormal skeletal metabolism in WD patients and observe the effect of decopper therapy. DESIGN: Case-contrast and self-control study. SETTING: Department of Neurology, Affiliated Hospital of Neurological Institute, Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 35 patients with WD including 21 males and 14 females aged from 10 to 42 years with the mean age of (20±8) years were selected from Department of Neurology, Affiliated Hospital of Neurological Institute, Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2000 to February 2001. All the patients were in compliance with the diagnostic criteria: history of family heredity; cone symptoms in vitro, physical sign or liver symptoms; positive Kayser-Fleischer ring; serum copper protein 1.6 μmol/24 hours; liver copper > 250 μg/g (dry weight). The control group was selected from 25 cases of health individuals including 13 males and 12 females aged from 16 to 35 years with the mean age of (22±6) years. All patients who participated in the study were informed first and consented. METHODS: Patients in treatment group were treated with venous injection of 1.0 g sodium dimercaptosulfonate, once a day for totally 6 successive days. And then, patients rested for 2 days. This procedure mentioned above was regarded as a course, and the treatment lasted for 4-8 courses. Before and after injection of sodium dimercaptosulfonate, serum calcitonin (CT), osteocalcin (BGP), parathyroid hormone (PTH) and 1,25-(OH)2VitD3 were measured with radio-immunity method; blood, urine calcium, phosphorum and urine creatinine were measured with biochemical analyzer; urine dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase(DPD) was detected with enzyme-immunity method; bone mineral den

Biomarker identification of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy using microarray data

AIM： To uncover the underlying pathogenesis of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy（TAO） and explore potential biomarkers of this ***： The expression profile GSE9340, which was downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database, included 18 specimens from 10 TAO patients and 8 hyperthyroidism patients without ophthalmopathy. The platform was HumanRef-8 v2 Expression BeadChip. Raw data were normalized using preprocess. Core package and the differentially expressed genes（DEGs） were identified based on t-test with limma package of R. Functional enrichment analyses were performed recruiting the DAVID tool. Based on STRING database, a protein-protein interaction（PPI） network was constructed, from which a module was extracted. The functional enrichment for genes in the module was performed by the binGO ***： In total, 861 DEGs（433 up-regulated and 428 down-regulated） between TAO patients and hyperthyroidism patients without ophthalmopathy were identified. Crucial nodes in the PPI network included TPX2, CDCA5, PRC1, KIF23 and MKI67, which were also remarkable in the module and all enriched in cell cycle process. Additionally, MKI67 was highly correlated with TAO. Besides, the DEGs of GTF2 F1, SMC3, USF1 and ZNF263 were predicted as transcription factors（TFs）. CONCLUSION： Several crucial genes are identified such as TPX2, CDCA5, PRC1 and KIF23, which all might play significant roles in TAO via the regulation of cell cycle process. Regulatory relationships between TPX2 and CDCA5 as well as between PRC1 and KIF23 may ***, MKI67 may be a potent biomarker of TAO, and SMC3 and ZNF263 may exert their roles as TFs in TAO progression.

Mars exploration——In situ K-Ar dating of jarosite

To accurately determine the chronological framework of climatic variations recorded by various Martian terrains, the absolute ages of Martian events and cratering rate need to be constrained by either in situ dating or returned samples. In situ K-Ar dating is currently a more plausible dating technique as compared with sample return. Jarosite(KFe_(3)[SO_(4)]_(2)[OH]_(6)) is the only confirmed K sulfate mineral that is widely present on Mars, as indicated by in situ detection, orbital remote sensing, and meteorite studies. Jarosite can be used for precise K-Ar and (40)Ar/(39)Ar dating. The preservation of jarosite on Mars provides information about the nature and duration of aqueous processes on the Martian surface. Different ages of Martian jarosite represent the key to constraining the transition from Martian surface water activity to arid climatic conditions. This paper summarizes recent advances in our knowledge of the spatial distribution of Martian jarosite, its mineralogical properties and stability on Mars, the Ar diffusion kinetics of jarosite, and the current status of in situ K-Ar dating. Moreover, we examine the key scientific issues to be addressed for in situ K-Ar dating of jarosite and Martian sample return missions, and discuss future research directions.

Uric acid(UA)detection is essential in diagnosis of arthritis,preeclampsia,renal disorder,and cardiovascular diseases,but it is very challenging to realize the required wide detection range and low detection *** present here a single-atom catalyst consisting of Co(Ⅱ)atoms coordinated by an average of 3.4 N atoms on an N-doped graphene matrix(A-Co-NG)to build an electrochemical biomimetic sensor for UA *** A-Co-NG sensor achieves a wide detection range over 0.4-41,950μM and an extremely low detection limit of 33.3±0.024 nM,which are much better than previously reported sensors based on various nanostructured ***,the A-Co-NG sensor also demonstrates its accurate serum diagnosis for UA for its practical *** of experimental and theoretical calculation discovers that the catalytic process of the A-Co-NG toward UA starts from the oxidation of Co species to form a Co^3+-OH-UA*,followed by the generation of Co^3+-OH+^*UA_H,eventually leading to N-H bond dissociation for the formation of oxidized UA molecule and reduction of oxidized Co^3+to Co^2+for the regenerated *** work provides a promising material to realize UA detection with wide detection range and low detection limit to meet the practical diagnosis requirements,and the proposed sensing mechanism sheds light on fundamental insights for guiding exploration of other biosensing processes.

Bunch-length measurement at a bunch-by-bunch rate based on time–frequency-domain joint analysis techniques and its application

This paper presents a new technique for measuring the bunch length of a high-energy electron beam at a bunch-by-bunch rate in storage *** technique uses the time–frequency-domain joint analysis of the bunch signal to obtain bunch-by-bunch and turn-by-turn longitudinal parameters,such as bunch length and synchronous *** bunch signal is obtained using a button electrode with a bandwidth of several *** data acquisition device was a high-speed digital oscilloscope with a sampling rate of more than 10 GS/s,and the single-shot sampling data buffer covered thousands of *** bunch-length and synchronous phase information were extracted via offline calculations using Python *** calibration coefficient of the system was determined using a commercial streak ***,this technique was tested on two different storage rings and successfully captured various longitudinal transient processes during the harmonic cavity debugging process at the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility(SSRF),and longitudinal instabilities were observed during the single-bunch accumulation process at Hefei Light Source(HLS).For Gaussian-distribution bunches,the uncertainty of the bunch phase obtained using this technique was better than 0.2 ps,and the bunch-length uncertainty was better than 1 *** dynamic range exceeded 10 *** technology is a powerful and versatile beam diagnostic tool that can be conveniently deployed in high-energy electron storage rings.
