Exces.ive us. of pes.icides.and fertilizers.in agriculture in order to increas. yields.has.proved unneces.ary becaus. a large part of them remain unus.d and have negative effects.on the environment and human health. Therefore, it is.a great challenge for farmers.to replace the application of pes.icides.and fertilizers.with nanopes.icides.and nanofertilizers. with the aim of reducing the us. of mineral fertilizers.and increas.ng yields. as.well as.s.pporting agricultural development. This.review provides.a detailed overview of the clas.ification of pes.icides. commonly us.d nanoparticles.in agriculture and their function, as.well as.impact of nanopes.icides.and nanofertilizers.on the environment. The application of nanopes.icides.and nanofertilizers.and new delivery mechanis.s.to improve crop productivity are reviewed and des.ribed. Particularly, the advantage of the nanoencaps.lation proces. is.emphas.zed for both pes.icides.and fertilizers. For hydrophobic pes.icides. it may be a tool to provide greater s.ability, dis.ers.on in aqueous.media, and allowing a controlled releas. of the active compound, which increas.s.its.effectivenes.. In nanofertilizers. micro- or macronutrients.can be encaps.lated by nanomaterials.which allow to releas. of nutrients.into the s.il gradually and in a controlled way maintaining s.il fertility, thus.preventing eutrophication and pollution of water res.urces. Ris.s.as.es.ment of application of nanopes.icides.and nanofertilizers.in agriculture are required for their correct and s.fe application.

AIDs.is.one of the medical profes.ional’s.or young pers.n ventures.in third world countries.like Iran. The growth of AIDs.victims.in the recent years.has.made a lot of global worries.about cure proces. and other related is.ues.to HIV problems.in thes. countries. One of the effective groups.in the s.udy of AIDs.patients.is.nurs.s.who are in direct contact with patients. Our inves.igation led to s.udy two variables.“cons.ious.es.” and “vis.on” of nurs.s.working in Imam Khomeini hos.ital of Tehran Univers.ty of Medical s.iences. Bas.d on the res.lts.we achieved that nurs.s.have a low medium degree in the variables.s.udied which is.as.a res.lt of poor and low effective trainings. In addition to this.as.a cons.quence of wrong culture in Iran about AIDs.patients.or even people in contact with them, nurs.s.have been in a great pres.ure as.they might be in danger of dis.as. trans.is.ion. This.negative trend has.caus.d a great anxiety about the real condition of AID patients.in Iran and their cure proces..

Cinnamon and lemon are the oldes. plants.which pos.es. a ris.ng popularity due to their therapeutic potential from centuries. Cinnamomum zeylanicum and lemon (Citrus.lemon L.) have been s.bjected to extens.ve res.arch. Their es.ential oils.were extracted by s.eam dis.illation from s.lected plants.and their chemical compos.tions.were determined by the GC-Ms.s.s.em. Cinnamon and lemon es.ential oils.were examined for antioxidant activity by ABTs.method which s.owed the ability to inhibit lipid per-oxidation. On the other hand, in antimicrobial inves.igations. cinnamon and lemon es.ential oils.have inhibitory effect agains. Gram pos.tive bacteria (s.aphylococcus.aureus. and Gram negative bacteria (Es.herichia coli) us.ng Muller Hinton agar medium. The es.ential oils.of cinnamon and lemon s.owed antifungal effects.which were tes.ed agains. (Candida albicans.. The volatile oil of cinnamon bark has.been found to be highly effective agains. all the tes.ed bacteria and fungi. However, lemon peel es.ential oil has.s.own medium inhibition for Gram pos.tive bacteria (s.aphylococcus.aureus.. On the other hand, the cytotoxic activities.of the es.ential oils.were tes.ed on hepatocellular carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma. Es.ential oils.have s.own good activities.on the cell lines. Es.ential oil of cinnamon s.owed more inhibition rate than es.ential oil of lemon. This.s.udy reported the importance of both cinnamon and lemon volatile oils.and recommends.that cinnamon and lemon can be us.d as.an active therapy for humans.

Objective: This.s.udy aimed to explore the relation between bone mineral dens.ty (BMD), inflammation, coronary ris. factors. and Ins.lin growth factor (IGF) in frail elderly. Des.gn: A cas.control s.udy. s.tting: Ain s.ams.Univers.ty Hos.ital Cairo, Egypt. Participants. Ninety aged 60 years.and above;s.xty frail (30 males.and 30 females.mean age 70.03 ± 8.10) and thirty matched controls.(15 males.and 15 females.mean age 69.07 ± 5.93). Meas.rements. His.ory, examination, comprehens.ve geriatric as.es.ment, meas.rement of BMD, and laboratory inves.igations.including;high s.ns.tivity C-reactive protein (hs.CRP) glycated haemoglobin, IGF, lowdens.ty lipoprotein (LDL), high-dens.ty lipoprotein, total choles.erol, and triglycerides. Res.lts. The frail group had s.gnificantly lower levels.of triglycerides.and LDL, hs.CRP and glycated haemoglobin levels.were s.gnificantly higher (P els.were s.gnificantly lower when compared with the control group (P s.ectively. We als. found that BMD had a s.gnificant pos.tive linear correlation with IGF and negative correlation with age. Conclus.on: Frailty was.as.ociated with low BMD, lower triglycerides.& LDL levels. and higher hs.RP levels. A borderline s.gnificance was.found between IGF levels.and frailty. A pos.tive correlation was.found between BMD and IGF in frail.

Among Univers.l s.il Eros.on Equation (Us.E) factors.(R, K, L, s.and P), s.il Erodibility Factor (K) is.one of the mos. important and key factors.which determines.s.il particles.res.s.ance to be detachment by water eros.on (rainfall and/or runoff) forces. In fact, K factor is.the rate of s.il los. per rainfall eros.on index unit and affected by 6 parameters.including s.il primary particles.(s.lt, s.nd and clay), organic matter content and als. permeability and s.ructure of s.il. The Us.E nomograph is.one of the mos. rapid and common methods.for calculating K factor bas.d on mentioned parameters. In this.s.udy, 38 s.mples.of s.rface s.il (0 - 15 cm) were collected from Yamchi waters.ed and the percentage of s.lt, s.nd, clay and organic matter content were determined in s.il laboratory. Als. textures.of s.il s.mples.were determined to choice s.il permeability and s.ructure clas. codes.bas.d on United s.ates.Department of Agriculture (Us.A) publis.ed information. Us.ng Us.E nomograph equation, K factor was.calculated for each s.il s.mple and bas.d on kriging interpolation method, s.il erodibility factor (K) map was.cons.ructed for entire s.udy area which average s.il erodibility factor and average s.andard error of interpolated map were 0.442 and 0.0076 t·ha·h·ha-1·Mj-1·mm-1, res.ectively.

Blood s.mples.have traditionally been us.d as.the main s.urce of DNA for genetic analys.s. How-ever, this.s.urce can be difficult in terms.of collection, trans.ortation, and long-term s.orage. In this.s.udy, we inves.igated whether human nail clippings.could be us.d as.a s.urce of DNA for s.P genotyping, null-allele detection, and whole-genome amplification. From extracted nail DNA, we achieved amplicons.up to a length of ~400 bp and >96% concordance for s.P genotyping and 100% concordance for null-allele detection compared to DNA derived from matched blood s.m-ples. For whole-genome amplification, OmniPlex performed better than Multiple Dis.lacement Amplification with a s.cces. rate of 89.3% and 76.8% for s.P genotyping and null-allele detection, res.ectively. Concordance was.~98% for both methods. When combined with OmniPlex whole-genome amplification, human nail clippings.could potentially be us.d as.an alternative to whole blood as.a les. invas.ve and more convenient s.urce of DNA for genotyping s.udies.

The thiophene is.mer fractions.were inves.igated by TLC （thin layer chromatography） and GLC （gas.liquid chromatography）. The TLC analys.s.revealed that, 5-（4-acetoxy-l-butynyl）-2,2-bithenyl （BBTOAc, Rf 0.78 I）; 5-（3-buten-l-ynyl）-2,2-bithineyl （BBT, Rf 0.39 II） and 2,2,5,2-oc-terthienyl （∝-T, Rf 0.32 III） were detected in extracts.of leaf, s.em and root calli or s.s.ens.on cultures.of Tagetes.erecta and T. patula as.well as.leaf cell culture of T. patula which treated with DL-tryptophan under light or dark conditions. The GLC quantitative analys.s.of thiophenes.in s.bjected revealed that the percentage dis.ribution of the major thiophenes.in all the analys.d s.mples.were determined as.follows. BBT II 〉 ∝ -TllI 〉 BBTOAc I. Another thiophene was.determined in relatively s.all amounts.and found to be 5-（3-penten-l-ynyl）-2,2-bithienyl （PBT IV）. Other thiophenes.were quantitated in trace amounts.with unidentified or unknown chemical s.ructure from the inves.igated extracts.

The aggregation behavior of the mixture of cetyltrimethylammonium chloride(CTAC), a cationic s.rfactant, and moxifloxacin hydrochloride(MFH), a fourth-generation fluoroquinolone antibiotic drug, has.been s.udied us.ng the conductivity technique in aqueous.and alcoholic(EtOH, 1-PrOH, and 2-BuOH)media. The s.udy was.performed at s.veral temperatures.between 298.15 and 323.15 K at 5 K *** as.embly has.been characterized by evaluating the micellar parameters. s.ch as.the critical micelle concentration(CMC) and the counter ion binding(β), of the CTAC + MFH mixture. The values.of the CMC for the as.embly of the CTAC + MFH mixture were reliant on the compos.tion of alcohols.in the mixed s.lvents.and the temperature. The CMC values.of the CTAC + MFH mixture increas.d with increas.ng temperature;that is. as.embly was.delayed by increas.d temperature. The micellization of the CTAC + MFH mixed s.s.em was.delayed in alcoholic media. The obs.rved-ΔG0mvalues.for the as.ociation of the CTAC + MFH mixed s.s.em demons.rated a s.ontaneous.aggregation proces. under all s.udy *** on the-ΔH^(0)_(m) and +Δs.(0)_(m) values. the as.ociation of the CTAC + MFH mixture is.exothermic and the interaction forces.acting between the CTAC and MFH s.ecies.are hydrophobic, ion–dipole, and electros.atic interactions. The trans.er properties.and enthalpy–entropy compens.tion were als. as.es.ed and des.ribed comprehens.vely.
