Objectiv.:To determine the relationship between the early embryo v.ability assessment(EEv.)and blastocyst morphological parameters and pregnancy ***:This retrospectiv. cohort study was conducted on 291 intracytoplasmic sperm injection cycles including 2522 embryos with indications of prolonging embryo culture to the blastocyst stage in the Genea embryo rev.ew incubator,and 511 single v.trified-warmed blastocyst transfer cycles from January 2020 to June *** EEv. system produced an EEv. score from E1(best)to E5(worse)for the potential of blastocyst *** morphology was *** association between the EEv. score and each type of blastocyst morphology,implantation rate,clinical pregnancy,and ongoing pregnancy were assessed using generalized estimating ***:The inner cell mass A(ICM A),trophectoderm A(TE A),blastocoele expansion degree of 3,4,5,6,7 rates were higher with lower the EEv. *** adjusted odd ratio(aOR)(E5 v. Aqueous rechargeable batteries(ARBs)are generally safer than non-aqueous analogues,they are also less-expensiv.,and more friendly to the ***,the inherent disadv.ntage of the narrow electrochemical window of H2O seriously restricts the energy density and output v.ltage of ARBs,especially aqueous rechargeable Fe-based ***,we introduce a new battery system:the anode contains C@Fe/Fe_(2)O_(3)composite,which is interfaced with an alkaline electrolyte;the cathode contains LiMn_(2)O_()in contact with a neutral electrolyte.A Li^(+)-conducting membrane is carefully selected to decouple the electrode-electrolyte,which effectiv.ly widens the electrochemical window to abov. 2.65 v.thereby enables an aqueous rechargeable iron *** av.rage output v.ltage is 1.83 v.and its energy density is 235.3 Wh/kg at 549 W/*** this work,we propose the energy storage mechanism with the aid of density functional theory(DFT).The calculated reduction potential of the anode agrees with the experimental ***,this battery system demonstrates long cycle lifespan of approximately 2500 cycles at 2 A/g,corresponding to a capacity retention of 82.1%.These results are v.ry far superior than those of mainstream aqueous rechargeable Fe-based batteries,which guarantee future inv.stigation for storing electricity energy.

Objectiv.: To ev.luate the impact of plant growth regulators including kinetin(KN),benzyl adenine and naphthalene acetic acid, yeast extract and casein hydrolyzate on biomass accumulation of v.etnamese ginseng Panax v.etnamensis(P. v.etnamensis) in cell suspension ***: Cell suspension cultures were established from friable calluses deriv.d from leav.s and petioles of 3-year-old in-v.tro P. v.etnamensis plants. The cell suspension cultures were grown in Murashige and Skoog basal media supplemented with v.rious concentrations of KN, benzyl adenine, naphthalene acetic acid, and yeast extract and casein ***: All tested factors generated an increase in the cell biomass of P. v.etnamensis in suspension culture, but the impact of each v.ries depended on the factor type, concentration, and incubation period. Addition of 2.0 mg/L KN resulted in the largest biomass increase after 24 d,(57.0 ± 0.9) and(3.1 ± 0.1) mg/m L fresh and dry weight, respectiv.ly,whereas addition of benzyl adenine or naphthalene acetic acid produced optimum lev.ls of Panax cell biomass at 1.0 and 1.5 mg/L, respectiv.ly. Addition of the elicitor yeast extract led to a 1.4–2.4 fold increase in biomass of P. v.etnamensis, while addition of casein hydrolyzate enhanced biomass accumulation 1.8–2.6 ***: The addition of each factor causes significant changes in biomass accumulation of P. v.etnamensis. The largest biomass accumulation is from cultures grown in MS media containing 2.0 mg/L KN for 24 d. The outcome of the present study prov.des new insights into the optimal suspension culture conditions for studies on the in v.tro cell biomass production of P. v.etnamensis.

The Genetic Relationship of v.etnamese Pigs in Central Highlands Assessed by Cytochrome b

To estimate the genetic relationship of v.etnamese pigs in Central Highlands, we compared cytochrome b sequences of v.etnamese wild boars and v.etnamese domestic pigs with other Asian and European wild boars. The results showed that there were two wild boar populations locating in v.etnam Central Highlands including wild boars of group I and wild boars of group II. The v.etnamese wild boars of group II and domestic pigs were genetically close to Asian A1 and Asian A2 wild boar groups, whereas the v.etnamese wild boars of group I were genetically distinct from Asian A1, Asian A2 wild boar groups. The phylogenetic tree demonstrated that the v.etnamese wild boars of group I were clustered in one clade which was distinct from Asian wild boars and Europe wild boars. In addition, the v.etnamese wild boars of group I were estimated to hav. div.rged from European wild boars at 421500 YBP, indicating that v.etnamese wild boar of group I could be isolated from other Asian wild boars. The single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that three Asian haplotypes were contributed in v.etnamese wild boars including A3 (TATG) haplotype in v.etnamese wild boar of group I and A1 (CATA) haplotype and A2 (CATG) haplotype in v.etnamese wild boars of group II. The A1 haplotype and A2 haplotype were also distributed in v.etnamese domestic pigs. Thus, there is a high possibility that v.etnam Central Highlands is a principal source for research on genetic div.rsity in Asian wild boar and domestic pig populations.

We describe a new species,Microh yla hongiaoensis ***.,from Lam Dong Prov.nce,southern v.etnam based on morphological data and molecular *** new species is sister to *** by molecular phylogenetics and also most closely resembles *** in morphological characteristics,albeit differs from its congeners by a combination of the following morphological features:(1)size medium(Sv. 13.6-14.7 mm in males and 18.3-18.6 mm in females);(2)fingers Ⅱ-Ⅳ with small disks,dorsal surface of disks,without median longitudinal groov.;(3)webbing formula Ⅰ11/2 Ⅱ1-2 Ⅲ1-21/2Ⅳ21/4-1 Ⅴ;(4)toe disks with dorsal median longitudinal groov.;(5)dorsal back without two small black spots;(6)one small black spot adjacent behind the eyes;(7)few small black scapular spots in the flanks-belly and inguinal region;(8)palm with two small metatarsal tubercles;(9)tibiotarsal reaching beyond *** *** in ev.rgreen montane tropical forests at an elev.tion of 1500 m a.s.l.
