Lung cancer is a prevalent malignancy,and fatalities of the disease exceed 400,000 cases *** squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC)has been recognized as the most common pathological form of lung *** comprehensive understanding of molecular features related to LUSC progression has great significance in LUSC prognosis assessment and clinical *** this study,we aim to identify a panel of signature genes closely associated with LUSC,which can provide novel insights into the progression of *** expression profiles were retrieved from public resources including gene expression omnibus(GEO)and the cancer genome atlas(TCGA)*** expressed genes(DEGs)between LUSC specimens and normal lung tissues were identified by bioinformatics analyses.A total of 66 DEGs were identified based on two cohorts of *** plugin of Cytoscape software was utilized for the further analyses of the top 10 candidate hub genes including OGN,ABI3BP,MAMDC2,FGF7,FAM107A,SPARCL1,DCN,COL14A1,and MFAP4 and CHRDL1,which showed significant downregulation in *** LUSC cell lines were used to validate the functions of CHRDL1 and FAM107A through overexpression ***,our data revealed novel candidate tumor-suppressor genes in LUSC,suggesting previously unappreciated mechanisms in the progression of LUSC.

Aiming at the practical application of Unmanned Underwater Vehicle(UUV)in underwater combat,this paper proposes a battlefield ambush scene with UUV considering ocean ***,by establishing these mathematical models of ocean current environment,target movement,and sonar detection,the probability calculation methods of single UUV searching target and multiple UUV cooperatively searching target are given ***,based on the Hybrid Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization(HQPSO)algorithm,the path with the highest target search probability is ***,through simulation calculations,the influence of different UUV parameters and target parameters on the target search probability is analyzed,and the minimum number of UUVs that need to be deployed to complete the ambush task is demonstrated,and the optimal search path scheme is *** method proposed in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the practical application of UUV in the future combat.

AIEgens can serve as an effective platform for the construction of photosensitizer-based immunogenic cell death(ICD)*** date,several mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum(ER)-targeted aggregationinduced emission(AIE)molecules have been developed and have evoked massive ICD in ***,due to the complex physicochemical environment in cells,these small AIE molecules cannot maintain a stable aggregate state,which not only affects the fluorescence intensity of the photosensitizer but also decreases the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and thus reducing the effect of the photosensitizer to elicit ***-based nanomicelles,which maintain a stable micellar structure,can prevent defects of AIE molecules in photodynamic therapy(PDT)***,in this study,a mitochondria-targeted AIE nanophotosensitizer was synthesized and used as a highly potent ICD inducer for vaccine preparation and tumor prevention.

The intricate distribution of oil and water in tight rocks makes pinpointing oil layers *** conventional identification methods offer potential solutions,their limited accuracy precludes them from being effective in their applications to unconventional *** study employed nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectrum decomposition to dissect the NMR T_(2)spectrum into multiple ***,it employed laboratory NMR experiments to ascertain the fluid properties of these sub-spectra,aiming to enhance identification *** findings indicate that fluids of distinct properties overlap in the T_(2)spectra,with bound water,movable water,bound oil,and movable oil appearing sequentially from the low-value zone to the high-value ***,an oil layer classification scheme was proposed,which considers the physical properties of reservoirs,oil-bearing capacity,and the characteristics of both mobility and the oil-water two-phase *** applied to tight oil layer identification,the scheme's outcomes align closely with actual test results.A horizontal well,deployed based on these findings,has produced high-yield industrial oil flow,underscoring the precision and dependability of this new approach.

Let r≥2 be an integer. The real number α∈[0, 1) is a jump for r if there exists a constant c> 0 such that for any ε> 0 and any integer m≥r, there exists an integer n0（ε, m） satisfying any r-uniform graph with n≥n0（ε, m） vertices and density at least α+εcontains a subgraph with m vertices and density at least α+c. A result of Erd?s and Simonovits （1966） and Erd?s and Stone （1946） implies that every α∈[0, 1) is a jump for r=2. Erd?s （1964） asked whether the same is true for r≥3. Frankl and R?dl （1984） gave a negative answer by showing that 1-1/（lr-1） is not a jump for r if r≥3 and l> 2r. After that, more non-jumps are foundlr-1is not a juby using a method of Frankl and R?dl （1984）. Motivated by an idea of liu and Pikhurko （2023）, in this paper,we show a method to construct maps f:[0, 1)→[0, 1) that preserve non-jumps, i.e., if α is a non-jump for r given by the method of Frankl and R?dl （1984）, then f （α） is also a non-jump for r. We use these maps to study hypergraph Tura′n densities and answer a question posed by Grosu （2016）.

微介观尺度构件成形制造技术的快速发展，迫切要求实现特征尺寸小于1 mm的小尺寸材料和微构件力学性能的准确表征，但这类材料/构件尺寸限制了标准拉伸或者压缩试验的开展。压入试验由于微损、微区且试样制备简单等优点，在材料力学行为表征中被大量使用并表现出广泛的应用潜力。基于此，首先对基于压入试验的各向同性硬化行为表征方法进行了总结，简要介绍了球形压入、圆锥压入、棱锥压入、平面压入和纳米压痕测试表征材料应变硬化行为的原理和特征。然后，介绍了压入法表征各向异性硬化行为的原理，评述了各压入方法的优缺点。最后，总结了基于压入试验的金属材料硬化行为表征方法研究取得的主要进展和面临的主要问题和科学挑战，这对小尺寸材料和微构件力学性能准确表征方法的进一步发展及应用具有重要意义。

Background:Red yeast rice(RYR),a natural lipid-lowering agent,is widely used in clinical ***,the existing meta-analyses concerning the safety of RYR preparations have yielded inconsistent results,and the credibility of the evidence has not been ***:This study was designed to evaluate the existing evidence and offer a comprehensive understanding of the associations between the use of RYR preparations and various adverse health *** strategy:Seven literature databases were searched from inception to May 5,2023,using medical subject headings and free-text terms(e.g.,“red yeast rice,”“Xuezhikang,”and“Zhibitai”).Inclusion criteria:Meta-analyses that investigated and quantitatively estimated associations between the use of RYR preparations and adverse health outcomes were included in this *** extraction and analysis:Two researchers independently extracted data using a standardized data collection table;any disagreements were resolved by consulting a third *** on the participant,intervention,comparator and outcome(PICO)framework in each eligible meta-analysis,a series of unique associations between the use of RYR preparations and adverse health outcomes were *** associations’effect estimates were re-evaluated using random-effect ***:Fifteen meta-analyses,comprising 186(164 unique)randomized controlled trials,were *** on A Mea Surement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews version 2,3(20%)and 12(80%)of these meta-analyses had low and critically low confidence,respectively.A total of 61 unique associations between the use of RYR preparations and adverse health outcomes were extracted from eligible *** on the random-effect models,10(16.4%)associations indicated a significant protective effect of RYR preparations against adverse health outcomes,while 5(8.2%)indicated an increased risk of adverse health outcomes related to uric acid,alanine transaminase and aspartate trans

HMGA2,a pivotal transcription factor,functions as a versatile regulator implicated in the progression of diverse aggressive *** this study,mass spectrometry was employed to identify ubiquitin-specific proteases that potentially interact with HMGA2,and USP48 was identified as a deubiquitinating enzyme of *** enforced expression of USP48 significantly increased HMGA2 protein levels by inhibiting its degradation,while the deprivation of USP48 promoted HMGA2 degradation,thereby suppressing tumor invasion and *** discovered that USP48 undergoes SUMOylation at lysine 258,which enhances its binding affinity to *** subsequent phenotypic screening of small molecules,we identified DUB-IN-2 as a remarkably potent pharmacological inhibitor of ***,the small-molecule inhibitor targeting USP48 induces destabilization of ***,upregulation of USP48 or HMGA2 in cancerous tissues is indicative of poor prognosis for patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Collectively,our study not only elucidates the regulatory mechanism of DUBs involved in HMGA2 stability and validates USP48 as a potential therapeutic target for CRC,but also identifies DUB-IN-2 as a potent inhibitor of USP48 and a promising candidate for CRC treatment.
