Software Product Line(SPL)is a group of software-intensive systems that share common and variable resources for developing a particular *** feature model is a tree-type structure used to manage SPL’s common and variable features with their different relations and problem of Crosstree Constraints(CTC).CTC problems exist in groups of common and variable features among the sub-tree of feature models more diverse in Internet of Things(IoT)devices because different Internet devices and protocols are ***,managing the CTC problem to achieve valid product configuration in IoT-based SPL is more complex,time-consuming,and ***,the CTC problem needs to be considered in previously proposed approaches such as Commonality VariabilityModeling of Features(COVAMOF)andGenarch+tool;therefore,invalid products are *** research has proposed a novel approach Binary Oriented Feature Selection Crosstree Constraints(BOFS-CTC),to find all possible valid products by selecting the features according to cardinality constraints and cross-tree constraint problems in the featuremodel of ***-CTC removes the invalid products at the early stage of feature selection for the product ***,this research developed the BOFS-CTC algorithm and applied it to,IoT-based feature *** findings of this research are that no relationship constraints and CTC violations occur and drive the valid feature product configurations for the application development by removing the invalid product *** accuracy of BOFS-CTC is measured by the integration sampling technique,where different valid product configurations are compared with the product configurations derived by BOFS-CTC and found 100%*** BOFS-CTC eliminates the testing cost and development effort of invalid SPL products.

Biological Control of Root-Knot Nematode Meloidogyne incognita in Psoralea corylifolia Plant by Enhancing the Biocontrol Efficacy of Trichoderma harzianum Using Press Mud

Meloidogyne incognita is a plant pathogen causing root-knot disease and loss of crop *** present study aimed to use Trichoderma harzianum as a biocontrol agent against plant-parasitic nematodes and used press mud,which is a solid waste by-product of sugarcane,as a biocontrol agent and ***,the combined application of *** and press mud may enhance nematode control and plant *** analysis of press mud using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)integrated with an Energy Dispersive X-ray(EDX)analyzer revealed the presence of different elements such as C,O,Mg,Si,P,K,Ca,Cu and *** addition,a greenhouse study was conducted to investigate the combined effects of press mud and *** on *** reproduction and growth and the biochemical features of Psoralea *** results showed that plant length,dry biomass,leaf area,the number of seeds per plant,chlorophyll a,chl b,carotenoid content,nitrate reductase,carbonic anhydrase,and nitrogen content were significantly increased(P≤0.05)in the T2 plants(plants were treated with 100 g of press mud+50 mL *** before one week of *** inoculation),over inoculated plants(IC).Antioxidant enzyme activity of ascorbate peroxidase(APX),catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the foliage of *** was significantly increased when plants were treated with press mud+***.A significant reduction in the number of egg masses,nematode population,and root-knot index(RKI)was found in plants with T2 *** results suggest that the combined application of *** and press mud has the potential to control the *** infection and can be used as an environmentally safe alternative to chemical nematicides and also help in the removal of sugarcane waste that causes environmental pollution.

The outbreak of Covid-19 has taken the lives of many patients so *** symptoms of COVID-19 include muscle pains,loss of taste and smell,coughs,fever,and sore throat,which can lead to severe cases of breathing difficulties,organ failure,and ***,the early detection of the virus is very ***-19 can be detected using clinical tests,making us need to know the most important symptoms/features that can enhance the decision *** this work,we propose a modified multilayer perceptron(MLP)with feature selection(MLPFS)to predict the positive COVID-19 cases based on symptoms and features from patients’electronic medical records(EMR).MLPFS model includes a layer that identifies the most informative symptoms to minimize the number of symptoms base on their relative *** the model with only the highest informative symptoms can fasten the learning process and increase *** were conducted using three different COVID-19 datasets and eight different models,including the proposed *** show that MLPFS achieves the best feature reduction across all datasets compared to all other experimented ***,it outperforms the other models in classification results as well as time.

Association of anxiety- depressive disorders with irritable bowel syndrome among patients attending a rural family practice center: a comparative cross- sectional study

Background Comorbidity of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)and psychiatric disorders is common,and the prevalence of at least one psychiatric disorder has been reported as high as 80%among patients with *** To explore the association of anxiety-depressive disorders with IBS and its different subtypes,and to evaluate the associations of lifestyle habits,dietary habits and sleeping quality with *** A comparative cross-sectional study was conducted at the AL-Mahsama Family Practice Center,Ismailia,*** was carried out between October 2019 and October *** were categorised into 175 patients with IBS,diagnosed using the Rome IV criteria,and 175 patients without IBS.A semistructured questionnaire was used to collect data on sociodemographic characteristics,lifestyle habits,dietary habits and sleep quality from both *** Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale was used to assess anxiety symptoms,whereas the Beck Depression Inventory Second Edition was used to assess depression *** There was a high statistically significant difference between both groups with regard to age,education,occupation and socioeconomic status(SES),being a smoker,being physically inactive,having sleep disturbance and having irregular meals;being either obese or overweight was more reported in the IBS *** was a high statistically significant difference in the rate of anxiety and depression between patients with and without ***,moderate and severe anxiety were reported in 37.1%,42.9%and 20.0%of patients with IBS while most(80.0%)of the patients without IBS reported mild *** depression,mild,moderate and severe depression were reported in 60.0%,14.3%and 25.7%of the patients with IBS while most(82.9%)of the non-IBS participants reported mild *** The study shows a significant association between anxiety-depressive disorders and IBS,but no significant associations between anxiety-depressive disorders and IBS subtypes.

The supply of emergency materials is the fundament of emergency *** view of the demand for emergency materials in major calamities,in this paper,a system dynamics model of emergency materials is constructed from the perspectives of wartime and *** setting and controlling the relevant parameters and variables,the influence of a variable on the demand and supply of emergency materials and the influence of government strategies on the quantity and provision of emergency material supply are *** explore the measures that can better ensure the supply to stabilize the social and economic security of the *** results show that the emergency degree of an event will lead to increases in the amount of government expenditures and in the duration of such ***,the increase in emergency cases will increase the variation range of the supply and demand deviation curve,lengthen the response time to demand,and fasten the growth trend of material *** Chinese government adopts comprehensive regulation and control mode,which make the supply and demand reach the equilibrium state more than twice as fast as other control *** addition,the promotion of publicity will improve the number of civil materials.A high inflation rate will lead to high imports of government materials,which will consequently affect the supply of emergency *** above research findings have important reference significance for the government’s emergency materials management.

Factors Associated with Students’ Daily Fruit and Vegetable Recommendation at Umm Al-Qura University

Introduction: There is a lack of the awareness in the fruit and vegetable (F & V) recommendation among Saudi society. Although the known facts of the benefits of F & V on health, information on Saudi society following the advised recommendation whether by WHO or local are still unknown. Aim: This cross-sectional study aims to examine the perception of F & V intake among students at Umm Al-Qura University and to assess if they follow these recommendations of F & V locally and internationally. Method: Students from Umm Al-Qura University participated in this study (n = 98, age between 18 - 55). All data were collected using short online survey via Online survey—Survey Monkey in 2019. Result: 55% students were not aware of these recommendations whereas 45% were aware of WHO recommendation. The majority of students 53% have less than two portions a day of F & V. Only 14% have between two to four portions a day. 32% do not eat any portion of F & V daily. 59%, 14%, 5% of students believe that they should have five, seven, more than seven portions a day for being healthy respectively. Maintaining health, reducing the risk for chronic disease and providing essential vitamins and minerals to the body were all reasons why students believe that they should have F & V everyday by 71%. Busy lifestyle, F & V cost, lack of the awareness about the health benefits, dislike of the taste, some F & V spoiled easily were all factors affecting eating F & V daily. Conclusion: University students need educational and nutritional campaigns to spread the awareness about the health benefits of F & V. Most importantly the ministry of health should support those campaigns to increase students’ awareness and build a healthy society with a good habit.

BACKGROUND Down syndrome(DS)is one of the most common causes of intellectual *** with DS have varying intelligence quotient(IQ)that can predict their learning *** To assess the brain metabolic profiles of children with DS and compare them to standard controls,using magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)and correlating the results with *** This case-control study included 40 children with DS aged 6-15 years and 40 age and sex-matched healthy children as *** was used to evaluate ratios of choline/creatine(Cho/Cr),N-acetyl aspartic acid/creatine(NAA/Cr),and myoinositol/creatine(MI/Cr(in the frontal,temporal,and occipital lobes and basal ganglia and compared to controls and correlated with *** Children with DS showed significant reductions in NAA/Cr and MI/Cr and a non-significant reduction in Cho/Cr in frontal lobes compared to ***,we observed significant decreases in NAA/Cr,MI/Cr,and Cho/Cr in the temporal and occipital lobes and basal ganglia in children with DS compared to ***,there was a significant correlation between IQ and metabolic ratios in the brains of children with *** Brain metabolic profile could be a good predictor of IQ in children with DS.

Molecular underpinnings of corneal angiogenesis:advances over the past decade

The cornea is maintained in an avascular state by maintaining an environment whereby anti-angiogenic factors take the upper hand over factors promoting angiogenesis. Many of the common pathologies affecting the cornea involve the disruption of such equilibrium and the shift towards new vessel formation, leading to corneal opacity and eventually-vision loss. Therefore it is of paramount importance that the molecular underpinnings of corneal neovascularization（CNV） be clearly understood, in order to develop better targeted treatments. This article is a review of the literature on the recent discoveries regarding pro-angiogenic factors of the cornea（such as vascular endothelial growth factors,fibroblast growth factor and matrix metalloproteinases）and anti-angiogenic factors of the cornea（such as endostatins and neostatins）. Further, we review the molecular underpinnings of lymphangiogenesis, a process now known to be almost separate from（yet related to） hemangiogenesis.
