In this research,a new poly（vinyl chloride）（PVC） membrane sensor for Ho^3＋ ion based on N-phenyl-2-（thiophen-2- ylmethylene）hydrazinecarbothioamide（PHC） as an ionophore was *** sensor demonstrated good selectivity and sensitivity towards the holmium ion in comparison with variety of cations,including alkali,alkaline earth,transition and heavy metal *** effect of membrane composition and pH on the response properties of the electrode was *** detail,the suggested sensor exhibited a Nernstian behavior（with a slope of 20.4±0.3 mV decade^-1） in the range of 1.0×10^-6 to 1.0×10^-2 mol/L with a detection limit of 6.2×10^-7 mol/*** response time was relatively quick in the whole concentration range（～5 s）.The sensor usage was found to be at least 10 weeks in a pH range of *** was successfully applied in determination of fluoride ions in mouth wash preparations.

N^1,N^2-Bis[1-（2-hydroxyphenyl）methylidene]ethanedihydrazide（MEH） was used as new compound which plays the role of an excellent ion carrier in the fabrication of a Ho（Ⅲ） membrane *** electrode shows a good selectivity for Ho（Ⅲ） ion with respect to most common cations including alkali,alkaline earth,transition and heavy metal *** electrode has a wide linear dynamic range from 1.0×10^（-6） to 1.0×10^（-2） mol/L with a Nernstian slope of 19.8±0.3 mV per decade and a low detection limit of 5.8×10^（-7） mol/L in the pH range of 2.5-9.8,while the response time was rapid（10 s）.The suggested sensor was applied to the determination of Ho（Ⅲ） ions in tap water and river water samples.

From a medical perspective,the 12 leads of the heart in an electrocardiogram(ECG)signal have functional dependencies with each ***,all these leads report different aspects of an *** differences lie in the level of highlighting and displaying information about that *** example,although all leads show traces of atrial excitation,this function is more evident in lead II than in any other *** this article,a new model was proposed using ECG functional and structural dependencies between heart *** the prescreening stage,the ECG signals are segmented from the QRS point so that further analyzes can be performed on these segments in a more detailed *** mutual information indices were used to assess the relationship between *** order to calculate mutual information,the correlation between the 12 ECG leads has been *** output of this step is a matrix containing all mutual ***,to calculate the structural information of ECG signals,a capsule neural network was implemented to aid physicians in the automatic classification of cardiac *** architecture of this capsule neural network has been modified to perform the classification *** the experimental results section,the proposed model was used to classify arrhythmias in ECG signals from the Chapman *** evaluations showed that this model has a precision of 97.02%,recall of 96.13%,F1-score of 96.57%and accuracy of 97.38%,indicating acceptable performance compared to other state-of-the-art *** proposed method shows an average accuracy of 2%superiority over similar works.

The optimum delivery of safeguarding substances is a major part of supply chain management and a crucial issue in the mitigation against the outbreak of pandemics.A problem arises for a decision maker who wants to optimally choose a subset of candidate consumers to maximize the distributed quantities of the needed safeguarding substances within a specic time period.A nonlinear binary mathematical programming model for the problem is *** decision variables are binary ones that represent whether to choose a specic consumer,and design constraints are formulated to keep track of the chosen *** better illustrate the problem,objective,and problem constraints,a real application case study is *** case study involves the optimum delivery of safeguarding substances to several hospitals in the Al-Gharbia Governorate in *** hospitals are selected to represent the consumers of safeguarding substances,as they are the rst crucial frontline for mitigation against a pandemic outbreak.A distribution truck is used to distribute the substances from the main store to the hospitals in specied required quantities during a given working *** objective function is formulated in order to maximize the total amount of delivered quantities during the specied time *** case study is solved using a novel Discrete Binary Gaining Sharing Knowledge-based Optimization algorithm(DBGSK),which involves two main stages:discrete binary junior and senior gaining and sharing *** has the ability of nding the solutions of the introduced problem,and the obtained results demonstrate robustness and convergence toward the optimal solutions.

In this work a new Lu^（3＋） PVC-membrane sensor based on 2,2＇-dithiobis（4-methylthiazole）（TMT） has been *** sensor exhibits a Nernstian slope of 19.6±0.4 mV decade（？） in the concentration range of 1.0×10~6-1.0×10~2 mol L^1 and a detection limit of 6.8×10~7 mol L^*** could work well in the pH range of *** selectivity of the sensor against a lot of common alkaline,alkaline earth,transition,heavy metals and specially lanthanide ions was very good.

Extracellular RNAs(exRNAs) are novel circulating factors that can be used as biomarkers in various diseases. Their unique and diverse kinds, as well as their role as biomarkers, make them significant biomarkers. There has been immense work carried out since the discovery of exRNAs in circulation and other biological fluids to catalog and determine whether exRNAs may be utilized as indicators for health and illness. In this review, we aim to understand the current state of exRNAs in relation to various diseases and their potential as biomarkers. We will also review current issues and challenges faced in using exRNAs, with clinical and lab trials, that can be used as viable markers for different diseases.

A field experiment was conducted at the experiment Farm of Kafr-El-Hamam Research Station,Zagazig,Sharkia Governorate,Agricultural Research Center,Egypt during the two successive summer seasons of 2015 and 2016 to achieve the highest yield and good oil quality of three tested sunflower *** both seasons,the experiment was conducted using the split split plot design in randomized complete block design with three replicates arrangement keeping plant spaces(15,20 and 25 cm apart between hills)in main plots,nitrogen fertilization levels(15,30 and 45 N fad.^-1)in sub plots and sunflower genotypes(Giza 102,Sakha 53 and promising line of L120)in sub sub *** and quality traits were significantly influenced by plant spaces,nitrogen fertilization levels and genotypes as well as interactions in both seasons and their combined *** wider plant spacing of 25 cm seems to be a good compromise between the highest seed yield fad.^-1 and good acid composition of *** increasing of nitrogen fertilization level had a positive reflected on yield and desirable acid composition of *** 53 was ranked in the first order in stem diameter,head diameter,100-seed weight,seed weight plant^-1,flowered late and hence seed yield fad.^-1 as well as seed oil content whereas,Giza 102 characterized with its contained the highest proportion of oleic and linoleic unsaturated fatty *** highest values of head diameter,100-seed weight,seed weight plant^-1 and hence seed yield fad.^-1 as well as the highest proportion of oleic and linoleic unsaturated fatty acids composition were obtained by grown sunflower *** 53 at wider spacing of 25 cm with application of nitrogen fertilization levels of 45 N fad.^-*** and path analyses revealed that 100-seed weight and head diameter had the highest direct and indirect influence on seed weight plant1,at the same time also,oleic acid content and linoleic acid content had the highest direct and indirect effect inf

Background ＆ Objective The relationship between lipid profile perturbation and diabetes associated complications has long been an area of interest. Dyslipidemia is a potent predictor of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients. The aim of present study was to investigate relationship between aging and lipid profiles in diabetic and non-diabetic atherosclerotie patients. Methods Five hundred and seventy six individuals （45-75 year age） participated in this study. Among these, 192 were having history of diabetes mellitus and atherosclerosis. Individuals are categorized on the base of health （normal, non-diabetic atheroselerosis, diabetic atherosclerosis） and age （45-55 years, 56~55 years, and 66-75 years）. All the participants were subjected to the procedures like a detailed history, biochemical analysis for fasting blood sugar, hemoglobin Alc, total cholesterol （TC）, triglycerides （TG）, low-density lipoprotein-（LDL）, very low-density lipoprotein （VLDL） and high-density lipoprotein （HDL）. All these parameters were compared between diabetic and non-diabetic atherosclerotic patients of all three age groups. TC/HDL and LDL/HDL were also calculated. Results Diabetic atherosclerotic individuals （both males and females） had high level of TC, TG, LDL, VLDL and low level of HDL in comparison to non-diabetic atherosclerotie and normal control individuals. Among all three age groups, lipoprotein abnormality was observed to be more frequent in females than males. There was a significant increase in TC/HDL and LDL/HDL ratio in diabetic atherosclerotic subjects compared to age and sex matched non-diabetic atherosclerotic and normal control. Conclusions Degree of dyslipidemia increases with increase in age in both genders. Female are more prone to diabetic dyslipidemia and hence have more risk of developing atherosclerosis with increasing age.
