The organizations used quality tools to develop their processes and gain satisfaction from.the custom.rs. The m.in objective of this study is to develop levels of quality in the construction industry through the use of the seven basic quality control tools. Such tools are extrem.ly crucial tools which are used worldwide in the industries for continual im.rovem.nt. The seven basic quality tools are Check Sheet, Histogram. Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram. Control Chart, Flowchart and Scatter Diagram. They were im.lem.nted in various steps of the process in order to define the problem., m.asure its im.acts, find out its root causes and solve these problem. to ensure the production of non-defective item.. The study shows how the seven basic tools of quality are very useful and effective in identifying and rem.val of defects from.the m.nufacturing process. These tools are helpful in every stage of the defect rem.val process. This study was conducted on Cleopatra Group Com.any. This com.any succeeded to serve the public and private projects in the Egyptian construction sectors.

A sim.le and sensitive kinetic spectrophotom.tric m.thod has been developed and validated for determ.nation of am.odipine besylate （Am.）. The m.thod was based on the condensation reaction of Am. with 7-chloro-4-nitro-2,1,3-benzoxadiazole in an alkaline buffer （pH 8.6） producing a highly colored product. The color developm.nt was m.nitored spectrophom.trically at the m.xim.m.absorption λm.x 470 nm. The factors affecting the reaction were studied and the conditions were optim.zed. The stoichiom.try of the reaction was determ.ned, and the reaction pathway was postulated. m.reover, both the activation energy and the specific rate constant （at 70 ℃） of the reaction were found to be 6.74 kcal m.le-1 and 3.58 s -1, respectively. The initial rate and fixed tim. m.thods were utilized for constructing the calibration graphs lbr the determ.nation of Am. concentration. Under the optim.m.reaction conditions, the lim.ts of detection and quantification were 0.35 and 1.05 ug/m., respectively. The precision of the m.thod was satisfactory; the relative standard deviations were 0.85-1.76%. The proposed m.thod was successfully applied to the analysis of Am. in its pure form.and tablets with good accuracy; the recovery percentages ranged from.99.55 ± 1.69% to 100.65 ±1.48%. The results were com.ared with that of the reported m.thod.

Aim.Hepatocellular carcinom.(HCC)is the dom.nant form.of prim.ry liver cancer and is histologically and etiologically distinct from.other form. of prim.ry liver *** objective of this study was to elucidate the synergistic effect and the role of chicory extract[inulin(IN)]as a chem.-sensitizer for cisplatin(CIS)treatm.nt of ***:Five groups of rats were treated for 4 *** groups consisted of the control group,a group receiving thioacetam.de(TAA)(200 m./kg b.w)in drinking water,a group injected intraperitoneally with a single dose of CIS(7.5 m./kg b.w)in addition to TAA for 4 m.nths,a group receiving oral doses of IN(10 m./kg b.w)in addition to TAA for 4 m.nths,and a group injected intraperitoneally with a single dose of CIS(7.5 m./kg b.w)and IN(10 m./kg b.w)plus TAA for 4 ***:The current data exhibited increm.nt of serum.and liver enzym.(alanine am.notransferase,aspartate am.notransferase,alkaline phosphatase,creatine kinase,and lactate dehydrogenase)activity,serum.lipid profi le levels(total lipids,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein,and very low-density lipoprotein),and a signifi cant increase inα-fetoprotein and bilirubin,accom.anied with reduced total serum.protein and album.n levels in a HCC rat ***,num.rous alterations were detected in hepatic tissues of HCC rats,such as lym.hocytic cell infi ltration,dam.ge of hepatocytes,dilated congested central vein with degenerated endothelial cells,and congested blood sinusoids in addition to m.sson’s trichrom. staining blue collagen fi bers in hepatocytes and central vein indicating hepatic fi *** of HCC rats with CIS or IN im.roved such deleterious effects,where IN is m.re effective than CIS,and the best effect can be observed in rats that received both CIS and ***:It could be concluded that IN in chicory extract acts as a chem.-sensitizer to CIS for treatm.nt in an HCC rat m.del.

Condensation of 3-am.no-4-cyanopyrazole (1) with ethylacetoacetate, ethyl cyanoacetate, diethyl m.lonate and acetylacetone afforded pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrim.dine derivatives (2-8a). Other com.ounds (8b-h) of this ring system.were obtained by treatm.nt of 1 with arylidenem.lononitrile and ethylarylidenecyanoacetate. And the reaction of com.ound (1) with activated acetylenes yeilded pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrim.dine derivatives (11a-b).

AIm. To explore the approaches exerted by m.senchym.l stem.cells (m.Cs) to im.rove Parkinson’s disease (PD) ***: m.Cs were harvested from.bone m.rrow of fem.ral bones of m.le rats, grown and propagated in culture. Twenty four ovariectom.zed anim.ls were classified into 3 groups: Group (1) was control, Groups (2) and (3) were subcutaneously adm.nistered with rotenone for 14 d after one m.nth of ovariectom. for induction of PD. Then, Group (2) was left untreated, while Group (3) was treated with single intravenous dose of bone m.rrow derived m.Cs (Bm.m.Cs). SRY gene was assessed by PCR in brain tissue of the fem.le rats. Serum.transform.ng growth factor beta-1 (TGF-β1), m.nocyte chem.attractant protein-1 (m.P-1) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) levels were assayed by ELISA. Brain dopam.ne DA level was assayed fluorom.trically, while brain tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and nestin gene expression were detected by sem.-quantitative real tim. PCR. Brain survivin expression was determ.ned by im.unohistochem.cal procedure. Ni–m.O nano‐com.osites were prepared on carbon anodes by electrodeposition from.a nickel Watts bath in the presence of fine m.O reinforcem.nt particles. Their perform.nce as electrocata‐lysts for the oxidation of m.thanol and ethanol in alkaline m.dium.was investigated and com.ared with that of carbon coated pure Ni （Ni/C）. The chem.cal com.osition, phase structure, and surface m.rphology of the deposited nano‐com.osites were studied by energy dispersive X‐ray spectros‐copy, X‐ray diffractom.try, and scanning electron m.croscopy, respectively. Different electrochem.‐cal techniques were used to estim.te the catalytic activity of the prepared electrocatalyst anodes, including cyclic voltam.etry （CV）, chronoam.erom.try, and electrochem.cal im.edance spectros‐copy （EIS）. The Ni/C electrocatalyst alone exhibited rem.rkably low catalytic activity and poor stability toward the electrooxidation process. The inclusion of m.O significantly prom.ted the cata‐lytic activity of the Ni catalyst for the alcohol electrooxidation and enhanced its poisoning re‐sistance. The EIS results confirm.d those of CV and revealed a lower charge transfer resistance and enhanced roughness for the Ni–m.O/C nano‐com.osite electrodes com.ared with those of Ni/C.

The current study aim. to develop polyvinyl chloride(PVC)nanocom.osites with enhanced electrical and m.chanical properties by incorporating titanium.oxide(TiO_(2))nanoparticles within PVC *** loading of nanoparticles and different nanoparticle surface states were *** surface states are unfunctionalised,functionalised using vinyl silane and functionalised using am.no *** choice of a m.st suitable surface state was a critical factor that guarantees a good dispersion of nanoparticles and consequently enhances the com.atibility between TiO_(2)and PVC *** process followed in the PVC/TiO_(2)nanocom.osites preparation,loaded with different wt.%of TiO_(2)nanoparticles,was the solvent *** dielectric properties m.asured here were the relative perm.ttivity(ɛr),dielectric loss(tanδ),breakdown strength(AC and DC under uniform.field)and the internal partial discharges(PDs)within insulation *** m.asurem.nts have been perform.d under room.tem.erature and at frequency ranged from.20 to 1.0 ***,the m.chanical properties of the sam.les like elongation,elasticity m.dulus and tensile strength were also *** silane showed better im.rovem.nts in both electrical and m.chanical perform.nces com.ared to the am.no silane,especially in cases of high weight fractions of TiO_(2).This is because of the im.rovem.nt in the PVC-TiO_(2)interfacial region arise from.the sim.larity of polarity and surface tension values of vinyl silane with that of PVC m.trix and TiO_(2)nanoparticles.
