Objective This study aimed to investigate the effect of penile selective dorsal neurectomy(SDN)on erectile function in *** Twelve adult male Sprague-Dawley rats(15 weeks old)were divided into three groups(n=4 per group):in control group,rats received no treatment;in sham group,rats underwent a sham operation;in SDN group,rats underwent SDN with half of the dorsal penile nerve *** mating test was performed,and the intracavernous pressure(ICP)assessed six weeks after the surgical *** At postoperative six weeks,the mating test revealed no significant difference in mounting latency and mounting frequency among the three groups(P>0.05),while the ejaculation latency(EL)was significantly longer and ejaculation frequency(EF)lower in the SDN group than in the control and sham groups(P0.05).Conclusion SDN does not adversely affect the erectile function and sexual desire of rats,and at the same time it can reduce EL and EF,providing an application basis for SDN in the clinical treatment of premature ejaculation.

Erectile dysfunction(ED)is a common male *** orally-administered phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors(PDE5 inhibitors)are now recognized as the primary pharmacological treatment method for ED,20%-30%of the patients treated with PDE5 inhibitors exhibit no significant *** study aims to investigate the influencing factors of ED in young adults with no response to PDE5 *** patients who would take PDE5 inhibitors were included and investigated with a *** with no response to PDE5 inhibitors(tadalafil and sildenafil)served as study group,and those with response to PDE5 inhibitors as control *** Chi square test and logistic regression analysis were applied to find the potential influencing *** total,378 ED patients were ***-three(24.6%)cases were non-responsive to PDE5 inhibitors,and the remaining 285(75.4%)responded to PDE5 *** multiple logistic regression analysis,we found that history of drinking(OR=3.152;95%CI 1.672-6.975),spousal noncooperation(OR=2.994;95%CI 1.589-5.638),number of fixed sex partners(OR=0.358;95%CI 0.132-0.651),duration of ED(OR=3.356;95%CI 1.352-8.333),and depression(OR=3.689;95%CI 1.579-8.979)could be the influencing factors for ED patients’non-response to PDE5 *** conclusion,history of drinking,spousal noncooperation,number of fixed sex partner,long duration of ED,and depression could be the influencing factors for ED patients'non-response to PDE5 *** and doctors should pay attention to these factors.

Software security poses substantial risks to our society because software has become part of our life. Numerous techniques have been proposed to resolve or mitigate the impact of software security issues. Among them, software testing and analysis are two of the critical methods, which significantly benefit from the advancements in deep learning technologies. Due to the successful use of deep learning in software security, recently,researchers have explored the potential of using large language models(LLMs) in this area. In this paper, we systematically review the results focusing on LLMs in software security. We analyze the topics of fuzzing, unit test, program repair, bug reproduction, data-driven bug detection, and bug triage. We deconstruct these techniques into several stages and analyze how LLMs can be used in the stages. We also discuss the future directions of using LLMs in software security, including the future directions for the existing use of LLMs and extensions from conventional deep learning research.

The high proportion of uncertain distributed power sources and the access to large-scale random electric vehicle(EV)charging resources further aggravate the voltage fluctuation of the distribution network,and the existing research has not deeply explored the EV active-reactive synergistic regulating characteristics,and failed to realize themulti-timescale synergistic control with other regulatingmeans,For this reason,this paper proposes amultilevel linkage coordinated optimization strategy to reduce the voltage deviation of the distribution ***,a capacitor bank reactive power compensation voltage control model and a distributed photovoltaic(PV)activereactive power regulationmodel are ***,an external characteristicmodel of EVactive-reactive power regulation is developed considering the four-quadrant operational characteristics of the *** optimization model of the distribution network is then constructed considering the time-series coupling constraints of multiple types of voltage regulators.A multi-timescale control strategy is proposed by considering the impact of voltage regulators on active-reactive EV energy consumption and PV energy ***,a four-stage voltage control optimization strategy is proposed for various types of voltage regulators with multiple time ***-objective optimization is solved with the improvedDrosophila algorithmto realize the power fluctuation control of the distribution network and themulti-stage voltage control *** results validate that the proposed voltage control optimization strategy achieves the coordinated control of decentralized voltage control resources in the distribution *** effectively reduces the voltage deviation of the distribution network while ensuring the energy demand of EV users and enhancing the stability and economic efficiency of the distribution network.

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor is a key factor in stress adaptation and avoidance of a social stress behavioral *** studies have shown that brain-derived neurotrophic factor expression in stressed mice is brain region–specific,particularly involving the corticolimbic system,including the ventral tegmental area,nucleus accumbens,prefrontal cortex,amygdala,and *** how brain-derived neurotrophic factor participates in stress processing in different brain regions will deepen our understanding of social stress *** this review,we discuss the expression and regulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor in stress-sensitive brain regions closely related to the pathophysiology of *** focused on associated molecular pathways and neural circuits,with special attention to the brain-derived neurotrophic factor–tropomyosin receptor kinase B signaling pathway and the ventral tegmental area–nucleus accumbens dopamine *** determined that stress-induced alterations in brain-derived neurotrophic factor levels are likely related to the nature,severity,and duration of stress,especially in the above-mentioned brain regions of the corticolimbic ***,BDNF might be a biological indicator regulating stress-related processes in various brain regions.

The textured roll and polished roll were applied instead of the ground roll in a 20-high mill to conduct two-pass rolling of 316L stainless steel strip with thickness of 0.027 *** the two-pass rolling with the textured roll and polished roll(TPR),the surface roughness of the strip is dramatically reduced,and the surface topographical anisotropy index is diminished to 30.9%of the initial *** with the strip rolled using the ground roll in both passes(GGR),the elongation of TPR rolled strip is obviously improved,and the mechanical property anisotropy is greatly *** anisotropy index of tensile strength and elongation are 42.58%and 52.59%of that of GGR rolled strip,which is mainly attributed to the significant decrease of the texture intensity of the strip by TPR *** results indicate that TPR process can obtain the stainless steel ultra-thin strip with smooth and uniform surface topography and good mechanical properties.

Comprehensive recovery of rare earth elements and gypsum from phosphogypsum:A wastewater free process combining gravity separation and hydrometallurgy

Comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum（PG） has attracted much attention,especially for the recovery of rare earth elements（REEs） and gypsum due to the issues of stockpile,environmental pollution,and waste of associated *** utilization methods suffered the issues of low REEs leaching efficiency,huge amount of CaSO4saturated wastewater and high recovery *** solve these issues,this study investigated the occurrence of REEs in PG and the leaching of *** results show that REEs in PG are in the forms of（1） REEs mineral inclusions,（2） REEs isomorphous substitution of Ca2+in gypsum lattice,（3） dispersed soluble REEs *** leaching results demonstrate that（1） the dissolution of gypsum matrix is the control factor of REEs leaching;（2） H2SO4is a promising leachant considering the recycle of leachate;（3） the gypsum matrix suffers a recrystallization during the acid leaching and releases the soluble REEs from PG to aqueous *** the recovery of the undissolved REEs mineral inclusions,wet sieving concentrated 37.1 wt% of the REEs in a 10.7 wt% mass,increasing REEs content from 309 to 1071 ***,a green process combining gravity separation and hydrometallurgy is *** process owns the merits of wastewater free,considerable REEs recovery（about 10% increase compared with traditional processes）,excellent gypsum purification（>95 wt%CaSO4·2H2O,with han non-cyclical leaching）.
