Engine tests are both costly and time consuming in developing a new internal combustion ***,it is of great importance to predict engine characteristics with high accuracy using artificial ***,it is possible to reduce engine testing costs and speed up the engine development *** Learning is an effective artificial intelligence method that shows high performance in many research areas through its ability to learn high-level hidden features in data *** present paper describes a method to predict the cylinder pressure of a Homogeneous Charge Compression Ignition(HCCI)engine for various excess air coefficients by using Deep Neural Network,which is one of the Deep Learning methods and is based on the Artificial Neural Network(ANN).The Deep Learning results were compared with the ANN and experimental *** results show that the difference between experimental and the Deep Neural Network(DNN)results were less than 1%.The best results were obtained by Deep Learning *** cylinder pressure was predicted with a maximum accuracy of 97.83%of the experimental value by using *** the other hand,the accuracy value was increased up to 99.84%using *** results show that the DNN method can be used effectively to predict cylinder pressures of internal combustion engines.

Forty-four *** isolates were collected from symptomatic vascular tissues of okra plants each from a different field in eight provinces located in the eastern Mediterranean and western Anatolia regions of Turkey during ***-nonutilizing(nit)mutants of *** from okra were used to determine heterokaryosis and genetic relatedness among *** isolates from okra plants were grouped into two vegetative compatibility groups(VCGs)(1 and 2)and three subgroups as 1A(13.6%,6/44),2A(20.5%,9/44)and 2B(65.9%,29/44)according to international *** tests were performed on a susceptible local okra(***)landrace in greenhouse *** isolates from VCG1A and VCG2B induced defoliation(D)and partial defoliation(PD)symptoms,*** isolates from VCG2A gave rise to typical leaf chlorosis symptoms without *** obtained data showed that the virulence level of *** isolates from okra was related to their VCG *** okra landraces from diverse geographical origins were screened for resistance to VCG2B and VCG1A of *** results indicated that all landraces were more susceptible to highly virulent VCG1A-D pathotype displaying D or PD symptoms depending on their susceptibility levels with a mean disease severity index of 3.52 than to less virulent VCG2B-PD pathotype of *** displaying PD and ND symptoms with a mean disease severity index of *** differences were observed among the landraces;however,none of them exhibited a level of *** landraces;Çorum,Hatay Has and Sanlıurfa displayed the lowest level of susceptibility or little tolerance to both D and PD ***2B of PD was prevailing in the surveyed areas and VCG1A of D was the most virulent of the VCGs *** of resistant genotypes to Turkish okra germplasm from different sources and breeding new resistant okra cultivars are critical for the sustainability of okra production.

In this study,the effects of recycled glass(RG)and recycled concrete(RC)fine aggregates on the drying-shrinkage,carbonation,high temperature and abrasion resistance of mortar mixtures were investigated *** addition,durability performance of the mortar mixtures was investigated through micro-structural *** this purpose,9 different mortar mixtures were prepared by replacing 25,50,75 and 100 wt.%of crushed-limestone fine aggregate with recycled glass and recycled concrete *** for the abrasion resistance,the RG mixtures showed better durability performance than the control ***,the RC mixtures containing more than 50%recycled aggregate showed lower performance than the control mixture.

Evapotranspiration is one of the most important elements of the hydrological *** of evapotranspiration is imperative for effective forest,irrigation,rangeland and water resources management as well as to increase yields and for better crop *** study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Surface Energy Balance Algorithm for Land(SEBAL)in estimating evapotranspiration and crop coefficient of corn in the Mediterranean region of Adana province,*** Landsat 8 satellite images from March to September 2018 were used to acquire the coefficients of the respective ***,the net radiation flux on the earth’s surface and the earth’s heat flux is obtained using incoming-outgoing radiation fluxes from albedo,surface emissivity coefficients,land surface temperature,and plant ***,the sensible heat flux is calculated by determining the hot and cold pixels under consideration via the atmospheric stability ***,evapotranspiration maps are *** crop coefficient of corn is also estimated with the respected maps being *** validate the outcomes from the SEBAL algorithm,experimental methods were employed to calculate the evapotranspiration values and evaluated using suitable performance *** results showed that the SEBAL generated evapotranspiration values are in high agreement with the FAO Penman-Monteith method registering the highest correlation(R=0.91)and the lowest error(RMSE=1.14).In addition,the SEBAL method registered the highest correlation values of 0.89,0.87 and 0.68 with Turk,Makkink and Hargreaves experimental methods,***,the crop coefficients estimated using SEBAL also manifested an acceptable correlation with all *** highest correlation value registered was with the FAO Penman-Monteith method(R=0.98).The outcomes show that since the performance of the SEBAL algorithm in estimating the actual evapotranspiration and crop coefficient using Landsat 8 satellite images

Background:To investigate the topographic measurements and densitometry of corneas in Wilson’s disease(WD)patients with or without a Kayser-Fleischer ring(KF-r)compared to healthy ***:This cross-sectional study included 20 WD patients without a KF-r(group I),18 WD patients with a KF-r(group II),and 20 age-matched controls(group III).The Pentacam high resolution imaging system is used to determine corneal topographic measurements and ***:Mean age for groups I,II and III was 25.40±6.43 years(14-36 years),25.38±6.96 years(16-39 years),23.60±6.56 years(17-35 years),respectively(P=0.623).There was no significant difference between the groups in terms of the anterior corneal densitometry values(P>0.05),while the 6-10mm and 10-12 mm mid stroma and the 2-6 mm,6-10 mm,and 10-12 mm posterior corneal densitometry values in group II were significantly higher than those in groups I and III(for all values,P<0.05).However,the 10-12mm posterior corneal densitometry values in group I were also significantly higher than those in group III(P=0.038).The central corneal thickness(CCT),thinnest corneal thickness(tCT),and corneal volume(CV)values in groups I and II were significantly lower than those in group III(for CCT values,P=0.011 and P=0.009;for tCT values,P=0.010 and P=0.005;for CV values,P=0.043 and P=0.029).Conclusion:In WD patients with a KF-r,corneal transparency decreased in the peripheral posterior and mid stromal corneal layers;for these patients,corneal transparency may be impaired not only in the peripheral cornea but also in the paracentral cornea.

The production cross-sections, intensity ratios, and radiative Auger intensity ratios of Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn elements in different complexes were measured. The chemical effects on the K shell fluorescence parameters and the radiative Auger intensity ratios of these elements were investigated and the changes in these parameters were interpreted according to the charge transfer process. The samples were excited by 59.5 keV γ-rays from a ^241Am annular radioactive source. K X-rays emitted by samples were counted by an Ultra-LEGe detector with a resolution of 150 eV at 5.9 keV.

Outcome of repeated micro-surgical testicular sperm extraction in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia

Aim： To evaluate the outcome of repetitive micro-surgical testicular sperm extraction （mTESE） attempts in non-obstructive azoospermia （NOA） cases, in relation to patients＇ initial testicular histology results. Methods： A total of 68 patients with NOA in whom mTESE had been performed in previous intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） attempts were reviewed. Results： Among the 68 patients with NOA, the first mTESE yielded mature sperm for ICSI in 44 （64%）（Sp^＋）, and failed in the remaining 24 （36%）（Sp^-）. Following their first trial, 24 patients decided to undergo a second mTESE. Of these 24 patients, no spermatozoa were obtained in 5 patients, and Sp^＋ but no fertilization/pregnancy were achieved in 19. In these 24 cases, mTESE was successively repeated for two （n = 24）, three （n = 4） and four （n = 1） times. The second attempt yielded mature sperm in 3/5 patients from the Sp group and 16/19 patients from the Sp^＋ group. At the third and fourth trials, 4/4 and 1/1 of the original Sp^＋ patients were Sp^＋ again, respectively. Distribution of main testicular histology included Sertoli cell-only syndrome （16%）, maturation arrest （22%）, hypospermatogenesis （21%） and focal spermatogenesis （41%）. Overall, in repetitive mTESE, 24/29 （82%） of the attempts were finally Sp^＋. Conclusion： Repeated mTESE in patients with NOA is a feasible option, yielding considerably high sperm recovery rate. In patients with NOA, mTESE may safely be repeated one or more times to increase sperm retrieval rate, as well as to increase the chance of retrieving fresh spermatozoa to enable ICSI.
