Non-aqueous absorbents(NAAs)have attracted increasing attention for CO_(2)capture because of their great energy-saving *** diamines which can provide high CO_(2)absorption loading are promising candidates for formulating NAAs but suffer disadvantages in *** this study,a promising strategy that using tertiary amines(TAs)as proton-transfer mediators was proposed to enhance the regenerability of an aminoethylethanolamine(AEEA,diamine)/dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)(A/D)***,some employed TAs such as N,N-diethylaminoethanol(DEEA),N,N,N’,N’’,N’’-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine(PMDETA),3-dimethylamino-1-propanol(3DMA1P),and N,N-dimethylethanolamine(DMEA)enhanced not only the regenerability of the A/D NAA but also the CO_(2)absorption ***,the CO_(2)absorption loading and cyclic loading were increased by about 12.7%and 15.5%-22.7%,*** TA-enhanced CO_(2)capture mechanism was comprehensively explored via nuclear magnetic resonance technique and quantum chemical *** CO_(2)absorption,the TA acted as an ultimate proton acceptor for AEEA-zwitterion and enabled more AEEA to form carbamate species(AEEACOO-)to store CO_(2),thus enhancing CO_(2)*** CO_(2)desorption,the TA first provided protons directly to AEEACOO-as a proton donor;moreover,it functioned as a proton carrier and facilitated the low-energy step-wise proton transfer from protonated AEEA to AEEACOO-.Consequently,the presence of TA made it easier for AEEACOO-to obtain protons to decompose,resulting in enhanced CO_(2)*** a word,introducing the TA as a proton-transfer mediator into the A/D NAA enhanced both the CO_(2)absorption performance and the regenerability,which was an efficient way to“kill two birds with one stone”.

随着涡扇发动机涵道比的不断提高,风扇噪声对于发动机总噪声的贡献量越来越大,因此准确地预测风扇噪声对发动机的降噪设计和适航符合性评估具有重要的意义。在现有风扇噪声半经验预测模型架构的基础上,利用某型号大涵道比涡扇发动机的噪声试验数据,适应性地发展了风扇纯音噪声预测模型,将预测模型中的转/静间距函数与叶片后掠角及工况相关联,并提出考虑不同工况影响的指向性函数,预测精度较现有模型有大幅提升。与试验数据的对比表明,本模型的预测误差在5 dB之内,验证了新开发模型的准确性。

为提高声衬低频吸声能力,在声衬中引入机械阻抗结构,建立系统声阻抗模型并开展分析。首先,基于声传播方程,结合传递矩阵法建立均匀管道声传播模型。通过引入穿孔板及机械阻抗声学协调条件,进一步得到切向流作用下含机械阻抗的声衬阻抗模型。通过与现有文献及有限元法进行对比来验证给出方法的可靠性。对含机械阻抗的双自由度声衬开展数值分析,其结果表明,引入机械阻抗能显著提升声衬的低频吸声性能,声衬整体吸声量随流动马赫数的增大而先增大后减小,且较小的机械阻抗质量能够获取更好的低频吸声效果,低频吸声峰值频率随机械阻抗固有频率的增大而增大,峰值高度随机械阻抗阻尼的增大而减小。

The activity of lignin peroxidase (LiP) in reversed micelles of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (Brij30) changed with the molar ratio of water to the surfactant and the denaturant concentration of guanidinium chloride. At low water contents the activity of LiP could be enhanced by the denaturant at moderate concentration. This phenomenon, together with the spectral characteristics of the intrinsic fluorescence of LiP, suggested that the conformation of the active center of LiP was flexible.

The inhibition of ligninase by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of cationic surfactant CTAB was studied by kinetic spectrophotometric technique. Results showed that addition of CTAB enhanced the inhibition by H2O2, but it did not alter the inhibition pattern and the inhibition constant changed little with the concentration of CTAB. Modification of the enzymic protein by the surfactant monomer may be responsible for the above mentioned results.

AIM: To predict the HLA-A2-restricted CTL epitopes of tumor antigens associated with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS: MAGE-1, MAGE-3, MAGE-8, P53 and AFP were selected as objective antigens in this study for the close association with HCC. The HLA-A*0201 restricted CTL epitopes of objective tumor antigens were predicted by SYFPEITHI prediction method combined with the polynomial quantitative motifs method. The threshold of polynomial scores was set to -***: The SYFPEITHI prediction values of all possible nonamers of a given protein sequence were added together and the ten high-scoring peptides of each protein were chosen for further analysis in primary prediction. Thirtyfive candidates of CTL epitopes (nonamers) derived from the primary prediction results were selected by analyzing with the polynomial method and compared with reported CTL ***: The combination of SYFPEITHI prediction method and polynomial method can improve the prediction efficiency and accuracy. These nonamers may be useful in the design of therapeutic peptide vaccine for HCC and as immunotherapeutic strategies against HCC after identified by immunology experiment.

A cubic system having three homoclinic loops perturbed by Z3 invariant quintic polynomials is considered. By applying the qualitative method of differential equations and the numeric computing method, the Hopf bifurcation, homoclinic loop bifurcation and heteroclinic loop bifurcation of the above perturbed system are studied. It is found that the above system has at least 12 limit cycles and the distributions of limit cycles are also given.

The fully connected Hopfield network is inferred based on observed magnetizations and pairwise *** present the system in the glassy phase with low temperature and high memory *** find that the inference error is very sensitive to the form of state *** a single state is sampled to compute magnetizations and correlations,the inference error is almost indistinguishable irrespective of the sampled ***,the error can be greatly reduced if the data is collected with state *** result holds for different disorder samples and accounts for the previously observed large fluctuations of inference error at low temperatures.
