对涡旋齿端型线的三角函数类修正几何理论进行了深入研究,阐述了这类修正的齿端生成方法及型线的特点.在分析啮合过程一般规律的基础上,采用等距线法导出了压缩腔、排气腔容积在整个工作过程中随曲轴转角变化的通用解析表达式,系统分析了修正参数对压缩腔、排气腔容积和内容积比的影响.推导出的解析表达式适用于包括圆弧类修正的所有三角函数类型线的修正.

Effective monitoring of atmospheric concentrations is vital for assessing the Stockholm Convention's effectiveness on persistent organic pollutants(POPs).This task,particularly challenging in polar regions due to low air concentrations and temperature fluctuations,requires robust sampling ***,the influence of temperature on the sampling efficiency of polyurethane foam discs remains *** we employ a flow-through sampling(FTS)column coupled with an active pump to collect air samples at varying *** delved into breakthrough profiles of key pollutants,such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),polychlorobiphenyls(PCBs),and organochlorine pesticides(OCPs),and examined the temperature-dependent behaviors of the theoretical plate number(N)and breakthrough volume(VB)using frontal chromatography *** findings reveal a significant relationship between temperature dependence coefficients(KTN,KTV)and compound volatility,with decreasing values as volatility *** distinct trends are noted for PAHs,PCBs,and OCPs in KTN,KTV values exhibit similar patterns across all ***,we establish a binary linear correlation between log(VB/m3),1/(T/K),and N,simplifying breakthrough level estimation by enabling easy conversion between N and ***,an empirical linear solvation energy relationship incorporating a temperature term is developed,yielding satisfactory results for N at various *** approach holds the potential to rectify temperature-related effects and loss rates in historical data from long-term monitoring networks,benefiting polar and remote regions.

Apolipoprotein D(ApoD),a member of the lipocalin superfamily of proteins,is involved in lipid transport and stress *** only a single copy of the ApoD gene is found in humans and some other vertebrates,there are typically several ApoD-like genes in *** date,there have been relatively few studies that have examined the evolution and functional differentiation of ApoD-like genes in insects,particularly hemi-metabolous *** this study,we identified 10 ApoD-like genes(NlApoD1−10)with distinct spatiotemporal expression patterns in Nilaparvata lugens(BPH),which is an important pest of ***1−10 were found to be distributed on 3 chromosomes in a tandem array of NlApoD1/2,NlApoD3−5,and NlApoD7/8,and show sequence and gene structural divergence in the coding regions,indicating that multiple gene duplication events occurred during *** analysis revealed that NlApoD1−10 can be clustered into 5 clades,with NlApoD3−5 and NlApoD7/8 potentially evolving exclusively in the Delphacidae *** screening using an RNA interference approach revealed that only NlApoD2 was essential for BPH development and survival,whereas NlApoD4/5 are highly expressed in testes,and might play roles in ***,stress response analysis revealed that NlApoD3−5/9,NlApoD3−5,and NlApoD9 were up-regulated after treatment with lipopolysaccharide,H2O2,and ultraviolet-C,respectively,indicating their potential roles in stress resistance.

BACKGROUND Colorectal anastomotic occlusion is a serious complication of colorectal cancer *** several treatment strategies have been proposed,the mana-gement of anastomotic occlusion remains *** this report,we present a case of anastomotic occlusion recanalization performed using a novel technique involving two endoscopes,one for radial incision and the other serving as a guide *** novel technique offers significant advantages in terms of operational feasibility,reduced invasiveness,rapid recovery,and shortened hospital *** SUMMARY A 37-year-old man underwent low anterior resection and prophylactic double-lumen ileostomy for rectal cancer in June,*** months later,complete anastomotic occlusion was observed on ***,we developed a novel atresia recanalization *** endoscopes were placed,one through the colonic anastomosis and the other through the anus.A radial incision was successfully made from the colonic side,guided by the light of the endoscope from the anal *** recanal-ization was performed within 20 *** weeks after recanalization,colonoscopy revealed that the diameter of the colorectal anastomosis was approximately 16 mm and the patient therefore underwent stoma reversal in *** the follow-up period of approximately one year,the patient remained well and no stenosis or obstruction symptoms were *** Endoscopic atresia recanalization of colorectal anastomotic occlusion assisted by an opposing light source is safe and effective.

High-purity germanium(HPGe)detectors,which are used for direct dark matter detection,have the advantages of a low threshold and excellent energy *** surface passivation of HPGe has become crucial for achieving an extremely low energy *** this study,first-principles simulations,passivation film preparation,and metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)capacitor characterization were combined to study surface *** calculations of the energy band structure of the -H,-OH,and -NH_(2) passivation groups on the surface of Ge were performed,and the interface state density and potential with five different passivation groups with N/O atomic ratios were accurately analyzed to obtain a stable surface *** on the theoretical calculation results,the surface passivation layers of the Ge_(2)ON_(2) film were prepared via magnetron sputtering in accordance with the optimum atomic ratio *** microstructure,C-V,and I-V electrical properties of the layers,and the passivation effect of the Al/Ge_(2)ON_(2)/Ge MOS were characterized to test the interface state *** mean interface state density obtained by the Terman method was 8.4×10^(11) cm^(-2) eV^(-1).The processing of germanium oxynitrogen passivation films is expected to be used in direct dark matter detection of the HPGe detector surface passivation technology to reduce the detector leakage currents.

BACKGROUND Prostate cancer(PC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in men,and bone metastasis is one of its common complications,which seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis of *** To investigate the diagnostic value of technetium-99m-methylene diphosphonate(99mTc-MDP)single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)/CT imaging combined with the serum prostate-specific antigen(PSA)/free PSA ratio for PC bone metastasis(PCBM).METHODS One hundred patients with PC who visited the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were recruited as the experimental(Exp)group,while 30 patients with benign prostatic lesions(BPLs)were recruited as the control(Ctrl)*** patients underwent 99mTc-MDP SPECT/CT imaging and serum PSA/fPSA *** SPECT/CT imaging results and serum PSA/fPSA ratios of patients were analyzed to evaluate their diagnostic values for *** The difference in general information of the patients was not obvious,showing *** two methods showed no visible differences in negative predictive value and sensitivity for patients with PCBM,but had great differences in positive predictive value and specificity(P<0.05).The PSA/fPSA ratio of patients with PC in the Exp group was lower than those with BPLs,and patients with PCBM had a much lower PSA/fPSA ratio than those without PC(P<0.05).The results confirmed that the combined use of 99mTc-MDP SPECT/CT imaging and serum PSA/fPSA ratio achieved a detection rate of 95%for *** The combination of 99mTc-MDP SPECT/CT and PSA/fPSA ratio is accurate and reliable for the diagnosis of PCBM,which provides an important reference for clinical practice.

Background and Aims:We asked if comprehensive bile acid profiling could provide insights into the physiopathology of ABCB4-mutated patients and evaluated the prognostic value of taurine-conjugated tetrahydroxylated bile acid(tauro-THBA)in ***:Serum bile acid profiles were evaluated in 13 ABCB4-mutated patients with 65 healthy controls by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography/multiple-reaction monitoring-mass spectrometry(UPLC/MRM-MS).The concentration of tauro-THBA was compared between ABCB4-mutated patients with different *** areas under the curve(AUCs)of tauro-THBA were compared between ABCB11-mutated patients with native liver survival and those who died or underwent liver transplantation before 3 years of age by receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),with another patient cohort for further ***:The overall hydrophobicity indices of bile acids in ABCB4-mutated patients(12.99±3.25 m)were significantly lower than those of healthy controls(14.02±1.74 m,p<0.000).That was due to markedly increased bile acid modifications including conjugation,sulfation,and *** in the tauro-THBA concentration in ABCB4-mutated patients with different prognoses were not *** analysis indicated that levels of tauro-THBA of<60 nM yielded an AUC of 0.900 with a sensitivity of 80%and specificity of 87.5%for ABCB11-mutated patients with different prognoses(p=0.0192).Of the 15 patients with good prognosis,14 were classified correctly and four of the five patients with a poor prognosis were classified correctly(14:15 vs.1:5,p=0.005)with tauro-THBA as a ***:Tauro-THBA concentration may be a biomarker for predicting the clinical outcome in low gammaglutamyl transferase intrahepatic cholestasis patients.
