通过离子液体氯化1-苄基-3-甲基咪唑(BenzMeIm-Cl)与PtCl_2的反应,合成了配合物(BenzMeIm)_2[PtCl_4],并用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、1h NMR、13C NMR和单晶X射线衍射对其进行了表征。单晶X射线分析表明,配合物结构属于P21/c空间群,晶胞参数和结构解析参数为:a=0.981 80(5)nm,b=0.861 47(3)nm,c=0.144 332(7)nm,β=92.480(2)°,V=121.96(1)nm3,R1=0.014 4,w R2=0.038 8。

The most commonly used transmission channel in nowadays provides the same level of protection for all the information symbols. As the level of protection should be adequate to the importance of the information set, it is justified to use UEP channels in order to protect information of variable importance. Multiresolution channel decomposition has emerged as a strong concept and when combined with.h.264/AVC layered multiresolution source it leads to outstanding results especially for mobile TV applications. Our approach is a double multiresolution scheme with embedded constellation modulations on its baseband channels followed by OFDM time/frequency multiresolution passband modulation. The aim is to protect The NAL units carrying the most valuable information by the coarse constellations into coarse sub-channels, and the NAL units that contain residual data by fined constellations and transposed into the fined OFDM sub-channels. In the multiresolution protection coding, our approach is a multiresolution decomposition of the core convolutional constituent of the PCCC where the NAL units carrying the most valuable information are coded by the rugged coefficient of the multiresolution code and the NAL units that contains residual data are coded by refined less secure coding coefficients.

NOTCh plays a role in regulating stem cell function and fate *** is involved in tooth development and injury *** regarding NOTCh expression in human dental root apical papilla(AP)and its residing stem cells(SCAP)is *** we investigated the expression of NOTCh3,its ligand JAG1,and mesenchymal stem cell markers CD146 and STRO-1 in the AP or in the primary cultures of SCAP isolated from *** in situ immunostaining showed that in the AP NOTCh3 and CD146 were co-expressed and associated with blood vessels having NOTCh3 located more *** cultured SCAP,NOTCh3 and JAG1 were *** cytometry analysis showed that 7%,16%and 98%of the isolated SCAP were positive for NOTCh3,STRO-1 and CD146,respectively with a rare 1.5%subpopulation of SCAP co-expressing all three *** expression level of NOTCh3 reduced when SCAP underwent osteogenic *** findings are the first step towards defining the regulatory role of NOTCh3 in SCAP fate decision.

Objective:To develop hPTLC fingerprint profile of anti-inflammatory active extract fractions of Tribulus terrestris(family Zygophyllaceae).Methods:The anti-inflammatory activity was tested for the methanol and its fractions(chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and aqueous)and chloroform extract of Tribulus terrestris(aerial parts)by injecting different groups of rats(6 each)with carrageenan in hind paw and measuring the edema volume before and 1,2 and 3 h after carrageenan *** group received saline *** extracts treatment was injected *** doses of 200 mg/kg 1 h before carrageenan ***(30 mg/kg)was used as *** studies were carried out using CAMAG hPTLC system equipped with Linomat IV *** scanner *** 3,CAMAG ADC 2 and WIN CATS-4 software for the active fractions of chloroform fraction of methanol ***:The methanol extract showed good antiedematous effect with percentage of inhibition more than 72%,indicating its ability to inhibit the inflammatory *** methanol extract was re-dissolved in 100 mL of distilled water and fractionated with chloroform,ethyl acetate and *** four fractions(chloroform,ethyl acetate,n-butanol and aqueous)were subjected to anti-inflammatory *** fraction showed good anti-inflammatory activity at dose of 200 mg/*** fraction was then subjected to normal phase silica gel column chromatography and eluted with petroleum ether-chloroform,chloroform-ethyl acetate mixtures of increasing polarity which produced 15 fractions(F1-F15).Only fractions F1,F2,F4,F5,F7,F9,F11 and F14 were found to be active,hence these were analyzed with.h.TLC to develop their finger print *** fractions showed different spots with different R_f ***:The different chloroform fractions F1,F2,F4,F5,F7,F9,F11 and F14 revealed 4,7,7,8,9,7,7 and 6 major spots,*** results obtained in this experiment strongly support and vali

hepatocellular carcinoma(hCC)represents a major form of primary liver cancer in ***(miRs),small non-coding single-stranded RNAs of 19-24nucleotides in length,negatively regulate the expression of many target genes at the post-transcriptional and/or translational levels and play a critical role in the initiation and progression of *** this review we have summarized the information of aberrantly expressed miRs in hCC,their mechanism of action and relationship to *** recent advances in hCC research reveal that miRs regulate expression of various oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes,thereby contributing to the modulation of diverse biological processes including proliferation,apoptosis,epithelial to mesenchymal transition and *** a clinical viewpoint,polymorphisms within miR-binding sites are associated with the risk of *** in miR related genes have been shown to correlate with survival or treatment outcome in ***,the review focuses on the potential role of miRs as novel biomarkers and their translational applications for diagnosis and therapy in *** further insights into miR deregulation in hCC,it is expected that novel miR-based therapeutics will ***,we orient the readers to other reviews that may provide better understanding of miR research in hCC.
